Alpha Stone Co and its owner Mr Karakas have been a great help and source to get our kitchen, bathroom - multiple countertops along with various sinks and a vanity cabinet. He provided great choices for us at reasonable prices and on time delivery - installation. I highly recommend this store with all its services and customer support. If you are looking to large or small home renovation, we did a major one, you should definitely check out their options. We looked at many sources around Richmond but by far theirs were the best, value for the money, service and attention to detail.

We had a great experience working with the McKenzie Stone and Tile team. They offered many demo pieces for us to take home to see in our space so that we would be comfortable with our selection and ensure it was the right piece for the space. When I was ready to order, our sales rep was able to meet our tight timeline and have the tile shipped and delivered to their store within a day; really going above and beyond! True professionals, our sales rep, the gentlemen who templated our quartz counter top, and the install team were all wonderful to work with. We will use them for future projects and would highly recommend McKenzie Stone and Tile to anyone.

Zak, the owner was down to earth. He made us feel very welcome the moment we stepped into the beautiful showroom. He was extremely knowledgeable and educated us on the variety of stone that was offered. Once we decided on the stone (love at first sight), it was fabricated in a timely manner. Andrew (sales) was great, and Omar (fabricator and installer) was truly amazing, very conscientious about his work and it showed! We are so happy with our stone and hope to enjoy it in the years to come. Prices were comparable with upscale service.

Recently purchased a stone with BBG from the Portmouth Location. First interaction was with Jane Ibeawuchi. I advised what I was looking for and within the time I was in the store and my return home, she had sent a quote. I spent allot of time with Jane throughout my process, as BBG was the first vendor I identified before the start of my project, and almost the last vendor utilized upon completion of my project. Jane was always a true professional, (even when I asked her to not be so formal)! She helped to sooth my many concerns during the process. It was over a year before my project came to completion, and my slab was held for those many, many months. I am thankful that BBG worked with me throughout the extended time and held my stone for that long period. There were a few hiccups with the slab selection due to the length of the process and my change in requirements, but BBG provided a solution, while not my favorite, that at least gave me options. I also met with Jane and Ricardo and was graciously assisted in my layout selection to help satisfy my slabs' aesthetic requirements. The real star of the process, for me, were the fabricators (stone cuts and matching seams look perfect) and the installer, Silvano Souza. Silvano solved one problem and then identified a problem in the install that I believe many installers would have not cared to or have known to identify, which saved allot of heartache. On his second visit, the installation was great with completing unusual request, pointing out possible issues and overall being a true professional. He and his team appeared to really enjoy their work, aiming to please, and it showed in their workmanship and the end product (as I have heard many fabrication and installation horror stories, and I did not experience any of those). BBG provided me with a beautiful stone. From start to finish I do not hesitate to recommend their services.

David with Discount Granite did an excellent job in my kitchen and I am so happy with how it turned out! After getting a quote for my countertops from a different company, I decided to reach out to Discount Granite. David responded right away and came out the same day. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. He gave me a quote that was MUCH less than the other company, AND he was also able to do the counter and sink in the half bath with the leftover piece from the granite slab from the kitchen. His company does the fabrication so there's no "middle man" saving lots of money. Less than 2 weeks after his on-site estimate, they came out and installed everything and I LOVE my new kitchen!! I highly recommend David with Discount Granite . They did a beautiful job...quickly and efficiently, and very affordable! I chose Colonial White granite and it's perfect.

We loved working with Ann Arbor Stone and Tile! We went with them for our flooring, backsplash, and countertops for a kitchen remodel and couldn’t have had a better experience from start to finish. Carolyn and Emma at the store were super helpful in guiding us and very fun and easy to work with. There was no pressure from a sales perspective and they were more than happy to give us plenty of time to explore ideas with them. We are so happy with the quality of materials and how everything came together. They also got everything ordered and installed incredibly quickly! The person who came out to measure the countertops and the installers were very professional, thorough, and personable. They were very respectful of our home and talked us through each step of their process. My contractor isn’t easily pleased and he was VERY impressed with them. Lastly, the tile delivery man was excellent! Our driveway isn’t the easiest to work with and he handled it like a pro, with a smile the entire time. We have so much appreciation for every member of the team! Working with them has been the easiest part of our remodel.
