We were dreading this kitchen update. Finally we decided to do it. We stopped by World Wide to get some idea what this was going to cost and how long it would take. From that visit, I believe it was two weeks, at most, before we had our new counters and backsplash. The workers were awesome, friendly and professional. Would love to work with Kelly again. If your looking for a company that stands behind there work, does a good job, is amazing regarding communication then look no further. I am in the trades and know how things can be sold yet the installation, measure up and such go to hell in a hand basket. This was not my experience. From day one the owner Dave was involved in my complicated project. I got over 5 bids. World wide was the only company that took the time to answer my detailed questions, took the time to ensure the project was a success and then followed up after the fact to make sure things were done right with a once over. There installers are amazing. In short this company has the best value in town. We had a slight hick up, this was addressed immediately and I was educated that it really wasn’t a hick up at all but normal practices that I was unaware of. This is coming from the ultimate consumer and someone that’s works with many home service companies in town. Give world wide a shot at your business. You will not be disappointed. Weather your a contractor or a home owner you will get the best value there as well as an owner that actually cares about the results of a project.

I would 100% recommend using World Wide Granite & Marble. They were great to deal with start to finish ~ from helping us choose a product, to coming out and measuring, to the installation. My experience with World Wide Granite was outstanding. From the moment that my husband and I walked in the store, Dave (owner) greeted us in a wonderful way and immediately started helping us and showing us different quartz and backsplash options for our kitchen upgrade. The service and attention to detail was so great that we decided to close the deal the next day. Installation happened two weeks later as promised and every single member of the crew (Luis and Paul who did the countertop install / Harrison who did the backsplash) were so amazing, professional and helpful. World Wide Granite and Marble were recommended to us by a local designer. We checked them out, along with the big stores in town - Home Depot and Jerry's. We are frugal so we we shopped around! In the end we went with World Wide and I'm so glad we did. We will use them again when we do work on our bathrooms. Here are the reasons why we are happy with them: 1. We told them our budget up front and they helped us find something we really liked in our price range. They weren't pushy at all and they didn't try to "up-sell" us into something more expensive. They gave us helpful design advice, but never steered us towards more expensive products. 2. Their inventory is really lovely. They let us borrow samples. They were willing to let us look at the remnants they had in stock. In the end we changed our kitchen design and we needed something larger than a remnant, but they would have sold us a remnant at a really good price if that had been our size. I like that they were respectful towards a frugal customer! 3. Measurement and installation went quickly. Jerry's and Home Depot had a two-month wait! Ugh. After already being without a kitchen for several weeks during a renovation I did not want to wait two more months. World Wide was able to do measurements as soon as our kitchen cabinets were in. The slab we ordered came in on a Monday, and by Thursday our countertops were in. They were QUICK! 4. We had a tricky sink situation. Our original sink broke. (That was a very bad day. My fault. I dropped it and it cracked. Don't ask me about it. I'm still bitter.) I had to quickly find a replacement sink that would fit our measurements. I found a stainless-steel, apron-front drop-in sink. It had kind of weird measurements and was tricky to cut around, but both the measurer and the installers handled it well. The sink fits perfectly. We are very, very happy with our BEAUTIFUL countertops!!! I love them. I'm including some pictures of the installation. I'll update with new photos once we get our backsplash installed.

These guys have done work for me on behalf of my company and they do phenomenal work! Their attention to detail, professionalism, and responsiveness are just a few things that stick out. From Dave the owner, Kelly in the office, Andrew the lead foreman and Luis and company who install, they all clearly love there job and taking caring of the customer is in the forefront of what they do daily! We had a bathroom cabinet that was an odd size so we went out to their remnant area and picked out a piece of marble which they cut to size and made the whole for the sink and faucet. Made the old cabinet look better than new.

We have had the hardest time finding someone to cut our counters so our new oven would fit. I called several places and either they told me they couldn't or that they could but never called me back. World Wide Granite got us schedule immediately, showed up early and were in and out. We are so happy with their customer service and that we can finally use our oven! 10/10 recommend!!!

We love World Wide Granite and will use them again for our next project. They came recommended from a local designer so we went to check them out. We are super frugal so we shopped around town. In the end we went with World Wide and we are so glad we did. Here are the reasons why we liked working with them: 1. They have a lovely inventory; 2. They were willing to help us find us something we really liked in our price range; 3. They are family-owned so they really care about getting to know their customers and making sure they are happy; 4. They were FAST and flexible with their install schedule; 5. We checked out Jerry's and Home Depot because they have a lot of inexpensive countertop choices, but their wait time for measurement and installation was 2 months. With World Wide they came and measured as soon as our new cabinets were in, so we didn't have to wait weeks to use our brand new kitchen. After doing a renovation we were ready to have our kitchen functional again. I like that World Wide didn't make us wait. 6. Their countertop measurements were perfect even though we had a really tricky stainless steel apron-front drop-in sink. World Wide Granite and Marble is a great local business and we will use them again when we do work on our bathrooms. I highly recommend them. I read someone else's negative review on here but I sincerely cannot think of a single negative thing about our experience with this company. We are VERY HAPPY with our beautiful countertops!! I'm including some pictures of the installation process. I will update photos when we get our backsplash installed so you can see the final, finished product.

No attention to finished details. One side of the counter had a rounded edge and other was square. They sent someone to fix it but it still shows that they don't match. Very disappointed! After spending tons of money it's very frustrating!

Jessica and Lance seemed very personable and professional.We would love to give them a 5 star; however, it seems a shame to have 95% of the granite project result in beautiful work only to leave one section obviously cracked, patched and disappointing.What makes this even worse is the location,right where you sit at the bar.We'd like to have worked with them to fix this and were willing to reach a fair resolution.However,the only communication was that this was acceptable within the industry and I'll check into it.Sometime has passed and it would seem this issue and any emails have escaped any intentions of correcting.Clearly we are not 100% happy and satisfied customers with the product, workmanship and company.In the end this is what we got.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...promised to fix all the unnecessary and terrible destruction to our home after tearing out the existing tile on the counter tops. Stalled us for over 3 months and refused to get qualified people to fix drywall, floors, electrical, stove, etc. Long and short is they took us to court for monies before they fixed our home and for no reason and we won!!! The stress, lies and their lack of communication are not worth doing business with them. I have picture and e-mails for proof if you would like to see them, just contact us.
