Amazing staff - very accommodating and attentive. Two women work in the office and one of them helped me a lot with picking the granite and scheduling everything. If you spend a certain amount they include a sink and faucet (as most places do). They came on time and I was very satisfied with their work. We have used them for all of the houses in my family/extended family.

They did a good job installing but came 2 hours early without telling me broke my cabinet off the hinge, didn’t tell me I needed a plumber . So they cut my pipes in a weird place . Over all they did a good job a good price. Just communicate wasn’t good. Did not install faucet or anything.

We used Y&Q a few years ago and our daughter, more recently. The process of purchasing and having the quartz countertops installed was very smooth. They completed the project on schedule and were very responsive to our questions and concerns. The installers were very industrious and very skilled. We are very pleased with the result of our kitchen countertops and backsplash and continue to recommend Y&Q to our friends.

I needed a granite countertop. My wife and I searched LOTS of different places. Most of them were 1600$ and up for what we needed (21-22 sq ft). I saw a review about this place in the strip and I'm so happy that I did. We went to their showroom and there were a few people in there being waited on so we just browsed their inventory which you can just walk around and look at, see how much it is per sq ft, see the different edges and see their sink options that they have available. We had only walked around for a few minutes when a very nice lady walked up and asked if we needed help. We showed her what we were interested in and she asked if I had a rough idea of what size I needed and shape. I drew it on some paper for her and the dimensions. She calculated everything and asked if we would need a sink. We didn't need one as we had planned to use the old sink, but later changed our minds. All said and done, it was only 1k. 600$ cheaper than any competitor we had quotes from. We set up a date to make a template (about 1.5 weeks before they could come). They were punctual and actually showed up early! The guy came in and measured everything, asked me about the sink and faucet and was on his way. No more than 15-20 mins. (This is a small kitchen however). We had changed our minds about the drop in sink and decided to go with an undermount sink. It wasn't there in time, so they told me just drop off the template when I received it, which I did the following day when we paid for the services and setup a date for installation. (About 1.5 weeks). I was worried my road was going to be a problem because it had snowed the night before, and you know how Pittsburgh is with plowing side streets. They showed up right on time and got to work. They put blankets down to not make a mess. They did several measurements and had to make some cuts on the fly since my walls are a bit wonky. All outside, in the freezing cold. They put a couple shims under the granite and managed to get it perfectly level. They were very polite and wore masks the entire time. It only took about 2 hours for them to install the granite and sink. They were very efficient. I cannot express how happy I am with them. My countertops look phenomenal, and the service and experience was exceptionally great. Don't listen to these negative reviews who are complaining about "well my cabinets weren't installed" or "they showed up early". They need your cabinets installed to get an accurate measurement, they can't just guess with this stuff. Also the lady complaining she has a dingo baby, just because you had offspring doesn't give you a pass to be late. You should've been there 30 mins beforehand when you know installers are coming. Overall these people are outstanding and I will recommend them to anybody who needs this type of work done. I'm so incredibly happy with my new countertops. Thank you so much for doing a great job.

Installed our quartz countertops. They did a very good job. I forgot to ask for the holes for the grommets. They came back and drilled them out for us.

Found out about this place through a friend. Their prices are way below the competition. Located in the Strip, there is absolutely no overhead. Jasmine, walked me through and did a fantastic job. Some companies have incredible showrooms with virtually all the various quartz, granite and marble incorporated into displays. This is the other extreme. There is a smaller selection in comparison to the competition, but the price will reflect the lack of overhead. All employees are of Asian decent and do a wonderful job. Turn around is also very quick.

YQ just installed my granite countertops today. From the showroom to the install it was a great experience. The sales staff was professional and courteous and the prices can't be beat! The install team did an amazing job. They were very respectful of my home and left zero mess. The seams are amazing and barely visible. Kudos to the YQ team. Thanks for a great all- around experience. I will reccomend them to anyone.

Disappointed with the quality, the edges are not polished well, one of the kitchen tops is not leveled and needs to be redone. Communication is terrible, would not recommend.
