Absolutely LOVE this place! Their customer service has been above and beyond expectations. I have been to the competitors and wasn't given the time of day. When I first arrived to Stone Center, I was immediately greeted and helped with the entire process. Install coming soon and I will update with final pictures and the install review, however, I am sure they will still be amazing!

I just got our countertops installed today and I can't say enough about how punctual & professional each person that worked on our project was. First Edison who stayed in touch over the phone with me through the process. Then Cassie the owner who came on time, gave us a great price and showed up on the day of install to oversee. Also, the two young men who came to install worked well together with the install,, showed up on time and were pleasant. We are so thankful that we went with Stone United. Thank you!!!

What a great experience! Yusuf was very patient when working on my many layout options and ideas. He was fair and honest, and provided great guidance. His pricing and timeline was right on, and his communication was exceptional. We engaged Set Kitchens for the total project and Yusuf was on site nearly every day to ensure the work was done properly. Any final punch list items were closed out properly and we did not regret using Set for the whole project, versus using out separate subcontractors for marginal cost savings. We love our new kitchen and highly recommend Yusuf and Set Kitchens!

Our Kitchen was completed by Kitchens by K'Avari. Keisha was a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable, professional and was able to provide us with many options and ideas that we had not though of. Our kitchen looks great and receives many compliments!

My husband and I have renovated multiple homes and knew instantly this was going to be a professional as well as fun company to work with. Choosing countertops is a big deal and needs good communication and precision. Right out of the gate, we found NOVA to be 100% DEPENDABLE, extremely FRIENDLY and ALWAYS picking up our calls. We really felt important to them. Their prices were shockingly less than the two Naples competitors we shopped at prior. We found NOVA to run an organized and tight ship with every step of our project! Be prepared, when you contact Nova, they will begin your countertop process right away. There is no waiting or rescheduling. NONE. More importantly, ALL OF THE STAFF seem to really CARE about us and our project. The owner, Monique, and her team, have an eye for stocking their showroom with current gorgeous countertop products. Nothing was outdated. They’re on top of their product game in my opinion. Trust me, I visited all of them. From Marco Island, Ft. Myers was a straight shot off the highway. A total drive of 49 minutes and easy to get to. Better than the traffic congestion in Naples. Great lunch spots too! NOVA, from the moment we arrived, helped us get our samples of cabinetry and flooring from our car. Vanessa, one of their staff, handed us waters without even asking and led us out back to begin the process. With my terrible indecision, Vanessa, really had an eye for what NOT to choose. Her feedback made perfect sense, narrowing down the abundance of gorgeous quartz, granite and marble products. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE MY PICKS!! With living in Boston when it came time to pick the actual “veining” design, Vanessa, made a FaceTime call with me to make sure I was extra happy with the layout. OMG, she’s the best. THEN, On September 28, HURRICANE Ian hit Ft. Myers very bad. Would you believe we received an email from Nova the VERY NEXT MORNING to see if we “were okay” and to let us know that they would do everything in their power to continue the process of completing our job on time. They arrived 2 days after the hurricane while most of Ft Myers was underwater. Thanks to Nova, we have taken away a higher standard or customer service to bring to our own 26 year business. Kitchen granite countertops project: Superb customer service. Very professional from the consultation, measurements to the project installation date. They didn’t have the granite material at first, but was able to accommodate my preference by ordering it from their sister company. I was so excited! They also use an appointment reminder system and we’re very flexible with me in terms of scheduling the project which I was very thankful for especially during the pandemic. I recommend their services and will be using them again!
