Ordered counter tops and backsplash, had someone spend almost 2 hours templating and when the counters came in they were still wrong. When they came back still wrong, which pushed the backsplash templating over a week. Backsplash was templated and you guessed it when they came to install was wrong. Pushed another week. And what did they do to compensate….$100 off and a hot plate. Great product but you can get Cambria at Home Depot and I bet they have better customer service

We had a great experience working with them on our kitchen remodel several years back and have returned for our bathroom vanity. Cambria is excellent quality, and the service at the showroom is wonderful.

I was directed to Busch from Brad at Liverpool Lumber. Everyone at Busch was very helpful and patient as we weighed our options and color choices over several weeks. The countertops were installed yesterday and came out beautiful. Happy to recommend this company.

i don't recommend buying any Bush products at all,
i bought a fridge from Argos and then after 15 months it's stopped working but it's still lighting.
i called them and they told me they can't do nothing, it's out of warranty..
Don't go near Bush..take it my advice..
My Christmas shopping went off... more expenses now....

I am a truck driver and delivers load here whenever I can get my hands on it. The best Christmas present 🎁 I received from this guys, are two guys waiting for me to get there and unload me. While they were closed for the Christmas holidays. And it’s was made possible because of Joe. This happened 12/23/19. I would have sat there until after Christmas. Nothing better than my kids happy that daddy made it back home (MN) on Christmas. Thanks to JOE.

I can't say enough what a great experience I had with Busch! We get so many compliments on our Cambria tops. The people there were excellent at helping me make selections for an entire house, everything matches perfectly 🙂

So, I work here...
And regarding the product, I will tell you that the quality is absolutely amazing. From start to finish, quality control is always prevalent.
Now, from an employee perspective, I will include that not only is the workplace a refreshing, stress free environment... It is also very clean, always professional, and the day goes by very quickly working here.
Nothing is perfect. However this place does get a 10/10 because almost all of my stress has disappeared since I left my last job to come here.

They are beautiful, workmanship is superb. We were able to see huge slabs of many different colors and patterns in their large showroom at the Syracuse, NY facility on Baker St. Staff is friendly and efficient, from the women at the front desk, to the people who guided us through the showroom, the template men who measured the counter space in our kitchen, to the installers. Installers were quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Our Cambria quartz countertop is perfect and beautiful! A very pleasant experience from start to finish.

Biggest disappointment is the two pieces of countertop look so different from each other.
Sink clip drilled through and never mentioned by installer.
Hole for soap dispenser was incorrectly placed and the suggested fix was to drill out a longer hole. Really??
Lastly, customer service response sounded as if it were written by a nasty teenager.

I recently had new counters installed in my home, the entire process was first class from the sales team to the installation. Everyone was polite and helpful. I shopped around for over a month and recived a great price to go along with the first class service. My home is ready to go on the market now and I'll be calling Busch to proivde counters in my new home as well , once I close on my new house. Thank You for everything

Soooo happy with all the tops in my new home and I can't tell you which one I like best because I picked a different color Cambria for each room and they go perfectly in each. The people at Busch were extremely good at breaking the choices down from the vanities to the sinks, to the cabinetry and even matching my tile floors. Amazing!
