Excellent experience working with Coastal team, from the initial proposal, all the way thru completion. We really enjoyed working with their installers. Coastal's desire to put the quality and success of the install as the number one priority was apparent, and they were very communicative, and made sure we were in the loop and pleased with everything before leaving. Outstanding experience from start to finish with our quartz countertops. Michelle guided us through a plethora of choices for materials and worked with us on the slab cutting plan to eliminate the need for a seem on our island. Eliminating the seam meant we had to go back and look at slabs from other vendors that were longer in length, but Michelle guided us through that process effortlessly and we ended up finding a color combo that we liked even better than our first pick. Michelle also worked hard to minimize the delays caused by this issue. Andre did a phenomenal job surveying our kitchen, nailing down every little detail and discussing them with me to make sure we got what we expected at delivery & installation. Rob in the Stone shop went above and beyond in scheduling our delivery and installation to work around my schedule. Can't rave enough about the delivery & installation team too. There were professional, courteous, and very respectful of our kitchen. They deftly pulled the existing granite countertops and removed them from the house without a single scratch. The installation of the new countertops went very smoothly and looks fabulous. Communcations were always timely, prompt, and professional throughout the transaction. This is my second countertop job with Indigo, and both have been a great experience all the way around! Strongly recommend the Indigo Countertop team!!!

I wanted to replace my parents old counters with granite tops for Christmas. My neighbor just had hers done by Quality and highly recommend them. I have to say Terry (one of the owners) has been my point of contact throughout the process. His customer service is first class. The job was done on time and without issues. I will use Quality Stone in the future and will highly recommend this company to anyone seeking there services.

I cannot brag enough about this company, their customer service is beyond excellent. My husband and I had no clue about picking out granite or quartz, which was better, what would look good, or how to match tile, until we talked to Ashley. We called during the Christmas holiday not knowing that most granite places were closed. It was only a few minutes later and Ashley called us back...while on vacation visiting family. She was so helpful and friendly we talked for awhile and made plans to meet up when she returned. Once we met, she walked us around giving us information about each piece of stone. After several visits and phone calls, we finally found the perfect quartz piece. She worked the price into our budget and we couldn't be happier. Alpha Stone Co and its owner Mr Karakas have been a great help and source to get our kitchen, bathroom - multiple countertops along with various sinks and a vanity cabinet. He provided great choices for us at reasonable prices and on time delivery - installation. I highly recommend this store with all its services and customer support. If you are looking to large or small home renovation, we did a major one, you should definitely check out their options. We looked at many sources around Richmond but by far theirs were the best, value for the money, service and attention to detail.

Recently purchased a stone with BBG from the Portmouth Location. First interaction was with Jane Ibeawuchi. I advised what I was looking for and within the time I was in the store and my return home, she had sent a quote. I spent allot of time with Jane throughout my process, as BBG was the first vendor I identified before the start of my project, and almost the last vendor utilized upon completion of my project. Jane was always a true professional, (even when I asked her to not be so formal)! She helped to sooth my many concerns during the process. It was over a year before my project came to completion, and my slab was held for those many, many months. I am thankful that BBG worked with me throughout the extended time and held my stone for that long period. There were a few hiccups with the slab selection due to the length of the process and my change in requirements, but BBG provided a solution, while not my favorite, that at least gave me options. I also met with Jane and Ricardo and was graciously assisted in my layout selection to help satisfy my slabs' aesthetic requirements. The real star of the process, for me, were the fabricators (stone cuts and matching seams look perfect) and the installer, Silvano Souza. Silvano solved one problem and then identified a problem in the install that I believe many installers would have not cared to or have known to identify, which saved allot of heartache. On his second visit, the installation was great with completing unusual request, pointing out possible issues and overall being a true professional. He and his team appeared to really enjoy their work, aiming to please, and it showed in their workmanship and the end product (as I have heard many fabrication and installation horror stories, and I did not experience any of those). BBG provided me with a beautiful stone. From start to finish I do not hesitate to recommend their services.

We have used Artistic Stone twice, once for granite for a custom island and most recently to replace our kitchen sink, faucet, and granite counter tops. Our experience was top notch from our initial visit to the showroom, granite and sink selection, template, installation with their turn key service, to the plumber. Every person was professional and very easy to work with. Lea is awesome and led us to a gorgeous grey granite with a leather finish. We would definitely work again with the professionals at Artistic Stone.

I shopped around 2-3 different places but I am so glad we went with Alps Granite And Quartz. Great customer service, competitive prices and excellent communication. I had a kitchen and 2 bathrooms renovation and the team helped us to pick out the perfect countertop and get it installed in a timely manner. Thanks Ray and your installers for the great job! Best prices in town and large inventory to select from. Everything happened as originally scheduled, except the measurements where done ahead of schedule. Installation went quickly and the team cleaned up everything. The stone transformed the kitchen.

A year before we actually ended up remodeling our kitchen, I visited Empire Marble and Granite. The salesmen there were completely welcoming and spent a good amount of time explaining stones and the stonework that Empire does. They even walked me through the workshop, and that was my favorite part. When it came time to choose stone fabricators, I looked elsewhere, but I quickly knew I really wanted Empire to do the work. Empire includes some finishing details that no one else seems to consider standard. Jeff was extremely patient and helpful in my waffling between soapstone and granite. As it turned out, he had one last piece of black soapstone on the day I was ready to pin down a choice. He took me to look at the stone and waited as I questioned and considered. To be honest, I was scared of soapstone, but with Empire's quality craftsmanship and warranty, I figured this was the time to try it. Paul showed up to measure for the template, and I could tell his extreme attention to detail was going to pay off. The two guys who came to install the stone pieces were very careful with our new floors and new cabinets. They spent a good deal of time gluing the seam and setting the stone carefully. It looked so fabulous when they were done! The sink cutout fit our undermount sink perfectly. I tend to hate on most people's use of caulk, but I must insist that I have never seen such a perfect caulking job in my life! We also purchased a couple of small slabs of the soapstone to use as trivets, and I am so thrilled with those, too. They are completely smooth and beautiful and so handy for hot items on our wood table. When I had a small problem with the counter stone--a problem most likely caused by the cabinets--Empire was persistent to make sure they came out to address the problem. I didn't even have to keep calling them myself. That was an especially nice touch, and they did a great job with the correction. All in all, I would highly recommend Empire's work as a countertop stone fabricator. They did an amazing job, and I loved dealing with them.
