Selecting Royal Kitchen was easily the best decision I made on my remodel. Vic and Tanya were so wonderful to work with. I've never done a remodel before, and they walked me through the entire process, and installed brand new kitchen (countertops, cabinets, and helped me decide to remove the soffit which made a HUGE difference) and also installed all the flooring (hardwood, carpet and vinyl in the laundry room) in my house. They were quick, and their prices and quality of products beat all the other bids I had gotten. I couldn't be happier.

I started researching materials and contractors a year before beginning the renovation of a kitchen and two bathrooms. Roberto was very helpful and patient to answer all of my questions during that time. I chose Cambria Notting Hill quartz for the countertops. The kitchen was challenging; a structural beam ran through one set of cabinets which necessitated a 127 inch long slab of countertop to be fitted around it. Ivan precisely measured the project. I appreciated the opportunity to work with Mick to approve the layout of the design so the dark veining against the white background was used to my satisfaction. Mauricio and his crew did a masterful installation. They precisely notched and slipped the piece in around the beam thus avoiding a large seam at that juncture. The other pieces of countertop were also fabricated and installed beautifully. I would recommend Ventura Stone to anyone who is seeking a professional experience with their countertop projects.

This was our third remodel in the past ten years. All different houses. After a few of these, one starts to pick up on little things and notices a difference. Robert and his crew did an excellent job, and I don't say that because the final product was great. It was their flexibility and adaptability to work with us and through some difficult decisions. We did a full gut remodel. Took the place down to the studs, cut through the foundation and replace the sewer line, knocked-out load-bearing walls, new footings, new supports, new electrical, new plumbing, new duct work, etc...and that's just to get the home up to par. Then came the fun stuff of the flooring, tiles, doors, lighting, vanities, finishes, appliances, closets, garage, etc. Point is we put Robert and his team through just about every situation one can encounter when remodeling a home and they delivered. Even during the start of the pandemic when getting permits was a real challenge, they found ways to keep the job moving and managed our expectations. It's been six months since the completion of our remodel and everything continues to work and look great. I don't say that lightly because we have an old house, and when one does as much as we did, there are bound to be a few things that need rework after completion. So far so good, which is a testament to his attention to detail as our previous remodels with other companies resulted in several call backs. To wrap this up, Robert is a pro at remodeling. My wife and I wanted someone to work through the details and the possible "discovery" items along the way, and you will have discovery items as the scope of your job increases. Example, we didn't plan to replace the sewer but we discovered when laying new plumbing the sewer line was cracked really bad. Anyway, we highly recommend Robert.
