Jansel and the team of installers are pros. Jansel was my first contact as well as my last touchpoint with my experience with World Class Granite, and it was a really smooth process the whole way. Jansel helped me find the best countertop based on my color and budget requests. The team of installers are friendly, professional, and skilled. They always checked in and followed up, and were an overall excellent team to work with.

What a great experience! Working with World Class Granite was quick and easy! The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The process from measure to install all happened fairly fast. They have a lot of options to choose from, but had the exact quartz that I wanted. The price was also very reasonable. I will be back when ready for my next project!

They sold us a supposedly high-end and durable quartz countertop. It developed chips and scratches in unexpected places, or the defects were present at the start.
After communicating our disappointment with the durability, they claimed they are only responsible for the install labor, and that the slab manufacturer was responsible for the quality. The issue is that we never interacted with the manufacturer, and it was World Class Granite that was making claims about the quality and durability of the product they installed and sold to us.

World Class Granite is truly the best! We were renovating our countertops in our kitchen out in long Island, and we sourced a few different fabricators that were either unresponsive or very expensive. I did some research and came across World Class Granite and I am so happy I did! Both Jansel and Ram were very attentive to every detail and responsive time to questions/emails/texts was so timely that I couldn’t ask for more from a company. I also loved that it was a family owned business and I would absolutely use them again!

It was my first time working with this company and the experience was fantastic. I hired them to install a counter for a kitchen island. Jansel was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Her price was very reasonable, the installation was high quality and the work was done in a timely manner. I would definitely work with them again.

She made us feel more at ease while selecting stones and on-site during install. The install team did a great job and were open to feedback and on-site requests. Living in a vintage apartment, that can’t be permanently changed we opted to use floating stone for the counters and what a transformation! Jansel set up all of the details. Everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Once in a great while, you run into people who take real pride in doing exceptional work. These guys are true craftsmen, and such nice people. Ram & crew did a fabulous job that turned out to be full of unwelcome surprises, but they went above and beyond the call of just doing a job, and did a great one. I would give them 10 stars if I could, and will be hiring them again.
