Specifically, Lisa Hall helped us choose a stone for our fireplace surround, was thorough explaining the process from picking a stone, templating, and installation, and always communicated promptly. The business contract gives specific guidelines regarding payment and the responsibilities of both Zimpel's and the client. Our stone was installed yesterday. The crew was fantastic answering questions, guiding us through each step, before it was meticulously cleaned and spiffed up. They also swept the floor before leaving! They did all of the things we expect from a Five Star business.
