I have been doing business with Don Williams and American Flooring, Cabinets and Granite ever since they have been in business and there is nobody any better to do business with. Their prices are the best and their installations and workmanship are top notch. We found them to be our one stop shop for all our carpet, flooring, and granite needs.

Needed a quick install to sell a house. Customer service was outstanding. Jim worked with me and helped find me a great deal on new flooring. Installed two days later and looks great. Can't thank Jim and the installers enough for the great service and help picking a great looking carpet for the whole house.

The customer service is phenomenal and I couldn’t have asked for anything better! They have a HUGE selection, great prices, and assist with designs. Don assisted me with selecting tile, gave me designers recommendations, and provided his personal/professional opinion, which I significantly valued. They’re the best of the best!!

My mom and I visited the store to get cabinets, countertops and flooring estimates. Erin and Mr. Don provided the best customer service you could ask for. They have some great deals and quick turnaround.

We had a whole house renovation and thought that things would go quickly using American carpets. We replaced all of the floors, a shower and put flooring, cabinets and granite in our kitchen. The cabinets and granite in the kitchen are amazing. Everything else is junk. They hire the cheapest contractors and do not treat them well. I am very disappointed in this company. After asking other contractors, I realized that this company does not have a good reputation with contractors. I recommend that you ask around before doing business with them.

I stopped by American Flooring, Cabinets & Granite today in hopes of bragging to Blake Kirkland about the lovely vinyl planking floors my Son and I had just installed. Blake wasn’t in but y’all… I was introduced to the charming, and still quite handsome, Mr. Don Williams. The sweet lady that greeted me when I came in said, “You can brag to him… he’s the owner of the store”. And so I did! Rewind a few weeks ago, I was in a dilemma over my floors in the Apartment I was adding over my garage. After several failed attempts at “brown paper bag floors” I was just done. Totally against Vinyl Planking floors, I had several trusted friends talk me into just going to look at them because the quality had improved so much. Another friend told me not to go to a big named store, but to go to a Real flooring store. So I decided to go to “American Carpets - Open 8 to 8 so don’t be late!” Telling my age a bit but that had to be one of my favorite commercials of that time with Don himself and his cute little granddaughter. It was that commercial that brought me into his store years ago when I purchased carpet from him and had it installed in a previous house I had built. I was very pleased back then and as a returning customer I am very pleased once again with the quality and service I received. They have since then expanded and changed their name to include the other quality products they now have, but their service is still the same. When I walked in a few weeks ago… that’s when I met Blake. Unable to find the floor I had set my heart on (No one makes it anymore), Blake helped me to decide on what would best meet my needs. I had pictures of my rooms and was a little apprehensive on what would go best in the space I needed flooring for. He was very patient with me and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured. And once again, I couldn’t be more satisfied. I’m sorry I missed you Blake, but I’m honored to meet you Don. After visiting for a bit and showing some pictures to Don and the sweet lady at the front desk, I asked if there was a way I could share the pictures with Blake…. So here I am… a very satisfied customer once again! Please see the attached photos Blake! My floors turned out perfect! And as my friend recommended… I got the best quality flooring for a much better price than the “BIG” named stores!
