Westchester Kitchen and Bath was wonderful! Adriana worked with me and listened to my wants and showed me the latest designs. Karen and Chris also put their opinions to my choices. She took all my opinions and showed me options. Then she designed the best Kitchen I could ask for. My family is so happy with the final product. Don’t hesitate to use this group of people to design your dream kitchen. You will be so happy with the final product.

I had to return an in-stock/in store bathroom vanity and they charged me a 35% restocking fee. The salesperson was very helpful when I purchased the vanity but to charge 35% restocking fee was over the top and beyond greedy. It wasn't inflation but plain greed to charge 35% for an in-stock/in store vanity. 10-15% would be more than enough and reasonable but 35%?. I wouldn't go there again for anything. The charge was more than excessive and it was a ripped off.

My husband and I have been so lucky that Shy was attending us. She helped us with some designs and ideas for our kitchen. She is very responsable, honest, helpful and so lovely. Spectacular service, a wealth of knowledge, fair pricing and quality products. Home depot and Lowe's cannot be compared here at all. Beautiful kitchen cabinets very quickly and wonderful experience. Highly recommend using them when you care about making the most expensive purchase worth it's value. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely detail oriented in measuring and layout. Sandy is our go to person. Very nice showroom with an extensive selection and fully customizable. The kitchen will be stunning when completed. It truly is the most used place in our house.

We purchased custom hardwood kitchen cabinets and a sink. We are thrilled with the quality of the cabinets including the specialty fittings to make access to items in the lower cabinets easier. Our sales person provided excellent advice during purchase and throughout the delivery and post installation period.

Shaeida, Shaeida, Shaeida! This is the only name you need to know. She is the best designer I have ever encountered….EVER! Her creativity, attention to detail and flawless execution is unparalleled. I am obsessed. She helps you think of all the micro things we often don’t pay attention to which allows a superior remodel. For example, I have a pet peeve about guests plopping their bags on the kitchen counter. To solve this, She proposed decorative construction hooks that hold up to 160 lbs for purses, bags etc. Another example, I don’t like toasters, can openers, coder makers or other everyday appliances sitting on the counter, so she incorporated an appliance garage to enclose them all. The list goes on and on. So far I have used Shaeida to remodel 4 bathrooms and 3 kitchens and will continue to use and recommend her. Shaeida is is Simply the best; Love this place

Shy is my go to for all things kitchen and bath. I've followed her from multiple employers. She recently redid my kitchen and bath (converted 1/2 to full) after a complete demo. She is very professional and accommodating of needs and schedules. Her wealth of industry knowledge surpasses every other designer I've met. I rely on her ability to devise plans to meet my needs. She considers all the real life nuances that I don't even know should be applied when making a decision. I don't have to know what I need just what I want and she makes it happen.. Unlike others in the field whom seem to just fit cabinets together like puzzle pieces no matter the appearance, her additional interior design degree makes sure the end result is always aesthetically pleasing. I whole heartedly recommend her without reservation.

In our open-plan space and with our love of cooking, the kitchen is truly the heart of our home. Shy at Westchester Kitchen & Bath played a huge, important role in what was basically a gut renovation of our kitchen. Even though the dimensions are on the smaller side (condo, not McMansion), she made sure to maximize every inch of space for us. She reconfigured the dimensions of the cabinetry, replacing a shallow pantry that wouldn’t fit most of our items with additional, valuable countertop space and a more functional cabinet design. Shy explained each step of the process and helped us weigh among various options, providing (and at times, demonstrating) practical points of view. We also benefitted from her keen eye for design. In the end, we have a bright and functional kitchen space that complements the rest of our space and provides us with everything we need!

With little experience I am in the process of having a home built.With so many details overall to attend to I was overwhelmed by the prospect of appointing a kitchen ,which I feel is the most important room in the house. Rosanne Z. was the associate that worked with me. Her process was thoughtful, low key, but thorough. Within 20 minutes she elicited my sensibilities, preferences (and budget!!!) to help me create a vision of the kitchen that I would have dreamt about if I knew where to begin ! Her knowledge of materials is extensive. She is patient and understood my need to try this, look at that. Thank you Rosanne. We recently purchased cabinets from Westchester Kitchen & Bath for a total kitchen renovation after visiting a couple of local outlets and getting estimates (i.e., Today's Kitchen in Scarsdale and Majestic Kitchen & Bath in Mammaroneck). Not only was WKB estimate the lowest but we ended up getting custom-quality cabinets for the price of semi-custom. We worked with Sandy Schechter who was very helpful, professional and responsive. While we had worked with a designer friend who had come up with a basic floor plan, Sandy brought a lot of practical knowledge, insight, and experience to help us refine and improve it. Cabinets were delivered on-time and were exactly as promised. Would certainly recommend WKB to others.

I just finished installing my second kitchen with Westchester kitchen and bath. I have worked with Donna on both occasions. Originally was recommended by my contractor on my 1st project, and on my second we had a different contractor however was so happy with my 1st purchase went back. Donna is attentive, helped make detail decisions and thoroughly knows the product. We wanted a look that would be timeless and came away again very happy. She has great knowledge of design, and helped change our original plan to make it more efficient and functional and frankly maximized our space for our needs. Super happy, and would recommend working with Donna to anyone. In the process she answered questions on installation and even made a few visits to ensure proper installation. Pricing is fair and end product is excellent. Great experience again.

Very good experience working with Sandy. When we initially met, he took the time to walk us through the process step by step. He talked with us for an hour and a half and this was when we were just shopping around for places. No other kitchen and bath store that we went to spent that amount of time with us. Highly recommend them!

I wrote a review a few months ago and just wanted to add he is worse than the worst! Avoid!!! He keeps demanding more money but won't finish the work, and also if there is something wrong with work which has been done, he won't come to repair it. Do not use this place! The old Westch Kitch & Bath was owned by a woman who retired, and she definitely was a good person to deal with, but she was not a contractor. I could go on and on, but it only makes me upset to write this, so I will stop. . .

I went to Westchester Kitchen and Bath because they have been around so long. I wanted someone to come in, measure and take care of installation. The saleswoman showed me the cabinets and gave me the name of the contractor and told me he would contact me. She then came to the house to measure, at that time she told me she spoke to the contractor and he gave a price for installation without even seeing the space. He never contacted me, when I finally contacted him he said the price was for a "simple" cabinet installation. Anyone who has had any construction done knows that there is no such thing, he did not want to come and see the space to even try to give me a real price. I had someone else do the installation and when the cabinets were laid out, the saleswoman had covered an outlet with the pantry cabinet. At this point it was too late to return the cabinet and I ended up losing the outlet. In a smallish apartment, every outlet matters. All in all, i would not recommend Westchester Kitchen and Bath for an overall feeling of unprofessionalism.

As long as everything goes perfectly you will be ok but if there is even the slightest problem good luck. They sold me a defective piece and three months later still haven't replaced it. They won't return your calls and then will make a service appointment and not show up. Buyer beware sums up this place

Don't waste your time! I only gave it 1 star because I had to in order to write this review!! I walked in on a Saturday afternoon. It was completely empty with the exception of 1 older couple. (Should've been a sign). A guy (think he was the owner) was sitting at a desk watching a baseball game on the computer screen. Obviously he had nothing to do. He didn't look the least bit interested in assisting but made a poor attempt anyway. He proceeded to grill me on ceramic vs porcelain tiles, also asking why am I choosing granite because it's too expensive! Hello idiot how do you know what I can afford or not? He spoke in a very condescending tone, it took all I had to not curse him out! He didn't even bother to show me samples! I felt he was profiling and judging me based on my race - I'm mixed. Or maybe he wanted to get back to the game! I cut the "interview" short-total waste of 10mins. Overall poor service, outdated office but if you want to catch the Yankees playing, stop by and watch it with the owner on the "big" screen! In the end I found a great kitchen design company that is happily designing the kitchen of my dreams

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Highway robbery, rude staff, overpriced merchandise and proud of it! They require a 50% deposit for a final quote and measurements. When told that they are the only business in the area that requires thousands of dollars for such a final quote, I was yelled at and derided! A horrible experience! Steer clear of this place!
