His work includes New Day's project storytelling, completed-project media, social content, homeowner education, and the way the company communicates its work online.
ABOUT ME
A big part of my job is figuring out how to show people what New Day actually does before they ever meet our team. Remodeling is very visual, but a few polished after-photos don't always tell the whole story. I want homeowners to see the finished space, but also understand what changed and what went into getting there. That's why I spend a lot of time around our completed projects, working with the team and our media partners to document the work through photos, video, project stories, and homeowner-focused content.
For me, that's not just about having something good-looking to post. The content has to show the craftsmanship and the details that can be hard to explain with a paragraph on a website. I'm also paying attention to what homeowners actually respond to. That matters because people usually start researching a remodel long before they contact us. They're looking at kitchens, comparing materials, trying to understand costs, watching project videos, and figuring out what is even possible in their own home.
My job is to make sure that when they find New Day, they're not just seeing claims about what we can do. They're seeing the projects, the people behind them, and enough useful information to understand how we work.
