I have used Peakstone in the past and was disappointed in the outcome of the installation this time. I had the countertops installed recently and have a huge seam showing. It’s large enough for crumbs to get caught in there and the fact it’s so visible drives me crazy. I did not contact them due to the handling of another issue I experienced with them in the process. The whole experience this time around was not the best and I won’t be returning.

First time doing a project like this. We spoke to two people with Peak and they both were very knowledge about the process and seemed to want our project to go well if we went with them or someone else. They didn’t have a slab with the color we wanted but found one at another suppliers place. The installation included cutting into custom cabinets to make the sink we chose fit. The crew was on time and made sure we were satisfied before they left. We have two seams that look great. We opted to use their Plumber and he is now our Plumber and our neighbors Plumber as well. So good to see a company doing it like it should be done.

Phenomenal product and amazing customer service! A huge thank you to the install team Ricardo, Juan, Nick, and Mikey were kind, courteous, incredibly efficient and our kitchen looks amazing! We did have an issue, the countertop was cut as a backsplash, but it was cut too high and the microwave wouldn't fit. The contractor tried to make it work but it wouldn't. I called Tyler at Peak Stone, and he responded with kindness and genuine concern for my situation. He promised a call from Mari the next day with a game plan to fix things. Just as promised, I received a call the next morning. I was given a new window to have the team come out and fix the backsplash. They showed up on time and quickly fixed the issue. I would not hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to a friend!

Stephanie at Peak Stone is great! She worked with us to get a granite remnant for the kitchen countertops which saved us quite a bit of money. When it wasn't big enough, she found another piece of granite at a reduced price. She gave us advice about the type of sink and faucet to put in the kitchen. Nick and Julian came out to install the granite countertops. Nick is a real craftsman. My home is 103 years old, so he had to make some adjustments to secure the granite. It's beautiful, and the price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend them because they bend over backwards to give the customers what they want.

I refrained from sending a review but this seam is something I see everyday and it looks horrible and think about all day. the pattern doesn't match at all I spent 2500 on this project. I can afford one upgrade a year I choose to do this and horribly disappointed. The installer also asked to use the restroom was in there for 25 minutes broke the seat somehow and just closed the door and left without saying a word about it. I learned about it later that evening when company was over they informed me the seat was hanging off. I asked why the dishwasher was crooked he said all I had to do was undo the screws and redo it. i will add photos shortly I need my girl to add I just can't figure out how to add them on here. I just like to save someone the hassle it is literally right by the sink I see everyday and is just depressing. I called the company they really cared less.
