I have been to at least 15 different companies asking for the exact same layout with the same type of stone. I finally chose progranite because like one of their owners' Andrew, told me that it's hard for other places to beat our pricing because they purchase a portion of their stone directly from overseas rather than having to rely on companies like MSI or others to purchase the stone and then charge you additional amount. I also liked and appreciated how they talked and treated me as a customer, kindly explaining and answering any questions I had whether or not I purchased from them. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly to my experience and do not seem elite, unlike what I experienced from some of their competition. If you go out and talk to many different places, you will get the sense as to who appears stuck up and who appears customer focused. Trust me, it's not the more money you spend the better quality and service you will get. As for the individuals that I interacted with, I had Mike, who was the detailed measurer for the countertops at my house. He was very nice and friendly and knowledgeable, he also bounced ideas with me on my design to tweak any small details that I had overlooked. After that the designer, Max, who chooses what part of the slab that is best for the countertops, contacted me and asked if we approved the sections that would be cut out for the different parts of the countertops. I even wanted to double check and asked if my wife and myself could go over and physically see the parts that were chosen and he had no problem taking the time and energy assisting my request. He was so good, that the machine which cuts and polishes the countertop broke our original one and he gave us an even better slab to make up for it and it was only a few days delay. Now that's customer service! Then lastly we had a team of two, Luis and Ivan, who came over to install. They were so incredibly patient and really customer focused, that they did not leave until we were completely satisfied with the slab. There were a few places where there were small holes or seam cracks that you could feel and they took more time to fill them in and polish them so that everything was smooth. I know for a fact that other companies would have said that it's stone and it's natural, kind of deal with it so to say. But Luis truly wanted us to be happy and went the extra mile. It's people like this that will make a company succeed or struggle and you will see that they are succeeding. What a dream come true! We recently partnered with ProGranite to provide solid surfaces on our newly built home and we are so glad that we did. We had an extensive amount of stone installed, everything from shower walls, fireplace surrounds, fireplace bench, waterfall islands, accent stone walls, exterior cladding and of course many countertops with full height backsplash. We are thrilled with how everything turned out. We used a number of different products from different suppliers and we are glad they worked with all of them - anything from Dekton, Granite, Marble and Quartz and all in various thickness ranging from 1.2CM, 2CM and 3CM Working with many different contractors on our new house we quickly came to realize that ProGranite stood out from the rest. Even though they are very busy, they took the time to work with us and go the extra mile to get the job done right. It was a pleasure in every stage of this process and we found ourselves excited to visit their impressive showroom every single time. Starting with the sales team- they were quickly able to give me an estimate and offer their knowledge and expertise and even suggest a few better options that improved our design and saved us money. Next, came the measurements of all the countertops/walls/ fireplaces. They came out with digital template equipment that quickly and precisely measured all of the areas. We were glad to hear the template tech ask all the right questions, pay attention to the custom details and provide suggestions on what needed to be done to make this project go smoothly. After that, the fabrication stage started that finally turned the raw slabs into our custom countertops. The fabrication shop also worked with us to point out details about the fabrication process which included showing a digital layout of how things will be cut and fabricated. Finally, the long anticipated installation began. It was a pleasure seeing all of our plans, ideas and designs finally coming to life as the installers worked piece by piece to install all of the countertops. With a large project like this, of course it took many days to complete but it was worth the wait as the installers paid close attention to every detail and took the extra time to make everything look exactly how we wanted. Overall, we are thrilled with the experience and highly satisfied with overall results. We wish that more contractors would treat us like ProGranite did. Working with them felt like working with long time good friends and we can't wait to work with ProGranite again on a few other creative additions that we will have in the near future.

This business is absolutely professional and delivers high quality work. We had ProGranite install a honed granite vanity top and shower pan, and porcelain walls in our walk-in shower that wrapped around our freestanding tub. The team at ProGranite communicated clearly throughout the whole process and even caught a flooring issue we were unaware of. Email communication was quick and thorough. They are exactly what you want as a contractor. The quality is top notch from granite finish, templating, sizing, and most importantly the install. My wife and I did the design work and installed everything aside from the granite and porcelain. ProGranite was great in working with us through this process where we acted as the general contractor. The seams are well done, the sealant is clean and smooth, and the patterns between slabs are matched well so they look natural. We used a different local granite company for our kitchen counters and were left disappointed with the templating, seams and matching of slabs. It was really nice to have such a superior install with ProGranite. To top it off I hadn’t completed my measurements for the shower wand when they installed the porcelain but they assured me it was no problem coming back later to drill the necessary holes. I finally got my measurements done months later and they completed the drilling, no questions asked. Five stars across the board!

Everything from picking out the product, making changes, communication, and scheduling the install of our quartz turned out PERFECT! Their install guys were top-notch perfectionist too (shout out to Uriel from Silvestr3 Granite!) I was super worried about the cuts and you seriously can not see any (pointing out in picture)! We bought the new house and for kitchen countertops, ProGranite was the vendor. After a few months, we noticed a small crack on one of the Quartz countertops. We informed the vendor as soon as they got the call they scheduled the person and also co-owner Andrew came himself. They confirmed its material issue and replaced the whole kitchen countertops with the new ones. Very professional, friendly, and top-notch vendors. I will highly recommend them.

Taras a Luís did a fantabulous job installing our new quarts countertops very great detail and was very efficient finishing the job way under the time they expected it would take!! Our new sink was installed and they drilled one hole on site! They spent extra time to take vacuums our while cutting and securing the countertops in a couple of different places to make sure that me and my family stay safe!!
