I can’t express how great of a job they did! I had been looking a multiple stores across the bay because that is where my parents had experience dealing with. After getting extremely high quotes and finding limited supply, I decided to look around Mobile. I came across Elegant Natural Stone and was so impressed. Cindy was so helpful and informative, taking the time to educate me on each stone type and their process even though I had come in close to closing time. Their selection was very diverse and the pricing was about half of my previous quotes from other vendors. Once I purchased my stone and was on the schedule things moved very efficiently. The installers were extremely professional and thorough, and their work was impeccable. They even cut me 2 side splash pieces as options because I wasn’t sure if I wanted to use them or not, all included in the price. I highly recommend! (Just FYI I elected to put up my own backsplash, so the unfinished state of the walls they have no part of.)

Nicole at Natural Stone Countertops did an outstanding job assisting me with my quartz countertops. She acted as if she was decorating her own kitchen. Their prices were the best in North Alabama!! She truly went above and beyond. The installers did an outstanding job removing my old countertops and installing the new ones. I stopped by American Flooring, Cabinets & Granite today in hopes of bragging to Blake Kirkland about the lovely vinyl planking floors my Son and I had just installed. Blake wasn’t in but y’all… I was introduced to the charming, and still quite handsome, Mr. Don Williams. The sweet lady that greeted me when I came in said, “You can brag to him… he’s the owner of the store”. And so I did! Rewind a few weeks ago, I was in a dilemma over my floors in the Apartment I was adding over my garage. After several failed attempts at “brown paper bag floors” I was just done. Totally against Vinyl Planking floors, I had several trusted friends talk me into just going to look at them because the quality had improved so much. Another friend told me not to go to a big named store, but to go to a Real flooring store. So I decided to go to “American Carpets - Open 8 to 8 so don’t be late!” Telling my age a bit but that had to be one of my favorite commercials of that time with Don himself and his cute little granddaughter. It was that commercial that brought me into his store years ago when I purchased carpet from him and had it installed in a previous house I had built. I was very pleased back then and as a returning customer I am very pleased once again with the quality and service I received. They have since then expanded and changed their name to include the other quality products they now have, but their service is still the same. When I walked in a few weeks ago… that’s when I met Blake. Unable to find the floor I had set my heart on (No one makes it anymore), Blake helped me to decide on what would best meet my needs. I had pictures of my rooms and was a little apprehensive on what would go best in the space I needed flooring for. He was very patient with me and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured. And once again, I couldn’t be more satisfied. I’m sorry I missed you Blake, but I’m honored to meet you Don. After visiting for a bit and showing some pictures to Don and the sweet lady at the front desk, I asked if there was a way I could share the pictures with Blake…. So here I am… a very satisfied customer once again! Please see the attached photos Blake! My floors turned out perfect! And as my friend recommended… I got the best quality flooring for a much better price than the “BIG” named stores! Mac Sells and his crew at Professional Stone are amazing! The quality of their product and installation is by far superior then their competitors… Forgot to mention that their prices are unbelievable. Keep in mind that they do have a waiting list and installation timings dont always work out, but Mac does ensure he communicates any delays…. Super people… cant say enough… they’ve installed counters for us twice and would use them again….

I LOVE my new countertops! Pedro and Max installed them for us, and they did a marvelous job. In addition, they were so courteous and professional. I couldn't be more pleased.
