We purchased our quartz countertops in 2022. They were dull after being installed. I called and no one was interested in helping. We had decided to have a backsplash to match. The sales lady did not tell us we should have thinner quartz for the backsplash, once we recognized how heavy it was going to look it was going to cost more to change to a thinner backsplash. It took a year to finish having everything installed (July 2023). The installation damaged our walls and cabinets. We chose quartz because we researched that it was durable. Our's had scratches right after being installed. I put everything on towels, wood cutting boards, or I put felt on the bottom of anything else that sets on the counter. So needless to say I am careful. It seems our quartz scratches by just looking at it. I would not recommend Wise for their products or their customer service. This was a regretted purchase.

Working with Wise Stone Choice on the countertops for our new house has been a great experience. From the first time I called them last winter with questions and suggestions right through to the installation, they have been professional and helpful the whole way. They walked me through the samples and yard to see what all they had to offer and made suggestions that they thought would work. We will definitely recommend them to others looking for a quality product and service.

I had an amazing experience with Wise Stone Choice! From the beginning Bri Thomas went beyond great lengths to help me find the exact color of stone I wanted and had it delivered from outside of the city in great time! Outside of that she made sure I got the exact shape and color of sinks I wanted for all 8 of my sinks and had them ordered and ready to go in a short of time. Jose and Luis were on time and very pleasant to deal with during the installation process. Very professional and courteous..Mason was very friendly and respectful. I’d highly recommend Wise Stone Choice to any of my family or friends whether you need a small vanity done or complete kitchen! I had them do my entire home and am extremely happy with the outcome!

Everything was GREAT… Until is wasn’t: Mason was fantastic helping us pick our stone. Template team was on time and efficient. Josh on the design team was also excellent and professional. Our problem started at install: A piece broke on its way to our home. Poop happens, we get that, but the sub-par install that resulted was a sad experience mostly precipitated by the absence of ownership of their mistake. When I pressed to speak with the owner I was told he (or she) does not interact with customers. Red Flag. After much (way too much) back and forth, we finally settled on a 2% discount. Good folks! Poor execution and an apparent absence of leadership. Just our experience… They’re worth a try if you have moderate expectations.
