Wichita Granite & Cabinetry

Customer service, punctuality, install team, granite options, and prices were great! 5 stars for all of them. Lower rating is for 2 reasons. 1. There was lack of communication from the guy who came to measure and the install team. He was supposed to relay that there were to be a couple cut-outs in the countertops to they would have the correct tools. He did not tell them, so they had to send a different guy the next week to finish. Not necessarily a big deal, just a little inconvenient. 2. The biggest reason for only 3 stars is about 1 week after the install, we discovered how tricky granite is to maintain, especially because of the lack of sealant on the granite. Unfortunately, we discovered this after acquiring a grease stain next to the stove. I assumed that being brand new, they would have had a really good seal to them. Every time water got on them, they showed the dark water stain within a minute. I am constantly trying to keep them dry and am in the process of sealing them myself. It also would have been nice if they had provided some kind of User Care Guide for granite. Update: see picture below of the discolor. After not even 2 years, very diligent care and sealing, you can clearly tell where the microwave and utensil buckets sit. They are the original lighter color. They have darkened considerably.

Terrible customer service. Me and my spouse walked-in to have a feel for the company and see if we could refer them to our clients. Maybe it was a lunch break or they had a rough day. But the second they heard we were not interesting in buying, they completely ignored us.

We’ve used Wichita Granite and Cabinetry for countertops several times, they always have a great selection of slabs and are quick on install. Our recent kitchen remodel, we finally looked at cabinets with them also. We couldn’t beat the price and Victoria was a huge help as soon as we walked through the door. Jason and the rest of the team were great to work with. Install was quick, seamless and professional. They were very accommodating with a few changes we requested. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend!

Excellent experience with this company. Courteous, helpful, friendly, good deal, communicative during the process, always on time, very professional, and did a great job putting in the new granite counters. I definitely recommended them for your remodeling, kitchen, bathrooms, etc, projects ! And Victoria there was wonderful, very helpful, and made the process easy.

FABULOUSSSS 10/10!! We have used them on our last 3 houses, pools, etc…Victoria has GREAT ideas and keeps up with all the new trends! And super knowledgeable about all the stones! I even had her finish out a 9ft slab for a dining table outside and a small conversation table outside… We get so many compliments on them!!! Thanks for EVERYTHING you’ve done for us! We will be back and sending all our friends!

Wichita Granite and Cabinetry redesigned my Mom's kitchen and two bathrooms. I can't say enough about WIchita Granite and Cabinetry! We sent them my Mom's house plans and they literally sent back a kitchen redesign within the hour with prices. Their prices are unbelievable. If you shop around you will not find a better deal. We also appreciated that when we went in to pick out materials for the redesign, they were very helpful. My Mother lives in Oklahoma and they were willing to travel there.

My wife and I had the idea of converting a closet into a home bar. Victoria and her team did a fantastic job. We were impressed with the quality of the work; not to mention the professionalism and timing. We highly recommend Wichita Granite.

Victoria and her team did an amazing job!!! They did everything from removing our old kitchen to putting in the new cabinets countertops and backsplash tile. It was awesome!! Their prices were also amazing!! Compared to every other place we price they were 20.40% less!! Thanks so much for such a great job!! We highly recommend them!!
