Each stage of our selection process is carried out as if we were ordering a countertop ourselves—just as any one of you, a typical customer, would.
Any company specializing in stone countertop fabrication can be included in our long list. There are two ways to get listed: our analysts may independently find your company, or you, as a contractor, can apply to be added to the long list to start your journey toward ranking inclusion.
At this stage, our analysts conduct a thorough assessment of the companies in the long list according to strict selection criteria. Only those companies that meet high standards of quality and service advance to the shortlist for ranking. If a company does not pass this stage, it won’t be included in the current year’s ranking but may reapply for consideration in the following year.
In the final stage, we assess each company based on over 21 criteria. Our experts, acting as mystery shoppers, evaluate customer service, employee expertise, pricing policy, and other critical aspects. This step allows us to accurately assign each company’s place in the ranking and exclude those that do not meet our standards.
