A personal note from our founder

Being selected is
an achievement in itself.

I want to personally congratulate you and your team on being recognized among the best in our industry. Only about 20% of the contractors we researched were selected for our independent ranking. Whatever your national, state, or city position, our team believes earning a place is something to be proud of.

This ranking reflects the work of our research team. We studied companies and selected participants to help homeowners make informed choices. Your business is one of 2,040 selected companies across the U.S., and I want your customers and partners to know it.

We sent your personalized badges and certificates in your award email. If that email brought you here, you'll find your files there. I want these awards to do more than make you feel proud. The examples below show how to use them to build trust and help win new business.

How you use your awards is up to you, but my team and I encourage you to share your achievement. Clear, public information about your awards gives search engines and AI tools more verifiable information about your company.

You've done the work. Now make your recognition visible to customers and the AI tools they use.

Where to use them

Make your recognition visible.

Choose a setting to see how it can help your business.

01 / Website Badges without QR codes

Give visitors another
reason to choose you.

An industry award gives homeowners another reason to consider your company. A link to your ranking profile lets them verify your recognition and learn more about your business.

  • Place one to four of your badges near the top of your homepage, alongside your introduction or request-an-estimate button. Make sure they are easy to read on a phone.
  • Already have an awards section? Place your Countertops Contractors awards first and explain who issued them.
  • Link each badge to your company's profile in the ranking, with a label such as "View our ranking."

02 / Blog Search & AI visibility

Give your achievement
a page of its own.

Publish a short company news article with your badges and certificates. Include the awards you received, the year, and what the recognition means to your team. Link to your company's ranking profile.

Make the facts readable

Include your company name, award, location, and year in the page text as well as the images. Add your own project photos and keep your company details consistent across platforms.

Sample announcement for your own website

We are pleased to share that [Company Name] has received recognition in the [award year] Countertops Contractors ranking. Our awards include [exact award titles and verified positions, where applicable]. This recognition reflects our team's work in stone countertop fabrication and installation. We thank our customers and colleagues for their trust. View our results on our Countertops Contractors company profile: [verified profile URL].

Replace the bracketed fields with your company's actual award details for the year you selected. Do not use the sample company's results.

Why it helps: your article becomes a public record of your achievement that customers, search engines, and AI tools can find. The link to your ranking profile gives them a way to verify the information.

03 / Social media Badges without QR codes

Share the news.
Show the work behind it.

Announce the awards on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and your other active channels. Combine the badges with a real project or team photo, and thank your customers and team.

  • Share a post or story, and keep the announcement visible in a pinned post or highlight where available.
  • Include the ranking name, award year, and your results. Show certificates in a carousel or a short showroom video.
  • Add the profile link where the platform supports it: the post, bio, or story link. A website address inside an image is not a clickable link.
Why it helps

Your existing audience sees another reason to trust your team and recommend it to others.

04 / Vehicles Badges with QR codes

Let your reputation travel with you.

Award decals on your van, pickup, or company car show your recognition in the neighborhoods you serve.

Keep each group on one panel.

Fit the entire group within one door, body panel, or tailgate. Leave space around seams, handles, and edges. Keep your company name, phone number, website, and lights clear. On a pickup, a city award highlights your local recognition.

Choose a size that fits.

Make the awards visible without crowding the vehicle wrap. QR codes should be easy to scan while the vehicle is parked. Test a full-size sample before ordering. Each code should open your company's ranking profile.

Vinyl or magnetic decals.

Adhesive vinyl and magnetic decals are both options. Before ordering magnets, test the exact panel: suitable steel holds a magnet, while aluminum and plastic do not. Choose materials designed for your surface and outdoor use.

05 / Showroom Office Workshop

Make recognition part of the visit.

Show customers and trade partners your credentials while they explore materials and discuss their project.

Frame your certificates together. Place them near reception, the sample area, or your consultation table. Choose a size that is easy to read at the viewing distance.

Use adhesive QR decals at the entrance. Make them visible to visitors and passersby. Keep the set within one glass panel and clear of handles, posted hours, and safety notices.

If you hold national, state, and city awards, show all three together. Keep frames consistent and QR codes accessible. The same approach works in a workshop reception area or at a trade show booth.

06 / Emails, quotes, and proposals

Show your recognition
alongside your offer.

When a homeowner compares quotes, an industry award gives them something to consider beyond the price. Keep it visible alongside your scope of work, project details, and examples of completed installations.

In emails and email signatures

Add a small badge below the sender's name, title, and contact details. You can also include it in the email itself, next to a short note about your company's recognition.

In quotes, estimates, and proposals

Place a badge near the top of the document or in the section introducing your company. Keep pricing, scope, timelines, and contact details easy to find.

Make the award easy to verify

Use badges without QR codes in emails and digital PDFs, and link them to your company's ranking profile. For printed materials, use a QR version if the code is large enough to scan easily.

Why it helps

Your recognition stays with the proposal when a homeowner shares it with a spouse, designer, or builder.

You can also use your badges in brochures, business cards, sales presentations, project portfolios, sample displays, and materials for trade partners.

Before you publish or print

Use the awards issued to your company, with the original year, wording, and proportions.

Check that every link and QR code opens your company's own ranking profile.

Check the actual size on a phone for digital use and on a printed sample before ordering decals.
