We got a great quartz countertop and new kitchen sink. Seem to be of great quality and we were super happy with the quality and care with the installation. Cost was reasonable! We would recommend.

After many years we were looking to update/remodel our kitchen. We connected with Washington Marble based on a Facebook promo and couldn’t be happier. Thus far, they have provided professional service, knowledge about their products, ability to want to work with us/customer budget and providing recommendations. In addition, they haven’t been very flexible with scheduling as we work around some other remodels discoveries and schedule set backs that have come up and changed the initial plan. Stacey, Yury and their team of design/ template surveyors and installers have been personable, professional and friendly. Absolute pleasure working with them. This is the first of two reviews -once the project is complete I’ll share before and after pictures .

Great service. Bonnie in the office was very helpful and took the time to show me all Granite possibilities. After we placed the order Kesh and his team were very efficient and thorough. They really wanted to make sure we were happy with the end product. Our kitchen and bathrooms are great and we could not be happier. Great customer service.

We bought a beautiful home - 15 years old - with a high-end chef's kitchen... except the kitchen sink. It was extra small and so shallow (turns out it was an ADA sink). It was under-mounted to an extensive granite counter top. We were told by a Neil Kelly designer that if we wanted to replace it, we would have to do so with a drop in sink. Yuck. After consulting with a George Morlan representative, they said it could be done, but would need to be done by a granite specialist. I called the two top-rated companies and was told flat out they didn't do that. David Crane at River City was my 3rd try. He confirmed that they would do it, sent me some great commercial-quality sink options, and gave me references (which were walk-on-water), and a reasonable bid. When our general contractor found out, he called his contact at American Granite, which agreed to do it - at more than TWICE the cost. The River City crew - Matt and (another) David showed up on time, the day before Thanksgiving, and did an amazing job. They got the old one out (despite it being "way over glued;" cut and polished an entire new sink hole that fit the new sink like a glove - much better than the old; reinstalled the fixtures, including cutting a new hole for an Instahot filtered water dispenser; sealed the counter; and left the place spotless, ready for entertaining family the next day. Photos show the new larger single bowl sink and the dinky double-bowl sink. I'm soooo happy.

I had a water damage in my house, resulting in have to replace the cabinet. After shopping around, I decided to work with Better Home. I absolutely made a good decision! First, the co-owner, Feifei, worked extremely hard to give me a professional design in just 3 days. She came by my house several times to measure the kitchen and also ensure the cabinet matches my home style. I am so impressed by her responsibility and passion. Second, I gave Better Home many feedbacks about the design (sorry, I know I am picky person). Better Home always respond me in time. They improved the design more than 10 times to ensure I get what I want. This company really keeps customer obsession in mind. Third, the stuff is honest. They never try to sell the most expensive items to me. Instead, they explain me the differences between products, always recommend the products that best suits my needs and budget. Forth, communication. Better Home always proactively update me about the progress. They let me feel I am always their priority and valued customer. Fifth, during the delivery and installation, several parts have some minor issues (could be acceptable by a non picky people). Better Home immediately stepped in and helped us reorder the parts. Overall, having a water damage is not fun, but working with Better Home definitely a great experience.
