I ultimately Give Hilson, Jonathan, And the tile and countertop crews at BRZ Granite and Marble five stars based on my final assessment of this company. I had new Quartz countertops installed, and also a new under mount sink, and then decided to put in a backsplash. While there were a couple of hiccups along the way, hands down in my 47 years the service this company provided is unmatched. Any tiny detail that was wrong was addressed immediately, no later than the next day, until everything was made 100% to my satisfaction before any final payment was expected. The timeframe in which the project was started was just a couple of days and each project was only one day or not even one day. Super fast service and then super fast response to Wrong. Thank you, Hilson, Jonathan, and both the crews that worked in my home. They kept everything very clean and they were very respectful of anything in and outside the home. I will definitely pass on your name To anyone I know, family, or friends, and I will definitely use you in the future.. We just love the granite countertops. The price was great, the installation was so good, we're delighted. Excellence customer service was outstanding. I'd use them anytime. You'll make a good move using them verses the expensive competitor's. I'd refer Fox Granite so anyone who wants quality work at a price no one can match.

Oscar, the owner of STA Granite, helped to complete my dream kitchen come true! I initially hired Ace Countertops to do this backsplash job and they took over $4k as a deposit and never delivered what they promised. They ghosted me for months since early January. Then, I got a referral from a remodeling company I hired to work with Oscar and he immediately jumped in and get my kitchen going and delivered this beautiful porcelain backsplash super quick with perfection! The communication was easy, he kept the promise on the project time frame and made this whole process so easy! I highly recommend to work with STA Granite! I have spoken so many other vendors who could do the backsplash for me and he was so great for communication, educating me on his professional area so I have better understanding of how things get done. He even suggested me to reach out to my original kitchen cabinet vendor to get some extra countertop material so his crew could add another piece to fill up the gap behind the stove and delivered the finished and expensive look in the kitchen!!!! They are a subcontractor on bathroom remodel. They did our counter tops. Very good communication. Edger (our main contact) was great at getting back us with questions and checking when they could come by. Super friendly! Visited when our Edgar happened not to be off site. One of their workers took a break from his lunch and showed us the samples and remnants. He was completely transparent about some of the pros and cons of our different possible choices. He called Edgar and ran everything by him to make certain everything was taken care of before we left their premises. When they came to our house they quickly and beautifully finished the counter and installed it and the sinks. They final product looks amazing! Very happy with with this company and it's people!

We contacted them after hearing their advertisement on the radio and have been very pleased with the service, price, quality and professionalism. Enjoyed working with Levi selecting the right material, very patient and explained pros and cons of different options. The price was reasonable, and installation scheduled according to our availability. For the fabrication everything is laser measured and cut on a CNC machine for maximum space usage and grain / pattern matching with how you want it to look (you can see on the computer prior to being cut). Installation was flawless, when I talked to the install crew I found they have been with Levi many years, which says something about how he treats employees.

Elier and his crew installed counter tops for me today. I am thoroughly impressed and pleased with the job they did. They were precise and professional. Elier personally supervised and involved himself in the install because you can tell he cares about delivering quality work. His crew was very professional as well. He uses top notch equipment and my slabs came perfectly cut based on the laser equipment he uses to measure. I was impressed with the estimate process and the equipment he used and I saw the results today. He is very responsive to phone calls and texts throughout the process.
