We had Spokane Stone Creations install our granite counters. The process took about three weeks. Pete was good to work with, sometimes there was miscommunication but it all worked out. There were a few hiccups, as in any construction project, but Pete and his crew took care of everything on sight to our satisfaction. Pete, and his brother David, and the other crew members were extremely professional and were easy to work with. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them for any granite installation job.

We are delighted with our new quartz countertop and backsplash! Pete and his guys were great from start to finish. He was on time for each appointment and is very nice and professional. We already knew what quartz we wanted, but we weren't sure about the backsplash. Pete mentioned the large-format tile, which is what we chose. It gave us just the look we wanted and was actually very inexpensive as well. Pete's bid was much, much better than the other one we got. (A tip: If you want Silestone quartz, the "deal" through Costco might not be such a good deal!) The process moved quickly. Pete had the countertop ready to go within a week or so of templating. They tore out the old granite and backsplash and installed the countertop on Friday, and by Tuesday the drywalling and new backsplash were complete. Everything about the installation was done just right. The quartz was cut perfectly, the backsplash installed perfectly. During the drywalling of the backsplash area, it became clear that some of our upper cabinets had not been properly installed (22 years ago, when the house was built). Pete's drywaller helped avert a disaster when 2 of the cabinets began to loosen from the wall. Pete got his cabinet guy to come out immediately and resecure those 2 cabinets and make sure all of the rest were properly installed. The charge for that was very reasonable. I cannot say enough about what a good experience this was, and the result is gorgeous!

Stone creations did a great job handling the demo and install of new tile around our double sided fireplace. Pete was communicative and professional besides being a little late the first time we met him to look at tile (these things happen!) When it came to the actual work being done, Ruslan was an amazing craftsman. He was extremely polite, on time and does fantastic tile work. We’re very happy with the way everything came out and how well they cleaned up. I would definitely recommend this company for your stone and tile needs!

I would highly recommend Pete with Stone Creations for all of your Kitchen & Bathroom remodling, instalation, and repairs. He walked me through every step and helped me design the most beautiful kitchen ever! They worked very hard and the results showed a professional finish. His Team is a great group. Shower remodel with Stone Creations. Pete and his crew did an exceptional job with the remodel. Their quality of work and communication was fantastic. I have had a lot of work done to my home and never had a contractor show me as much respect as Stone Creations. I have already booked a time for them to come back to remodel my other bathroom.

We had a problem with a stone and the manufacturer didn’t stand behind their product and Pete got involved in the issue and corrected the issue even though it probably cost him some money. Complete fraud. Take your money elsewhere. Whole experience was a nightmare and very unprofessional. Kitchen is a year old and started falling apart at about 6 months. Pete won’t take any responsibility and blocked my number. Paying another contractor to fix his work.

Did my moms cabinets and counters. Counters were great , cabinets were terrible. All off track. The toe kicks are wavy and not straight and don’t meet the floors with huge gaps between edge of cabinets and floors . Delivered an upper cabinet box for laundry but forgot the doors and then said he gave her the doors which he did not. Unwilling to fix any of it because he “closed out her account”. Terrible work and terrible service

We just talked to Pete about doing a small counter top in our master bath. He was great to work with. Pete and his employees are very professional, yet very curious and polite. The two guys, that were sent out for final install were also a reflection of Pete. It is refreshing to do business with Good people. The Counter Top and cuts look Awesome. We are very happy with the craftsmanship.
