WS Granite did a great job. Everything came out perfect. The customer service experience was excellent from beginning to end. I had a minor issue with the sink coming a little loose months later and they sent someone out within 2 days to take care of it. They are there when they say they are going to be there, no waiting around all day. I will use again, if needed and continue to recommend them in the future. I forgot to mention that their prices are very fair and competitive. No need to shop around.

The stone and cut quality was very beautiful the WS provided phenomenal job fits so perfectly looking amazing 👍 prices are fair but the only reason im not giving 5 stars was the installation guys driving the Toyota Prius arrived 5 hours late like 4pm and rushing to do the job fast the bracket underneath the banjo they said doesn’t need it also they never asked me about the distance to drill the hole to install the faucet that’s so unprofessional He did his way to be quick and just said we are done I wasn’t happy because the faucet was far from the sink almost dripping water on the countertop when the pressure is too low obviously could be much better if they asked me first before drill ….. almost zero communication probably don’t speak enough English but besides this everything looks great 👍

Wow… these guys are Absolutely amazing. We are extremely happy with everything. The stone selection is incredible and the customer service is excellent. I purchased a Cortz slab from WS Granite, and from start to finish, they were extremely professional. They provided a 3D layout and verified everything before going to the next step. Within two days, they scheduled the measurements and template to be done. The guy was very professional and methodical, with years of experience. The installers were great as well and got the job done within a couple of hours. The whole process took a total of 11 days, and I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a smooth, easy process.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! First, I met with Ligia, what a wonderful, accommodating woman! I told her my needs, my tight budget, and she worked with me brilliantly to find exactly what I needed! The granite is beautiful!! And the installation was perfect!! photos tell the story the kitchen looks like a Amatuer installed the counters All but one are 1/4 to small so the revel is not the same all around all the seams where poorly put together and then ground on site removing the honed finish so now we have shiny spots and uneven seams the sinks are not centered or caulk so they leak of water splashes one of the base cabinets was damaged due to the fact that the installer did not have the proper tools. But most of all this project is going on over 2 months well more than promised and now we are still waiting for a phone call to resolve these matters seems like the company has gotten so busy that they can't handle things in a professional manner.......be careful what was once a great firm seems to be on slide in the wrong direction.

I had a great experience with WS granite. When I first called there it was late on a Friday afternoon but rather than asking me to come by on Monday, Joanna encouraged me to come down right then and took the time to show me numerous available slabs. However, when I told Joanna & Marcia the look I was going for, they suggested a beautiful milky white man-made onyx. They took the time to hunt down exactly the right material (I was in a rush to complete my project) and they came out to template very quickly. I came by a couple times in advance of my installation to drop off my sink & other project materials. Cristiano was so patient and kind to me - answering a ton of questions that I had. Even the the owner (Weder) went above and beyond to make sure I was totally happy at the end of my project. He really values and appreciates his customers and he even took time out of his busy day to show me exactly how he would cut my slab on his state-of-the-art cutting machine. They're such a great group of people and you should feel very confident using WS Granite- they run a really a very professional and customer-focused operation. Thanks so much Weder and Team!

I walked into WS in error when looking to replace my counter tops and I am so glad I did ! Marcia and Jackie were very professional and made all decision making so easy. From choosing the materials to ordering sinks... totally knowledgable and a great selection. The whole team are so friendly and accommodating. WS went above and beyond to ensure that my kitchen and bathrooms were completed to my specifications and I was absolutely thrilled with the end result. After selecting the granite, an appointment was made for Monday and installation for Friday of the same week. Everything went as planned. WS Granite Tops have a great business and they really know how to keep the customer happy and satisfied. The gentleman that measured as well as the installers were courteous and respectful. I will recommend this company to anyone. It is the only company that had come through in a timely manner since I have moved to Florida 3 months ago.

Marcia, Steven and Wether helped us design, specify and install a small condo kitchen using the Pompeii Quartz and Ikea cabinets. Every step along the way they could be trusted to help us make good decisions....I didn't think the slab would fit in the elevator...it did, I wasn't sure the quartz was white enough...it was. I didn't think the job could be completed in 2 hours...it was and when I was at a loss for a backsplash they found a remnant that worked flawlessly. Great group to work with and fair pricing too!

Pricing was competitive, the office was responsive and the installation flawless. The job was to replace old laminate counters in a kitchen and wet bar with Venetian gold granite. There was a nominal $350 materials removal fee, and the rest of the job cost about $3200. From the first measuring visit to installation took about 2 weeks. The installers spent around 3 hours on site, doing a fine job of caulking every crevice and drilling the faucet ports exactly to our specification. My biggest concern was affixing the undermount sinks securely, as I've read the undermount brackets cannot support much weight. The installers solved the problem with robust and elegantly installed 2x4 braces. The sinks could support the weight of an elephant. I very much appreciate getting this installed before the holidays, and not getting screwed. Thank you.

Can't recommend WS Granite Tops enough! They are professional, precise, have beautiful stone, competitive pricing, and excellent customer service. We are currently re-doing our whole kitchen, and went with IKEA for the cabinetry. After hearing very mixed reviews about purchasing countertops thru IKEA (because of the third party installers) we decided to scout some companies here on Yelp. We decided to go in person to WS Granite Tops, and Marcia was so professional and attentive. In less than 5 minutes she had already recommended a Quartz slab that would be perfect for our kitchen. She took the measuremens from my drawing, and she had the whole kitchen mapped out in less than 15 minutes with a full quote. Believe it or not the price was already better than IKEAs. Even though everything was great we still went out and visited two more companies. No one's customer service matched WS Granite Tops and all the quotes were actually very close (and still lower than IKEAs) We called them back and left the deposit (half of the total) and were promptly scheduled for measurements on Monday. Bear in mind this was all done Saturday by 5pm. Measurements were taken on Monday and the technician was so professional. All measurements were done by laser and turned out to be 100% spot on, even with our terribly uneven walls. We were worried about gaps on the sides that met the walls, but nope they got our cuts done perfectly 100%. Installation was done that Friday afternoon. So not even a week had gone by, and we had purchased the quartz, had measurements taken, and it was fully installed. Installers were professional, friendly, and fast! They put my sink in, caulked all the edges to the wall. The job was so clean and I am so happy with my Quartz countertops. Quote was 100% accurate- no surprises. We also got a follow up call to make sure we were completely satisfied. Highly recommend WS Granite Tops for all your countertops.

After searching for over a week, and having companies not return my call and/ or giving bids without even looking at my kitchen, I found WS Granite. I spoke with Alex on the phone, she was very professional and knew her stuff! Upon arriving at their showroom, she quickly drew up my kitchen with the measurements I provided and gave me a quote. She also told me about a supplier that offered a larger piece of the quartz I was looking for and this enabled me to have only one seam in my top! They came out and templated the job and had the tops installed in record time! The entire staff has been a pleasure to work with! The installers and template guys were very professional and skilled. If you are looking for countertops or cabinets, you definitely should contact WS Granite! A+++++

I found WS Granite Tops on Yelp. They had some great reviews. I swung by just to see what they had to offer. I don't know what impressed me more the selection, professionalism or the pricing!! Within 4 days of measuring for the template I had beautiful new countertops in my kitchen. I can not believe how fast they were able to do this. The guys that installed (Matt and Filip)were outstanding. Their attention to detail was amazing. I will definitely refer anyone looking for countertops to them as well as I will definitely use them for my next remodel. You will not be sorry. Thais and her team helped me tremendously in replacing a very old countertop at one of my rental properties that I manage. Wholesale Granite and Tops sells and specializes in the custom fabrication of counter-tops. Based on a recommendation from a local retailer we hired this company to fabricate and install a high-end quartz counter-top. Company co-owner Marcia came to our condo to see and provide the cost for the job and to do a preliminary measure. She later came back with her crew to create a template and to pick up the new sink to ensure the cut for the sink would be perfect. The job was absolutely amazing. The quartz slab was cut 100% perfectly and the installation was done completely professionally. Cannot say enough about the job they did. Highly recommend this company.

Terrible experience!! Run away! What started out seemed fine, but then. The guy who came to measure talked of his personal life and ignored the directions of where to go around the bump out to match the alignment of the upper and lower cabinets. The installation was done poorly and they cut a slab which was supposed to be whole after damaging my brand new cabinets. The sink is not installed properly and hangs loosely in the cutout, the edges of the waterfall have chips that are not filled with a matching epoxy. We spent a good amount of time configuring the layout of my kitchen onto 3 slabs leaving a large piece for a desktop, mini bar and window sills in their care while the additional cabinets were being fabricated. I call to have my desktop fabricated which I have been quoted for and they know that I am coming back for it. A $3000 piece of quartzite left in their care they now tell me that they only hold it for 30 days and my $3000 slab of quartzite has been discarded. This was a 3cm slab of Extreme Blanc quartzite original price almost $6k. I call BS. I know they sold it. No one is returning my calls or answering my text or WhatsApp when that was how they communicated with me in the past. Big fail! If you want an expert go with New England Kitchen.

Really low quality employees work here and nobody monitors anything. They could not fill out condo docs and email the documents properly. They have employees that don't understand anything about anything a total waste of time. I waited weeks and weeks and I check the documents they finally sent and they are all wrong, how terrible can you be?

Save yourself and add this to the list of contractors NOT to use in South Florida! No warranty, installers had to come 3 times, and to say they are lacking in customer service is an understatement. A year ago I hired WS Granite to install white quartz countertops in my kitchen renovation. Melissa/Marcia were very helpful and accommodating during the sales process but that soon changed after installation and final payment. The person taking the measurements was professional, the installers were kind, but I had to ask them to come back two more times to both adjust cuts near/around my stove to make sure the drawers nearby would open, and also to seal and caulk the areas under the slab on the island which they originally left what I would consider unfinished. A year later, I notice a chip on the edge of a particularly low traffic area of my countertop. I asked Melissa/Marcia if they were able to do a repair to this and she requested a photo which I promptly sent. Days later after I emailed her again, she offered to do a "service call" for $175. I purchased quartz due to it's hardness and resiliency and wondered why they wouldn't stand by a product that was purchased just one year ago. I've never heard of a countertop product without at least a 1-10 year warranty. One of them replied in a terse letter saying" there is no problem with the quartz. when we install back on 29th of June, 2018, there was no damage so ever. It looks like some one must have acidentally hitten the corner of the stone. Any kind of natural stone or quartz it will get chiped if a hard object hits the edges of your countertop." I replied to this asking for the warranty information on this product and now we're back to no-reply. So at this point I am safe to say WS Granite offers NO WARRANTY on their products! It can be up for debate whether someone hit the edge of the counter using a hammer with force (which I didn't, it's a small chip and unsure when it showed up), I believe is a weakness from manufacturing, but who really knows? Frankly the chip is so small, they could repair it easily and I could then give them a recommendation to friends, clients etc.. It would be so easy to stand by their products and say "let me come and take a look at it and see what we can do" and just do SOMETHING... but instead they want to insist they are right. I've been in the service industry my entire life -- if I spoke to clients in this way, I wouldn't be able to afford new countertops, get the point? Save yourselves, call a different "small, family owned business" that offers warranties and standards for the products they sell and service they provide.

Made an appt for Saturday. Waited all day. I had to call several times towards the end of the day only to be informed that the crew was delayed and was going to be at my home until the end of the flowing week. When I called on Monday to reschedule I got no answer. Same scenario on Tuesday. Called another company who came on Wednesday and did a great job.

Terrible company, they were great at the beginning, until we paid half the amount for a kitchen countertop. After that, they stopped returning calls, Marcia kept on having trouble with her phone, they kept us without a sink in the kitchen for almost 2 weeks and kept lying about the reason. There was an issue with the measurement and kept on saying that they were still fabricating. When they finally came to install the countertop, after lots of harassing calls, they still had the first wrong measurement! And they just cut it outside in 5 minutes, but installed it slanted, as a gift. The existing cabinet had to removed and cut after that and now it is not alligned with the backsplash and cooking range, so you can easily see the mistake. Very disappointed with this company.
