My granite looks as beautiful as I had hoped! When I bought my new home, there was beautiful granite in the kitchen and both baths, but it was quite dull from lack of maintenance. What a pleasure to see its true beauty this morning! Chris was a pleasure to work with. He is one of the few tradesman (VERY FEW) that actually answers his phone, communicates, arrives when stated, knows what he’s doing, and is efficient. A rare bird; truly a reliable professional. He pointed out to me a corner on my counter that had previously been repaired that I hadn’t been aware of since my counters had been cluttered since the move, caulked gaps between the walls and granite, and got rid of mineral build up and “gunk” that had accumulated. And DONE in just a few hours and VERY reasonably priced. Thank you so much! I’ll call again in two to three years when my granite needs another spa day!

DeSanctis Marble and Granite did an outstanding job with our outdoor kitchen counter. They were prompt, professional, and everything was executed flawlessly. The owner, Vic, also took the time to explain the intricacies of the process and what to expect, while also helping me take the right things into consideration on layout and templating. We had used them for our indoor kitchen years ago and they have continued to impress. High recommendation!

We were very pleased with our new quartz counter tops. We had two bathroom vanity tops and our kitchen counter replaced. The quality of the tops is excellent as well as the installation. Overall price was good and was half the price of a competitor's price who advertises heavily in the newspaper and tv.

Sergio and his team are awesome! We got quotes from a couple different companies for a tub deck and variety top for our master bath. The other company told us our tub deck was too large to do a single piece of granite and my tub deck would have a seam. Storia however, was able to do the job exactly how I wanted it (no seam) and they were nearly HALF the cost of the other company for the same granite. They did a fantastic job installing everything too. We’ve used them now on four separate occasions and will continue to use them in the future.

Trust me, I visited all of them. From Marco Island, Ft. Myers was a straight shot off the highway. A total drive of 49 minutes and easy to get to. Better than the traffic congestion in Naples. Great lunch spots too! NOVA, from the moment we arrived, helped us get our samples of cabinetry and flooring from our car. Vanessa, one of their staff, handed us waters without even asking and led us out back to begin the process. With my terrible indecision, Vanessa, really had an eye for what NOT to choose. Her feedback made perfect sense, narrowing down the abundance of gorgeous quartz, granite and marble products. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE MY PICKS!! With living in Boston when it came time to pick the actual “veining” design, Vanessa, made a FaceTime call with me to make sure I was extra happy with the layout. OMG, she’s the best. THEN, On September 28, HURRICANE Ian hit Ft. Myers very bad. Would you believe we received an email from Nova the VERY NEXT MORNING to see if we “were okay” and to let us know that they would do everything in their power to continue the process of completing our job on time. They arrived 2 days after the hurricane while most of Ft Myers was underwater. Thanks to Nova, we have taken away a higher standard or customer service to bring to our own 26 year business. Very impressive!!! Nicole was fabulous to assist us in finding the perfect counter top. The process was as absolutely flawless! The prices were reasonable and their timing and follow up to make sure we were completely satisfied customers was absolutely outstanding! Ten out of ten would recommend! I love how beautiful their material are. Charity was such a great help, very knowledgeable and very sweet. She was professional and didn't push things on me like other places have. I will be purchasing my new granite countertops from Quality Stones and will go to them for any future countertop needs.

As a contractor, I have never seen a cleaner shop then the one at pacific, that tells you alot about how they work, i have been there early in the morning on several times and there crew is moping the floor, thays just crazy! there crew is very friendly, and helpful, we use them for all are counter top services, but they also do custom shower benches, sills, backsplashes, and BBQ areas, I have recommend them to several of my friends and fellow contractors, by far the best counter shop in town, 5 🌟!!!!
