My contractor installed the vanity, the countertop and sink were installed in a timely and efficient manner by Countertops and Cabinets. While making small upgrades to our kitchen over the past year, I needed some cuts done to our existing granite countertops to enlarge an opening for a new stove, and separately to fit a larger sink. For both jobs, I turned to Tile & Stone of Syracuse and they did a fantastic job. They were easy to communicate with via email and were able to get our work scheduled quickly. The people who did the work were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. The work itself is clean and smooth, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I felt that the prices were reasonable and there was clear communication up front on what the cost would be before I committed to anything. All in all, I couldn't ask for a better experience and will definitely turn to Tile & Stone of Syracuse for any future granite work!

My husband and I just recently purchased our granite countertops from Vallar’s. Our experience has been way beyond what we expected. I was drawn to a few different slabs in the stoneyard. April could see the style I was drawn to and brought us over to the most beautiful granite slab. We knew instantly that, that was exactly what we wanted. Lou and Pete came out to do the templating this morning. They were so kind and made some suggestions to make our kitchen more functional. I would highly recommend going to Vallar’s before buying from a large corporation like Lowe’s or Home Depot. Physically going and picking out your slab is an awesome experience and something I would highly recommend for natural stone. Picking out counter tops can be daunting, Vallar’s made this decision process stress free. We can’t wait to see the finished results! Always shop local!

Highly recommend Countertops of Syracuse! They recently fabricated and installed beautiful corian countertops for my kitchen, and replaced the sink/faucet as well. The entire process was incredibly quick and easy, with top notch communication and excellent customer service! Whenever I need countertops again I’ll most definitely be back, thank you!

We obtained 3 quotes for our kitchen work. All three were incredibly close, as it is a smaller kitchen, but we chose Syracuse Tile & Marble due to their personable approach. I am performing the work myself, and therefore have MANY questions. Dave Argiro calmly and respectfully explains every detail from design to purchase to delivery and installation. The crews that measured and installed our granite countertops were friendly, have many years of experience doing exactly what they do, and make it look easy. Everything is in place and it looks fantastic. One seam in the countertop can hardly even be seen. Awesome job!

We had THE BEST experience with Aurora Stone. You do need an appointment, but it wasn’t hard to get one and when I called to make said appointment, I had some initial questions. Sandy was very friendly and helpful in answering them. We had already had two quotes done from Lowe’s and Home Depot and were shocked by how much everything costs for what we wanted. So we were really apprehensive going to a privately owned store, thinking they might be more expensive. But we had heard good things about their selection and figured it was worth a shot. When we got there, Tom met us and talked to us to get a feel for what we wanted. He walked us through the warehouse, showing us what he thought we might like, but allowing us to ask about other things that caught our eye. He was super knowledgeable and made the selection process so much easier than we thought it would be. We ultimately chose an engineered quartz that was right in line (price wise) with what we had been quoted by Lowe’s, but Aurora’s product quality was infinitely better. The purchase our tops also came with a sink, which we got to choose from their catalog, so that made things even easier. Sandy checked us out and got everything scheduled for us. Again, super helpful, explaining the whole process to us and answering any questions. I should also mention that they are very military friendly here. Sandy served herself along with her and Tom’s son. My husband’s in the army and we live near Ft Drum (about 90 miles away) and not only did they not charge us a delivery fee, but they also gave us a military discount. I really can’t say enough about this business, just above and beyond what we could have hoped for. Both Tom and Sandy (the owners) are outstanding and even their crews that came to take measurements and install were great. They are a small, but busy business, so there was about 2.5 months in between when we ordered and when the tops were installed, but it was well worth the wait and I can definitely say that the countertops are my favorite part of our kitchen. So, I work here... And regarding the product, I will tell you that the quality is absolutely amazing. From start to finish, quality control is always prevalent. Now, from an employee perspective, I will include that not only is the workplace a refreshing, stress free environment... It is also very clean, always professional, and the day goes by very quickly working here. Nothing is perfect. However this place does get a 10/10 because almost all of my stress has disappeared since I left my last job to come here.
