TLC remodeled one bathroom, totally gutted it, installed whirlpool tub, new tile, new granite vanity top, new fixtures, etc, replaced tile in another bathroom. Both look fantastic, we are very pleased

We recently hired Cabinetry with TLC to design and install the kitchen in our new home in Lexington. Working with Terri and her crew at TLC was exceptionally easy despite all the challenges of COVID, material shortages, etc. that have occurred in the last 18 months. Terri went above and beyond to help us make the right choices, and offered us many excellent suggestions during the design and installation process. She also helped us to stay within our budget by showing us options that were cost-effective. Terri and all her staff were knowledgeable, pleasant, flexible and highly responsive whenever we had questions or ideas, or needed to change something. Installation was seamless! Our project was completed in a very timely manner. The completed kitchen is so beautiful and highly functional! Joe did a superb job of installing the cabinets, countertops, and lighting. All cabinets and components were carefully inspected prior to installation, and any parts that did not meet their standards were replaced. We have received many compliments on our beautiful new kitchen since it was completed. We highly recommend Cabinetry with TLC for their skill and artistry, quality materials and workmanship, honesty, and fair pricing. It was a pleasure working with Terri and Cabinetry with TLC.

Terri and team did a redesign and cabinet install on our home. After an in home consult she was able to provide a vision for our kitchen that gave more functional space for our growing family. She listened to my "needs" (wants really hehe!) and she offered suggestions for us to get the most out of our remodel suggesting drawers instead of doors on lower cabinets, offering cabinet organization options that allowed for us to have the most of our small kitchen footprint. Her design showroom had many different options of cabinet finishes, facings and countertops and I never felt as if I was lacking selection choices. Additionally- I had a specific design for the tile on the floor that I had seen on Pinterest and Scott worked diligently to make sure that the vision became a reality. Joe installed the cabinets and not only was he efficient but he cleaned up after himself daily, making me feel like I was still living in my home and not a remodel site. I have also worked with Alyssa in the showroom on other design ideas for other rooms and she brings a fresh perspective to the Cabinetry with TLC team bring knowledge in not only cabinetry but the plumbing industry having formally worked for a plumbing wholesaler. Overall my Cabinetry with TLC experience was a 10/10 and I would have no issues recommending them to anyone.

From high-end residential to fancy commercial projects, Cabinetry with TLC has been a core part of our family's Cabintry needs. After seeing their fine work in some of Roanoke's most exclusive homes, we were please to find that TLC was able to do our own home project at a budget that fit our needs. When it was time to out fit our new corporate offices at SafeSide Tactical in Roanoke, VA - TLC led the design, build and install of our executive office cabinets including a custom motorized lift cabinet that displays important items when desired, but securely tucks them away and out of site when needed. Other offices include built-in LED lit glass front display cabinets with hidden internal locks, integrated space for a large TV used for in-office presentations. The design phase was fun and low stress, with mine and Terri's tastes running very close together. Upon installation Mike, Joe, and Scott's attention to detail and enginuity made for a pleasant couple of days watching the masters at work, and left us with custom pieces that we love to show off to our clients (they especially love the lift cabinet!)

Working with TLC was the best part of my kitchen remodel project. Tackling a complete gut job seemed so overwhelming that I almost didn’t move forward with the process. Then I met Alyssa Lawerence (TLC Designer) and not only did we connect personally, she was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. I couldn’t make decisions easily so I leaned on her a lot. She always offered her time, opinion and expertise in every aspect of the project, even when it didn’t necessarily have to do with cabinetry. I know I wore her out, but I’m so genuinely grateful for her efforts!!!! Then came installation. We had the pleasure of working with Greg, their installer, who was so Meticulous, his eye for detail was unmatched, he was efficient, he took care of all the clean up (even things that were not part of his mess). He was incredible. Showed up, on time and did one heck of a job installing our cabinets. Then came final touches, of which I hired a general contractor for. While demo went well, and the end result was perfect, we had hurdles that left me in a bind. I had a vision, Alyssa had a vision, and unfortunately when the project was nearing the end, I was so unhappy with how the hood vent was installed. Keep in mind, this was NOT something I hired TLC to do, but when my hands were tied with my contractor, Terri (the owner of TLC, who I had not met before) stepped right in. On their own dime, she had her team reinstall, re-tile, and ordered new parts to make it look like it was supposed to look. This required A LOT of work, including a new vent hole through brick. Not only did TLC fix the issue, they did with such care and genuine interest in MY project. I was blown away by their efforts for something they had ZERO responsibility to, but because they just cared enough about me as their client. In this industry, that is almost unheard of. THEN to make matters even worse, we had a major plumbing issue, several months after the kitchen was complete. This hiccup caused us to have to cut the back of our cabinets in order to repair. Well here comes Alyssa and her team to the rescue. Once again, not their fault, not their problem, but they made it right, AGAIN. If you want something to be proud of, and you want a company that cares, work with Cabinetry with TLC. You will be 100% satisfied. I will literally recommend them for any kitchen/bath remodel because they do a FANTASTIC job. Thank you for EVERYTHING you did for us, we absolutely love our kitchen and TLC!!!

Scott did a fantastic job with my kitchen tile backsplash. He has good attention to detail and placed the decorative inserts just where I wanted. He is professional, cleanly throughout the job and is just very good at what he does. I highly recommend Scott and TLC Cabinetry.
