Our kitchen renovation looks as fantastic as it does because of Burak and Home Art. He helped us transform a dreary, crumbling 1950s post-war cooperative galley kitchen into a dreamy, zone that feels great for morning coffees and evening hangouts with friends. I took color pencil sketches and scale measurements to Burak, and within 15 minutes he had created a computer rendering of the space that looked just like my drawing. He recommended a cabinet manufacturer that fit our vision and our budget. He helped us finalize important design decisions, and he was quick and responsive about any changes, like when I provided the wrong measurements for a dishwasher. Burak was also extremely helpful in making sure that our countertop was measured/cut/delivered/installed on a very tight schedule, and he helped facilitate some shaving down of quartz off-cuts that we used for thresholds to the kitchen and bathroom. With Burak, it really felt like I had another project manager in my corner during the renovation. Honest, fast, great communication.

Buying from Home Art Tile was my best experience during my home remodeling project. Not only did they have a lot of options for us at multiple price points but everyone there was always very helpful. Rashid helped us with 5 redesigns and did so with a smile every time. Even with COVID, he got with us on FaceTime multiple times to discuss specifics for out kitchen and bathroom projects. Ibrahim was excellent at helping us decide when we couldn’t figure out what tiles and backsplash to pick. I highly, highly recommend buying from here. Everyone is extremely helpful, accommodating and the service is amazing!

I came to Rashid with a difficult sized kitchen that needed full renovation. He not only helped me choose all appliances to fit but came up with a design that maximized the space and was beautiful. We could not be happier with the results, and no one would have taken as much time to work on our home so meticulously. Highly highly recommend home art tile.

Thank you, Burak and Home Art Tile team. They disagned our kitchen perfectly. They answered all our calls when we needed their assistance. Everything came out perfectly at our kitchen cabinets. The quality of the cabinets and their service is top 👌. I hired someone to install the cabinet, and he asked me where I bought these cabinets. He said it is a very good quality product. One of my friends decided to change his kitchen cabinets after seeing mine. Good job.

I used Home Art Tile for my studio apartment renovation in mid 2019. I have been meaning to write a review about the amazing experience with this company. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. I would not go anywhere else for my tiles or kitchen cabinets. I used their products for my kitchen and bathroom, and their products were perfect. Everyone compliments me on the quality of the products. Thanks to Miguel and Emre and the rest of the team. John

This is the second kitchen that I’ve had the pleasure of working with Burak on. The first was for an apartment building and the second was my personal home. Burak’s knowledge and attention to detail are next level. His customer service is excellent; he maintains contact with you through every step of the project from design to installation, and responds to any questions right away. I would highly recommend Burak to anyone looking to renovate their kitchen, and I plan to use him for any future projects I have.

The Home Art Tile team is the absolute best. They are responsive, knowledgeable and most importantly courteous and respectful. I had the pleasure of working with Omar, Mike and Rashid personally in designing and purchasing the materials for a full kitchen and 2 bath renovation for my parents home a few months back. IMO when selecting tiles, cabinets, fixtures etc. the inventory is often similar in many competing businesses but what made our experience with Home Art Tile special was the customer service. When your in the middle of a large renovation as was our case it can often be a very stressful and lengthy process. I was more than pleased that there was no stress, hiccups or headaches involved with my dealings with Home Art. Also it helps that there prices were mostly lower than other quotes I had received. I can even say that I was quite demanding and often found myself calling them multiple times a day to make changes/requests and each time I was greeted warmly and helped promptly. Our bathrooms and kitchen look amazing. I am now beginning a full renovation for my own home and am pleased to be able to work with Home Art Tile again.

We worked with Rashid for the renovation of our kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen was an especially critical part of the renovation. We wanted to make sure the new layout served our needs. Rashid is very experienced. He gave us smart recommendations and presented us with different options at a great price. We love how it turned out. The tiles we selected for our bathroom also worked beautifully. We highly recommend Home Art Tile!

I recently purchased cabinets , and I am absolutely thrilled with my decision! These cabinets have exceeded all my expectations in terms of quality, design, and functionality. Burak was impeccable, intuitive and ensured that every detail was meticulously attended to. He made himself available whenever i had a question, making my experience flawless. Aesthetically, the cabinets are stunning. The sleek, modern design complements my home perfectly. Functionality is another area where these cabinets truly shine. The storage space is well-thought-out and maximized, making it incredibly easy to keep everything organized. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. These cabinets have brought a new level of elegance and efficiency to my home. If you’re considering new cabinets, I highly recommend this business.

My parents had done some work on their house with Home Art Tile some years ago and recommended them, so I renovated my kitchen with Burak and the Home Art Tile team. I am beyond thrilled with the results. I gave them my layout and they worked with me to create a new design with fresh, modern custom-made cabinets and a crisp quartz counter. They really work with you and want you to be happy with the outcome. They truly delivered and provided top customer service.

I had a great experience with Home Art Kitchen and Bath during my kitchen renovation project. Rashid carefully measured and designed an awe inspiring kitchen maximizing space and using every inch possible. Built in microwave space was custom designed on the island. Two long pantries added a lot of room for storing foods, spices etc. Home Art helped us select a matching countertop, backsplash and floor tile. All products were delivered in a timely manner. Kitchen looks great and I get lots of compliments. Thank you Rashid, Ibrahim and whole Home Art team ✨

WOULD GIVE ZARO STARS IF I COULD. Only worked with unprofessional place due to a unprofessional contractor. Both were horrible. We ordered custom kitchen cabinets, spent more money than we should because they designed the kitchen cabinets wrong the first time and it took longer than expected, they sent the wrong sizes, pieces of cabinets and not enough cabinets and molding. They then charged us to get the correct cabinets that would fit because they didn’t accept that it was their mistake, so didn’t our contractor. And the final products came damaged. (Pictures will be attached) They didnt send us enough molding so after firing the contractor we had to get in contact with them ourselves. We went there to get more molding they said it would be 50+ then 15-20 dollars shipping, I was like is it 15 or 20, they calculated the distance and said 20. It would be in our hands 1-2 weeks latest, it’s now 5 weeks. I contacted them at 4 weeks, spoke with the manager Miguel he said it would be express shipping, when I called back today (5 week mark) hes like a worker lives near you so when attempting to deliver no one was home and you didnt answer (playing games) I was like oh yeah then ask the guy what my house looks like (got caught lying) hes like he was around the area so he called before he came, again caught in a lie, so how did you know I wasn’t home. You see the unprofessionalism, rude and horrible service my family and I received. I’m still waiting for my refund on my “shipping” of 20 bucks, I don’t care if its 1, 20 or 100 dollars for shipping, it’s past the arrival date and I’m not going to give them another penny because they deserve nothing except this review.

Working with Home Art Tile was the easiest, friendliest, and smoothest part of our apartment renovation. Rashid and Ibrahim and the rest of the team there always made time to help us. In particular, they helped us find the perfect kitchen cabinets, countertop, and backsplash in our style and price range. All deliveries came in on time and without any damages. In hindsight, we should have bought our kitchen and bathroom floor and wall tiles there as well. I cannot stress enough how great it was to work with them!

I recently moved to a new house and decided to gut renovate both kitchen and bathrooms . Rashid, from Home Art Tile was extremely helpful. I bought kitchen cabinets, counter tops and tiles for both of my bathrooms from them. The process of picking the right colors and materials was so much easier thanks to Rashid and the entire staff. There was a small dent on the cabinet door, and he requested replacement right away. He even called to see how everything came out. I was beyond happy with the service and entire process. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

After a pipe broke in my 1949 apartment bathroom, I really had no choice to bite the bullet and renovation the whole bathroom. I wasn't looking forward to it - I hate these projects as they always seem overwhelming and expensive. But Home Art Tile was a port in the storm. I worked with Omer who was super patient and calming and made me feel like I could figure this out and get it done. We looked a little bit at the tiles that were out and once he got a feel for what I was interested in (larger, ceramic tiles with a marble look), he showed me options. And he explained why some people might choose one over the other. But within an hour or so, I had the tile picked out. I also knew that I wanted a border and while I was looking for "color" and "bling", Omer showed me what I was looking for but then also showed me some borders that were a little more subtle (but still had a little of bling!). That was really helpful because Omer was right, the more subtle border does look amazing in my bathroom. And then to go with the white tiles, Omer showed me some darker floors which look great. I did thought make sure that all of the materials were "in" which was important to me so that the contractor could get the job done in 3 weeks. Sure enough, when my contractor was ready to do the tile, he just showed up to Home Art Tile and they put together my order. Home Art Tile made what I thought was going to be time-consuming job - picking out tile - an easy, one day event! While everyone at the store seemed really great, I really enjoyed working with Omer as his calming presence was a welcome refuge. And in the end, the price was great for high quality tile - better than any of the other places I looked at. Highly recommend Home Art Tiles. This is a great store with a great selection of quality tile and nice, honest people working there that will help you through your renovation.

I was nervous about finding a vendor to replace our existing countertop and backsplash, particularly since it wasn't a large job. We recently completed extensive construction on our Brooklyn home, so I was not confident that this smaller job would not slip through the cracks. Very happily I found Home Art Tile and worked with Ibrahim who vastly exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, our new countertop and backsplash was installed in under 2 weeks and we couldn't be more pleased. I will post photos once the cabinets have been refinished. Ibrahim and his team are exemplary models of what real customer service should truly be and also simply remarkable human beings. Bravo.

My highest recommendation goes out to Home Art Tile, we worked with Omar and he was wonderful- but every employee we have worked with has been so helpful. They are honest, set the right expectations and were able to help us meet our design preferences at a really reasonable price. They are very attentive from the minute you walk in but never pushy and were respectful of our budget. We worked with Home Art Tile to get our kitchen countertop and backsplash, and they expediently got someone in to measure and we were finished with the installation within a week. The work on the countertop was fast, and high quality and we already know we plan on using them again when we start our bathroom remodel!

I have purchased all my tiles and kitchen counter top from the store. I love the show room, and it has huge selection from around world. I can spend all day to gaze around. It is very interesting and learning the products. The price is great and service is personalized. The purchase is easy and fast. You don't feel nervous, that if I purchased wrong thing and late you want to exchange. The store will take back if it is left over a complete box, or exchange something else you like. Omar is very customer orientated sales person, he remember my name, and always very patient to explain all my question and provide me sensible suggestion for my money. I also find everyone in the store very friendly, eager to help. I like the store long opening hour. I will definitely shop here with confidence.

Our contractor recommended this store when we were doing a kitchen make over for my mother. Miguel and his team were fantastic at assisting us with putting together our glass backsplash, wood floor tiles, and cabinets perfectly suited for a small Queens co-op galley kitchen. He was very considerate of our budget and recommended styles and materials for their aesthetics, durability, and price. And in which case, pricing was not a problem as they are very reasonable. When we had leftover materials, the refund process was just as smooth.

Home Art Tile on Northern Blvd is a great place for all your tile needs, and more. All the staff members were extremely helpful and patient, specially Omer. The staff at Home Art Tile answered all questions clearly and offered opinions when needed. This was very important to my wife and I, as we are novices with renovations. We knew renovations would be difficult for us, as we have little time for mistakes. This was our first bathroom renovation, but getting the tiles and associated items was very stress-free. They really want to help and assure renovation your renovation projects are successful. They definitely go above and beyond. I paid for tiles, grout and other items (soap dish) and Omer coordinated with my contractor to have all the items picked up. The wife and I did not have to micro manage the delivery (done by contractor). Since I had an extra box of tiles, the return was handled without any problems. By the way, the tile selection was vast. They don't only have tiles, but all sorts of other renovation needs for bathrooms and kitchens. Great place.

We did a house renovation and worked closely with Home Art Tile to supply the materials for our kitchen and bathrooms. Specifically, we ordered: - Kitchen Cabinets - Kitchen countertop - Kitchen sink - Wall and floor tiles - door saddles and bathtub niche saddles For the kitchen, they had their kitchen specialist come to the house and take exact measurements and then Mike worked with us to come up with the type of kitchen cabinets, layout, and details we wanted. He worked with us on several variations until we decided on the final layout. It was a fairly easy process and he was very detailed (and patient) with us to figure out what we wanted and what would look nice. We worked with others there to figure out the tiles that we needed. We ordered tiles for our kitchen floor, kitchen walls, bathroom floors, bathroom walls, shower tiles, and shower niches. The guys, who we worked with, remembered us each time we called or came in to order more tiles. Important lesson, order more of what you need so you don't have to keep coming back to pick up the tiles. They do delivery but at a cost. Overall, we liked the selection of tiles and cabinets they had. Everything looked perfect and we enjoyed the quality of the materials we ordered. Also service was amazing there.

I was extremely impressed with the support Omar provided for me during my kitchen renovation. They had a great range of tiles and the service and support was second to none. I read the original reviews on this site so decided to try them and wasn't disappointed. They helped with advice and there was never any pressure to buy anything or choose quickly. They followed up when I was late advising them and responded to emails same day. I would totally recommend this place to buy from as the prices and customer service were excellent. Because of this it does get busy in the shop so be patient or pick a quiet time to go.

I am so glad that I discovered Home Art Tile. I was having trouble finding a reasonable quote, as my kitchen only needed approx 22sq ft of counter top. I was getting quotes with big surcharges because my job was small and close to the holidays (at approx $3000). I read about Home Til Art on Yelp and decided to give them a call. Home Tile Art responded right away and gave me a very fair and reasonable quote for good quality material (approx $1400-1500) including installation. My kitchen was measured soon after and a template made with great care and precision, the man was a real professional and suggested a good solution to finish the counter top! I went to the store to finalize my selection, and all were very friendly and helpful. On top of that, the team that fitted the counter top did an amazing job, they fit it around my range in a way I hadn't even thought could be done, and it looks just beautiful, stunning really. Very, very happy. Home Art Tile were excellent, and certainly live up to all the positive reviews here.

I came here and have not regretted it one day. I stopped in to look at the vanities and bathroom tiles and finished getting my kitchen tiles and cabinets without all the hassel and upended prices you find at other shops. I renovated my entire apartment and have been amazed at the positive feedback from friends and family. Miguel and Omar were so accommodating and patient when I kept flip flopping until I settled on my tiles, cabinets and flooring. Now my friend is renovating her place and she's using my contacts. She's found everything she was looking for here. I cannot speak volumes about them and without hesitation I say try them out. They try and see what you want and how to make it happen. They are professionals and know their business. Thank you for walking me through my project from start to finish.

I purchased a quartz countertop and ceramic backsplash tiles from Home Art Tile. The people who helped me were exceedingly knowledgeable, personable, and generous with both their time and expertise. They offered extremely helpful advice when I asked, and I couldn't be any happier with my beautiful kitchen. Even when the answer to a question was "no" (like "does this tile come in bullnose?" or "do you have anything similar to this, but [bigger/smaller/different color/etc.]?"), the guys in the office were able to guide me towards finding something else, and that other thing was invariably the best option. The unbeatable pricing seems second to the quality of service and material.

During my home renovation, I got all my tile (kitchen floor, bathroom floor and bathroom wall) from Home Art. They have so many different kinds of tile with varying price ranges and materials. The store is set up with mock sink areas so you can get different ideas for how certain materials and colors look together. They also have cabinets, counter-tops and hardware. They have a lot in stock in their warehouse next door or they can special order. The guys who work here are the best - extremely friendly and helpful. I came here so many times over the course of two months. Every time I came in, they would welcome me with a smile and immediate assistance. The first was when I wanted to check out their inventory - they were welcoming but there was no pressure. They let me browse on my own and didn't hover around. When I decided to order my tile from them, they were great in helping me choose. There are so many choices and they would go around the store pulling different samples out so I could compare colors and materials. They also knew exactly how many sq. ft or boxes I needed based on my space measurements. I had one tile that was special order and it only took 4 days to come in. During renovation, other items would come up that I didn't originally think about and Home Art was able to provide them. They helped me pick out coordinating saddles for the doorways and top border caps for my bathroom wall tiles. The service is what makes them really great.

I searched all NYC for the right store and found it here after reading reviews. On my first visit I met Omar and he was eager to help and show me different options and price points to fit my budget. All my tile was perfect and of great quality. I will recommend these guys to everyone.

We just completed our kitchen renovation and we shopped several tile stores in Queens. We kept going back to Home Art Tile, and they have been absolutely wonderful to work with. The showroom is cleanly laid out, the staff are absolutely professional, they have highly competitive prices and an excellent selection. They give you plenty of time to browse, then spend time helping you with your selections. Their staff are always helping someone, so you may have to wait your turn to get the personalized service. They worked with our contractor for material pickup, and were pleasant to deal with for exchanges or special orders. The person they sent for the granite counter top was absolutely meticulous in his measurement, which resulted in a flawless fit and clean installation. If you're looking for granite and tile, look no further. These are your go-to guys and you will be treated well. Service matters to us, and Home Art Tile really delivered.

Awesome store to peruse and work up ideas for your upcoming renovation project. I thought I knew what I wanted coming in but, there are ideas galore in this showroom and you might wind up leaving with reasonable doubt. That's not necessarily a bad thing considering renovation regret is the worst thing to have after time and effort spent on your home. Ask for help and someone will help you dig through their endless samples. Great pricing, friendly sales, just a great resource to have.

I cannot say enough about this place. After running around the boroughs looking at tiles and counter tops for my bathroom and kitchen, I ended up finding all my needs in this store. Miguel and Omar could not have been more helpful. They have great prices and a very good variety of tiles and counter tops to choose. They even found a slab of a much sort after granite that I either could not find or obtain a reasonable quote. Can't say enough about this place......

After comparison shopping at many cabinet and tile places for our gut kitchen renovation, we decided to get our cabinets, countertops, and tiles from here. We were very impressed with the warm and hospitable staff who seemed to bend over backwards to help-- finding us obscure countertop colors that we wanted, playing around with the diagrams with us, and working with us to get last minute details/features like a spice rack, molding, and other things. These guys were NICE and we really enjoyed interacting with them. And since we bought multiple things from them-- and went back repeatedly-- I felt like they worked to give us the best prices possible. We will definitely use them again when we do another renovation. Oh, and they get products in very quickly, I thought, which was great.

Store has various tile selections and their tile prices are reasonable and cheaper than all other stores i have visited in Queens and Manhattan. I had the best deal on bath tub & marble wall and floor tiles. Friendly attitude is plus. Strongly recommended to home owners/small contractors.

Great selection and pricing. I buy a lot of tiles and kitchen/bath cabinetry for construction jobs and these guys have stuff I have not seen at other places. If you are going to buy tiles or kitchen bath cabinets get something unique. Your property value will thank you later.

My fiance and I came to get a quote for our kitchen cabinets. Mehmet helped design our space with the REALLY rough estimates that we gave him, which we were very appreciative of! Although we did not purchase our cabinets from them, their customer service was great. He was not pushy at all and was honest about all of the issues that we would encounter if we did x,y,z. I wouldn't worry about these people trying to rip you off. As for their selection of different styles, they had tons to choose from! They also had bathroom vanities and lots of back-splashes and floor tiles to choose from.

Omar is very helpful. Though I'm a little disappointed with the quality of the kitchen marble tiles that I'm using for the backsplash.

Referred here by a friend of mine and I regret taking his advice. Found a tile that we liked and placed an order after being told we would have it by that Friday. Friday came and went but the tiles didn't so we lost a weekend of production (if only that was all we lost). Finally told the following week that the tile was in, and when I went to pick it up I asked them to open the pallet to inspect. I noticed the trim tile was not what we ordered. Long story short, we ordered porcelain tile and after catching them were told that because the trim tile wasn't available from the same manufacturer they substituted a different trim tile. Unfortunately, it was a different size in a different material from a different manufacturer in a slightly different color. Trying give a customer a product that was so obviously mismatched, particularly without telling them you were doing it, is unconscionable. We cancelled the order and now have to start looking for tile all over again. Buyer beware!!!

Just came from Home Art Tile. Horrible service. There's no one to help you. You don't even get greeted. There's lack of staff. I finally had to ask a staff member that looked like he work at the warehouse. He didn't seem to have knowledge about the product but at least he acknowledged me and my family. He try to get us help from a sales guy. The sales guy was on his phone texting and didn't even look at our direction when the stock guy told him that these customers have questions. I don't know how businesses like these make it when there's so competition. We're now going to college point and buying our tiles and vanity. I decided to come here first before deciding to buy at college point since yelp reviews were so positive. I really had high hopes for Home art tile. Unfortunately, the yelp reviews were the complete opposite for me and my family.

WOULD GIVE ZARO STARS IF I COULD. Only worked with unprofessional place due to a unprofessional contractor. Both were horrible and stupid. We ordered custom kitchen cabinets, spent more money than we should because they designed the kitchen cabinets wrong the first time and it took longer than expected, they sent the wrong sizes, pieces of cabinets and not enough cabinets and molding. They then charged us to get the correct cabinets that would fit because they didn't accept that it was their mistake, so didn't our contractor. It would be in our hands 1-2 weeks latest, it's now 5 weeks. I contacted them at 4 weeks, spoke with the manager Miguel he said it would be express shipping, when I called back today (5 week mark) hes like a worker lives near you so when attempting to deliver no one was home and you didnt answer (playing games) I was like oh yeah then ask the guy what my house looks like (got caught lying) hes like he was around the area so he called before he came, again caught in a lie, so how did you know I wasn't home. You see the unprofessionalism, rude and horrible service my family and I received. I'm still waiting for my refund on my "shipping" of 20 bucks, I don't care if its 1, 20 or 100 dollars for shipping, it's past the arrival date and I'm not going to give them another penny because they deserve nothing except this review.

Decent selection packed into a tight space. You really have to dig though. Don't bother going unless you are the correct race. Went twice. I went first...wife and I had to take turns watching the kids in the car. First time, spent 15 mins. in the store looking around, went up to the front with samples to get pricing. Employees/owners just sitting around chatting. Couldn't get anyone to acknowledge me. A middle eastern woman walks in and 3 of them jumped up to help. The other 2 just kept chatting and ignoring my requests for help. I gave up and sent my wife in. She's caucasian but made the mistake of announcing that she was married to the Chinese guy that just walked out 2 secs ago, and where were the samples that I was interested in? No help for her either. A week later...go back. Ready to buy. Grab the same samples, head up to the front. 5 guys sitting chatting. "Can I get some help please?" Nothing. "I'm trying to get prices for this stuff. Anyone?" Nothing. These guys are all within 5 feet of me. No customers. I put down the samples and yell to the owner "you really need to work on your customer service." He responds "sorry...we're first come first serve here". I was going to let it go, but my wife had to drive around the block, I was standing right outside waiting, and I was mad. Went back in. "Who here is a customer?" Nothing. "OK, first come first served. Who exactly are you serving or are all you all doing nothing?" Nothing, except one of the guys gets up and leaves. "You just lost a $4K sale" and I storm out...4 feet to the curb. Still had to stand 10 ft from these guys right outside waiting for my wife to come get me. After several minutes one of the remaining guys comes out and says "if you're ready to buy, we will sell to you." I told him to get lost. He starts arguing with me...long story short, no apology, whole conversation is why it was all my fault that I didn't get help. He ends with "well, you can't really blame us can you? How are we supposed to know that you aren't just like the rest of your people?" Remember...this guy thinks he can still land this sale...this is part of his strategy to disarm me.
