Levi and his team saved our holiday season and kitchen renovation. This was hands down the best contractor we’ve worked with, the communication, attention to detail and turn around time on delivery was incredible. Notably, they were able to install a 130 inch single slab with a sink — something 3 other contractors told us was impossible.

Levi did great work. He went above and beyond, and I was lucky to find someone so good at what he does. I thought I had found my slab and just needed someone to install it. He does a lot more than that. He has to work closely with the slab seller to reserve and carefully handle the exact slab I selected. He's got software that allows you to see exactly how your slab will be cut. He thinks ahead about how to get the details just right, including details I hadn't thought about, like whether two facing corners should have the same radius of a cut (there are several factors that might need to be considered!). He delivered on time and did a great job. I would use him every time.

Levi and this team did a marvelous job replacing the kitchen countertop and sink at my home. We want to express our complete satisfaction with the Cambria countertop product as well as the installation. Choosing a company to replace countertops takes time. We had several other estimates. Victory countertops and Levi’s estimate wasn’t the cheapest- but what made me choose them was Levi. He is passionate when it comes to the Cambria product- one can’t help but fall in love with it too. I also appreciated Levi’s honest and direct answer to my many questions. He gave expert advice Miguel and his team who performed the installation were great as well. I only have one seam in my countertops and most people don’t even notice it unless I point it out to them. It’s that good. They also noticed during my install that one piece didn’t match up well. They immediately cut me a new piece. Our finished installation was flawless. I would recommend Victory countertops to all. They value customer satisfaction and provide a quality product.

We looked all over Austin for the best price on countertops for an unexpected remodel. We literally went to 6 different stores, including the big box stores looking for the best price. Victory couldn’t be beat. Their prices are the best around and their customer service was excellent as well. Levi and his team went above and beyond to get our countertops installed at the earliest possible time so that we wouldn’t be without our kitchen any longer than necessary. We are super thankful that we went with Victory and Levi and will definitely be using them again in the future for pantry and bathroom projects!

Levi and his team did a fantastic job. Our project wasn’t that large but it still came out great! There were a few issues that were encountered in my experience with Victory but at the end of the day Levi did everything to make it right, even going the extra mile. He’s very passionate & proud of his company he has and it shows. Between the quality, and Levi himself is highly recommended using Victory.

Levi the owner of Vitory countertops in Austin is highly unreliable and unprofessional. Despite taking our money upfront, he barely started the work and abruptly abandoned the project. Not only did he fail to keep his promise but he also displayed aggression and lacked any sense of accountability. I strongly advised against engaging with this company and individual, as they approved themselves to be deceitful and incapable of fulfilling their commitment.

Enjoyed working with Levi selecting the right material, very patient and explained pros and cons of different options. The price was reasonable, and installation scheduled according to our availability. For the fabrication everything is laser measured and cut on a CNC machine for maximum space usage and grain / pattern matching with how you want it to look (you can see on the computer prior to being cut). Installation was flawless, when I talked to the install crew I found they have been with Levi many years, which says something about how he treats employees.

Levi the owner of Victory Countertop in Austin is a con man. He described himself as a person with good heart and and caring but when he received his down payment everything changed and he showed his evil face. Promise after promises that I start the job tomorrow but he never did. Eventually he told me that I should go to court and sue him. Because he knows that the court can't force him to pay my money back. So please think twice before you go to such a place to do your kitchen counter.
