Also installation was a breeze for me as I did not have to do anything. They did come in again to my house to drill an extra hole which I did not request before. Would highly recommend them.

In our open-plan space and with our love of cooking, the kitchen is truly the heart of our home. Shy at Westchester Kitchen & Bath played a huge, important role in what was basically a gut renovation of our kitchen. Even though the dimensions are on the smaller side (condo, not McMansion), she made sure to maximize every inch of space for us. She reconfigured the dimensions of the cabinetry, replacing a shallow pantry that wouldn’t fit most of our items with additional, valuable countertop space and a more functional cabinet design. Shy explained each step of the process and helped us weigh among various options, providing (and at times, demonstrating) practical points of view. We also benefitted from her keen eye for design. In the end, we have a bright and functional kitchen space that complements the rest of our space and provides us with everything we need!

Through our construction company we have hired Isaiah & Gisela dozens of times. For clients, my own properties, & even my mother in law. They are consistently good at what they do. If you hire them I assure you they will always try to make you happy the entire way through. They do what they say they will. It would be a very safe bet for you. me and my wife were passing by in front of the showroom and admiring the beautiful kitchen set ups for a long time, we thought it would be expensive to shop here, because it looks so fancy. We finally decided to go in for a quote, from the very first moment we stepped in we were welcomed with warm friendly vibes, when we took a tour in the showroom, Aybuke assisted us answering all our questions and showing us all different materials of products ,giving ideas of trending designs, and price ranges . ( Turns out it wasn`t so expensive at all) we sat down and she quickly draw our kitchen on the computer and we ended up purchasing the kitchen very same day, from pricing to ordering, delivering the cabinets and installation of the counter top everything went very smooth, there was a few minor issues but it was taken care of it by them promptly. My husband and I just recently purchased our granite countertops from Vallar’s. Our experience has been way beyond what we expected. I was drawn to a few different slabs in the stoneyard. April could see the style I was drawn to and brought us over to the most beautiful granite slab. We knew instantly that, that was exactly what we wanted. Lou and Pete came out to do the templating this morning. They were so kind and made some suggestions to make our kitchen more functional. I would highly recommend going to Vallar’s before buying from a large corporation like Lowe’s or Home Depot. Physically going and picking out your slab is an awesome experience and something I would highly recommend for natural stone. Picking out counter tops can be daunting, Vallar’s made this decision process stress free. We can’t wait to see the finished results! Always shop local!

Highly recommend Countertops of Syracuse! They recently fabricated and installed beautiful corian countertops for my kitchen, and replaced the sink/faucet as well. The entire process was incredibly quick and easy, with top notch communication and excellent customer service! Whenever I need countertops again I’ll most definitely be back, thank you!

We obtained 3 quotes for our kitchen work. All three were incredibly close, as it is a smaller kitchen, but we chose Syracuse Tile & Marble due to their personable approach. I am performing the work myself, and therefore have MANY questions. Dave Argiro calmly and respectfully explains every detail from design to purchase to delivery and installation. The crews that measured and installed our granite countertops were friendly, have many years of experience doing exactly what they do, and make it look easy. Everything is in place and it looks fantastic. One seam in the countertop can hardly even be seen. Awesome job!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I HIGHLY recommend them. Alex, Mark Dave and Brenda are amazing. We have had nothing but problems with our remodel till we hired them for our countertops. Their customer service is a 10. Some of the nicest people, honest and genuine. Can't say enough good things about this company and we LOVE our countertops. Best price around and I went to at least 10 places. So save yourself some time and just hire them. I'll post pictures as well, we are the first house to get these, they are the newest quartz look, so beautiful. I looked at hundreds of different slabs and I knew this was the right countertop as soon as I saw this one. They just got it in an hour before we went there. Can't even Google the name of it yet, it's so new. It's Polish arris, it has slight flecks of gold in the veining.

We had THE BEST experience with Aurora Stone. You do need an appointment, but it wasn’t hard to get one and when I called to make said appointment, I had some initial questions. Sandy was very friendly and helpful in answering them. We had already had two quotes done from Lowe’s and Home Depot and were shocked by how much everything costs for what we wanted. So we were really apprehensive going to a privately owned store, thinking they might be more expensive. But we had heard good things about their selection and figured it was worth a shot. When we got there, Tom met us and talked to us to get a feel for what we wanted. He walked us through the warehouse, showing us what he thought we might like, but allowing us to ask about other things that caught our eye. He was super knowledgeable and made the selection process so much easier than we thought it would be. We ultimately chose an engineered quartz that was right in line (price wise) with what we had been quoted by Lowe’s, but Aurora’s product quality was infinitely better. The purchase our tops also came with a sink, which we got to choose from their catalog, so that made things even easier. Sandy checked us out and got everything scheduled for us. Again, super helpful, explaining the whole process to us and answering any questions. I should also mention that they are very military friendly here. Sandy served herself along with her and Tom’s son. My husband’s in the army and we live near Ft Drum (about 90 miles away) and not only did they not charge us a delivery fee, but they also gave us a military discount. I really can’t say enough about this business, just above and beyond what we could have hoped for. Both Tom and Sandy (the owners) are outstanding and even their crews that came to take measurements and install were great. They are a small, but busy business, so there was about 2.5 months in between when we ordered and when the tops were installed, but it was well worth the wait and I can definitely say that the countertops are my favorite part of our kitchen.
