Their efforts to source ethically and limit wasting material was impressive, and their ability to pass on savings to the customer was greatly appreciated! We also loved the technology used to show exactly how the counters would look before making cuts, so that we could feel confident about the install. Our counters turned out beautiful! We have only 2 seams and they are hardly visible, and the veining is lined up very nicely. I also really appreciated the care they took not to damage our floors and cabinets. Excellent quality and customer service. We were doing a kitchen remodel and I came across them when a I did a search on the internet for counter tops. We made an appointment and met with Lu and she showed us options. Once we made our selection for our counter tops and set everything up it was seamless. We love their work and will be using them again for our bathroom counter tops.

We got the stone at a price well below their competition, good solid advice all along the way, and careful communication all through the process. Their demo crew and installation crew showed up on time, were pleasant and accommodating, answered all our questions, and cleaned up the job site afterwards. Superstars, in my book! Terrible company to deal with! Sloppy work, impossible to get a call back. $20k job and it looks terrible. Paid them to do the whole job including installation. They disappeared the second they got paid.
