Okay. I just want to say that it's really hard to find good, honest service these days, but I think I just found it with Complex Granite & Marble. I called Samir for an estimate to repair some major etching on a polished marble table I thought was going to require a major fix. He responded immediately and came out the following day. He took a look at the table, determined it was an easy fix and went right to work. The table is back to looking beautiful and it was all done for free!!! And this was from someone who drove all the way out from Kent to Sammamish!!! How about that? Needless to say, I'd highly recommend Complex Granite & Marble for your next job.

We came across Intown after cancelling with a big chain company that was to difficult to schedule with, and we are so happy that we did! From the moment we walked into the showroom we were treated like VIPs. Ivo and Jonathan were so kind and helpful, and their showroom was filled with beautiful slabs. And, prices were less than the big chain stores. The hardest part was picking which gorgeous slab we wanted. The process was so professional, Wesley came out to measure within a few days, and two days after that Marley and his crew did the most beautiful install. They did flawless seams and were professional and courteous and even cleaned up everything after. The granite is stunning and we couldn’t be happier. If we had gone with the chain store we would still be waiting, instead we have beautiful thick granite countertops in time for Christmas. Thank you!!

Visited Coco’s to explore bids for our new kitchen and was impressed on how quickly Ryan came out to measure the template so Vanessa could create a bid for us. This was much easier than for me to provide a draft of the specs. Small local business but very efficient and friendly. If you are new to countertops, Vanessa was great in explaining the difference in material and providing options depending on your taste. Unfortunately we did not end up selecting Coco’s for this project due to other circumstances but was super impressed and wanted to leave feedback. We hope to use their services in future projects!

What a dream come true! We recently partnered with ProGranite to provide solid surfaces on our newly built home and we are so glad that we did. We had an extensive amount of stone installed, everything from shower walls, fireplace surrounds, fireplace bench, waterfall islands, accent stone walls, exterior cladding and of course many countertops with full height backsplash. We are thrilled with how everything turned out. We used a number of different products from different suppliers and we are glad they worked with all of them - anything from Dekton, Granite, Marble and Quartz and all in various thickness ranging from 1.2CM, 2CM and 3CM Working with many different contractors on our new house we quickly came to realize that ProGranite stood out from the rest. Even though they are very busy, they took the time to work with us and go the extra mile to get the job done right. It was a pleasure in every stage of this process and we found ourselves excited to visit their impressive showroom every single time. Starting with the sales team- they were quickly able to give me an estimate and offer their knowledge and expertise and even suggest a few better options that improved our design and saved us money. Next, came the measurements of all the countertops/walls/ fireplaces. They came out with digital template equipment that quickly and precisely measured all of the areas. We were glad to hear the template tech ask all the right questions, pay attention to the custom details and provide suggestions on what needed to be done to make this project go smoothly. After that, the fabrication stage started that finally turned the raw slabs into our custom countertops. The fabrication shop also worked with us to point out details about the fabrication process which included showing a digital layout of how things will be cut and fabricated. Finally, the long anticipated installation began. It was a pleasure seeing all of our plans, ideas and designs finally coming to life as the installers worked piece by piece to install all of the countertops. With a large project like this, of course it took many days to complete but it was worth the wait as the installers paid close attention to every detail and took the extra time to make everything look exactly how we wanted. Overall, we are thrilled with the experience and highly satisfied with overall results. We wish that more contractors would treat us like ProGranite did. Working with them felt like working with long time good friends and we can't wait to work with ProGranite again on a few other creative additions that we will have in the near future.

We worked with Sofie at Northwest Granite and she was fantastic to work with. Their selection through area wholesalers was fantastic. Their installers were professional and did an amazing job. The granite installed completely changed the environment of our kitchen.

We recently had GMS install some natural quartzite countertops for our kitchen remodel. Steve was our scheduler for templating and installation while Temo was our installation crew foreman. Working with both of them was a breeze and I highly recommend them for any of your countertop projects. Steve was communicative and prompt. And it was very clear Temo and his crew have loads of experience and take great pride in their work. They were extremely careful while moving and setting the countertops (not easy considering they must weigh a literal ton) and very meticulous while leveling, gluing, caulking etc. throughout the rest of the install. Our countertops look incredible and we couldn't be happier!

American Tile & Granite, ATG, did an amazing job on our bathroom renovation. This bathroom is the nicest room in our house now, it makes me want to move on to renovating the rest of the house. I am so glad that we decided to work with a professional company instead of trying to do it DIY. I had already been shopping around looking at tile & cabinets when I starting chatting with Natalia & Liliya at ATG, I thought they just did tile & granite but they said they could bid doing the whole job. I don't have any friends who are plumbers or electricians so one stop shopping sounded appealing. They made every step of the process easy and I am so glad I trusted them to do the whole job from demolition to towel bar installation. I literally didn't know what Schluter was when we started and now I am selecting grout colors. Max was my contractor, he is young but his attention to detail and knowledge of the industry was so comforting. Every person on their crew is the best of the best, the demolition guy, Roman, had my demo done by noon. I felt very VIP when a few days in the owner of the company, Taras & Max did a walk through with me and got my feedback on several decisions I didn't even know I got to make like how big and location of the soap box. They had the foresight to see a potential problem I didn't see and recommended moving the door an inch to solve it. I was so thankful that I had hired professionals and the finished results are incredible. Next was Ivan the Tile Doctor, he is a true artist. I would go into the bathroom after he would do a section and marvel at how perfect it looked. Dan the painter was also a perfectionist who did an amazing job. I felt very taken care of by their whole team, when I wrote that last check after my final walk through with Max I had no regrets. I am 100 percent going to use ATG for all my future projects.

I chose Luxe to remodel our kitchen and living room, as well as our back yard. It is an about one-month project, and the result turned out to be really satisfying and the total cost is also reasonable. Check out the photos to see how it looks before and after. I feel really appreciated to have the chance to work with Leon on our family project.
