We purchased our quartz countertops in 2022. They were dull after being installed. I called and no one was interested in helping. We had decided to have a backsplash to match. The sales lady did not tell us we should have thinner quartz for the backsplash, once we recognized how heavy it was going to look it was going to cost more to change to a thinner backsplash. It took a year to finish having everything installed (July 2023). The installation damaged our walls and cabinets. We chose quartz because we researched that it was durable. Our's had scratches right after being installed. I put everything on towels, wood cutting boards, or I put felt on the bottom of anything else that sets on the counter. So needless to say I am careful. It seems our quartz scratches by just looking at it. I would not recommend Wise for their products or their customer service. This was a regretted purchase.
