Let me start by stating how great Shannon was. She was able to help us realize our vision and helped us come up with a floorplan that worked great for our space. At first glance, our kitchen and hallway are beautiful. But the three stars rating (wife thinks it should be a two star) comes because of the lack of detail and a few other things. There are cabinets that rub, a drawer that doesn't open, a chipped tile in our backsplash... The countertop is grouted to backsplash and is separating (it's been a couple months). They messed up the countertop, tried to cover it up, then half-way fixed it but left the giant cutout they made in the cabinet wall when trying to fix it as opposed to replacing the cabinet all together... There was a bit of a switcheroo on a specialty cabinet we thought we were getting, but ended up just cutting part of a drawer face to sort of make what we thought we were getting. The other biggest bummer (and we should have stood our ground on this) is we had scheduled time to paint our interior over a weekend between tear out and installation, but tear out ended up taking significantly more time and we ended up with less than 1/2 day to paint. Needless to say, we didn't finish and then had to work around flooring, cabinets, etc. We should have delayed the project and done our painting.

Shannon was recommended by a friend and we are grateful that our kitchen remodel was a success! My husband and I appreciate the fact that Shannon was punctual with her responses, listened to our wishes and plans, completed the project in the promised time (3-4 weeks) and is covering a repair that is within warranty. Wine Country Stone Works did a great job with our home remodel projects. We had Shannon (owner), and she’s great to work with. She helped us redesign/remodel our kitchen and it turned out beautiful. We also worked with Shannon on our main bathroom shower, and replaced new vanities and countertops in all three bathrooms. Shannon was very accommodating with our schedule due to other projects we had, and we had some delays with other contractors/providers. We will use Wine Country Stone Works again!

This will be my very first Google Review. Everyone wants a review, but not everyone deserves one; Shannon and her team are the exception. Our project encountered multiple delays throughout the 2 years that it took to completely remodel our home; none of those delays were caused by Shannon or her team. When the going got tough, some of the other contractors decided to jump ship, but to her credit, Shannon stuck with us throughout the entire process. She always answered her phone, showed up when she said she would, had her people there when promised and did it all with a positive attitude and smile. Her stone fabricator, Jose, is especially talented at his craft and managed to cut our slabs in such a way as to make the seams almost invisible and somehow make 3 slabs look as one. There was some bumps along the road, but they were very minimal and addressed promptly by her. Thank you, Shannon, for the great experience and most beautiful result!

I'm here to leave another review as we just got 2 1/2 bathrooms completely redone and the cabinets in our upstairs hallway done. Shannon is up to date on everything that is going on in the house and has her people scheduled one right after the other so that there aren't any delays-in completion of the job.She is easy to get a hold of and always has the answer or solution if something may arise during the job. This is our 3rd project with her and her company and we are yet to be disappointed. Thank you again and if another project comes your mind you can guarantee she will be getting our business.

I can't even explain...HOW EXCITED I WAS AND BLESSED WHEN I FOUND THIS PLACE! AND MY FAVORITE LADY SHANNON! THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB!!!! They honestly respected my house and especially with me being OCD CLEAN FREAK LOL. They redid my floors my beautiful shower and my guest bathroom shower just about everything!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO RENOVATIONS! Shannon is definitely on top of everything! I can't say enough about Lauren and Wine Country Stoneworks. Great price on beautiful piece of quartz. More than $2000 less than closest competitor. Lauren was helpful from start to finish. They made special provisions to do the project demo on a Saturday because I work from home. The workers were all neat and professional. The job was completed per schedule and no hidden surprises after the quote. My husband and I met with companies from Lake Elsinore to Temecula and really feel we made the right choice. My wife and I just had some work done through Wine Country and had a great experience with them. They did our flooring, granite counter tops, painted our home and kitchen cabinets. Met with Billy who arrived promptly and was professional on getting all the measurements and gave him our ideas on our remodeling of the countertop. He recommended us to go to the store to decide the style and color of the countertop which they had a variety of. Have you ever wanted to just buy a smaller piece (36" x 60") of granite? Nearly impossible! Most stone establishments have very high minimum's or you have to buy a full slab of granite - they just don't want to be bothered with small jobs. Hello Shannon at Wine Country! When meeting with her, I explained what I needed. She asked that I give her about 1 week, as she had to talk to a few of her contractors to see if they had any remnant pieces that could work for me. About 1 week later, as promised, I was given a selection of a few pieces and chose one. Although she was very busy and I was not a big project client, she worked with me and delivered a beautiful piece at an honest price. She will always be my first choice for any projects I have in the future. Excellent customer service, very nice show room, and very knowledgeable!

Was a little hesitant at first cause did not see any yelp reviews. But still, Called up Shannon that afternoon and next morning Shannon was in my kitchen measuring my counter tops. So same day me and the wife went to the office (which very nice and professional) to pick out stone for counter tops and the next day demo and installation of new plywood was happing. Very fast turn around which I needed and requested because had family visiting for the holidays, 1 week later I have new counter tops! Everything I wanted from extending out the island, new sink and plumbing was handled. Shannon promised and everything was delivered! Shannon true professional and I would recommend! As "location, location, location" is to real estate, it is "Shannon, Shannon, Shannon (or "Shannini" as I got to know her better) at Wine Country that "made it all happen" for a major home remodel project in Moreno Valley from visiting the site on several occasions (not an inconsiderable distance from the home office) and assisting in everything from cabinets, granite and wood flooring to organizing a slate of reliable and likable installers and offering excellent advice as to colors, textures and other detailed appointments at reasonable prices that greatly alleviated what was otherwise a very daunting and, at times, overwhelming undertaking. Can't say enough about her professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail--give her a try--you won't be disappointed!

Let me start off by saying at the very beginning I had a great experience. Lauren was great and understanding. One of The stars is for her and the other star for the tile guys which did an awesome job but unfortunately don't work with wine country Stoneworks that often. I was getting a semi-kitchen remodel, new countertops backsplash and a custom hood made along with a few other small items. The start of the project went smooth but when it came to installation and finish work that's when everything went wrong, Francisco which I believe is their main woodworker is just a complete hack he is a very nice guy and I believe means well but just does not have it in him to do finish work. When he arrived to install the hood he did not bring a level in which the hood was completely crooked I will add pictures of everything. When Francisco came the second time to finish up and paint/repair a couple scratches that him and the countertop guys had done to my existing cabinets I believe it was about an hour and a half he completed I would say should have been a full days worth of work. I had given him paint for my existing cabinets but he insisted on using his own which did not match at all also pictured is a portion that should have been sanded but he just painted over it. The shelves were made by him which look good but he did a terrible masking job and had overspray on just about every corner. So at this time I had taken pictures sent them to Lauren and asked for another person to come repair everything because I did not trust Francisco. Lauren agreed with me and sent another crew that had fixed all of Francisco's screwup's. That day I was at work and Shannon the owner showed up to look things over, she spoke with my wife and was actually very rude, was not being professional at all, my wife will explain in her review. Shannon had mentioned to my wife that if I wanted to be such a perfectionist then I should be there watching them work, unfortunately I have to go to work myself to pay for the kitchen remodel, thought I was hiring professionals that didn't need babysitting.

Very uninviting store front. Visited on one occasion to purchase tile for two bathrooms and a laundry room. In total about 160 square feet of tile. I could not get a response regarding the price of several tiles. (I was in the process of deciding between a few). I could not get a response about purchasing a few samples to take home and mull over since they were so obviously too busy to speak with me. I went so far as to suggest I could make an appointment for later to get better service. I received an unsatisfactory response that left me feeling like they didn't care to do business with me. Having had a call from Shannon as well as reading her comments, I still feel I was not treated well by the company. I understand mistakes can be made, but felt an apology was needed or compensation made. Offering me $100 off future work that I might never need was of no use. Jose did a great job and the remaining granite slab was delivered in good time so I have no issue with that. I know Shannon isn't happy with my review but I wasn't happy with aspects of my job. But I have my opinion and prefer to leave things as they stand without constant back and forth comments.
