This was hands down the best contractor we’ve worked with, the communication, attention to detail and turn around time on delivery was incredible. Notably, they were able to install a 130 inch single slab with a sink — something 3 other contractors told us was impossible.

Levi did great work. He went above and beyond, and I was lucky to find someone so good at what he does. I thought I had found my slab and just needed someone to install it. He does a lot more than that. He has to work closely with the slab seller to reserve and carefully handle the exact slab I selected. He's got software that allows you to see exactly how your slab will be cut. He thinks ahead about how to get the details just right, including details I hadn't thought about, like whether two facing corners should have the same radius of a cut (there are several factors that might need to be considered!). He delivered on time and did a great job. I would use him every time.

Levi and this team did a marvelous job replacing the kitchen countertop and sink at my home. We want to express our complete satisfaction with the Cambria countertop product as well as the installation. Choosing a company to replace countertops takes time. We had several other estimates. Victory countertops and Levi’s estimate wasn’t the cheapest- but what made me choose them was Levi. He is passionate when it comes to the Cambria product- one can’t help but fall in love with it too. I also appreciated Levi’s honest and direct answer to my many questions. He gave expert advice Miguel and his team who performed the installation were great as well. I only have one seam in my countertops and most people don’t even notice it unless I point it out to them. It’s that good. They also noticed during my install that one piece didn’t match up well. They immediately cut me a new piece. Our finished installation was flawless. I would recommend Victory countertops to all. They value customer satisfaction and provide a quality product.

We looked all over Austin for the best price on countertops for an unexpected remodel. We literally went to 6 different stores, including the big box stores looking for the best price. Victory couldn’t be beat. Their prices are the best around and their customer service was excellent as well. Levi and his team went above and beyond to get our countertops installed at the earliest possible time so that we wouldn’t be without our kitchen any longer than necessary. We are super thankful that we went with Victory and Levi and will definitely be using them again in the future for pantry and bathroom projects!

Levi the owner of Vitory countertops in Austin is highly unreliable and unprofessional. Despite taking our money upfront, he barely started the work and abruptly abandoned the project. Not only did he fail to keep his promise but he also displayed aggression and lacked any sense of accountability. I strongly advised against engaging with this company and individual, as they approved themselves to be deceitful and incapable of fulfilling their commitment.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Business! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Levi, the owner of this establishment. After taking our deposit, he completely failed to show up for the project, even after waiting for three months. Despite numerous attempts to contact him, he never followed through on his promises. Now, we’re forced to take legal action to resolve this situation. Levi’s behavior has been nothing short of unfair and unprofessional. He not only took our money but also bullied us out of his store when we tried to address the issue. It’s hard to believe that someone running a business could scam customers at this level. Don’t be fooled by the many suspiciously positive reviews online. Unfortunately, our experience has shown that this business is not trustworthy. This version retains the core points of your experience while ensuring it’s clear and professional.

Enjoyed working with Levi selecting the right material, very patient and explained pros and cons of different options. The price was reasonable, and installation scheduled according to our availability. For the fabrication everything is laser measured and cut on a CNC machine for maximum space usage and grain / pattern matching with how you want it to look (you can see on the computer prior to being cut). Installation was flawless, when I talked to the install crew I found they have been with Levi many years, which says something about how he treats employees.

Levi the owner of Victory Countertop in Austin is a con man. He described himself as a person with good heart and and caring but when he received his down payment everything changed and he showed his evil face. Promise after promises that I start the job tomorrow but he never did. Eventually he told me that I should go to court and sue him. Because he knows that the court can't force him to pay my money back. So please think twice before you go to such a place to do your kitchen counter.

When we found so many companies back-logged, we were pleased to get sick a quick response from Victory Countertops. Suzanne was quick to get us a quote and Levi handled our process expediently. Our countertops were quickly ordered and from that time to install was only two weeks. The guys had trouble getting our huge sink/bar piece in place so they called out a couple more guys to help. Highly recommend this company. We love our countertops!

Had to replace countertop that are laminate. After going to a big chain home improvement store I got no help. Googling around I ran across Victory countertops which happens to be near where I live. After meeting and talking to Levi, he immediately set me up with a quote and a follow up appointment to re-measure. After that they were very flexible with an installation date. Service was top notch, and the product was exactly what I need. Highly recommended.

We needed to replace our old countertops since they were laminate, stained easily and were just outdated. We went to 5 different places for quotes for our relatively small kitchen project. We had a budget and after talking with Levi for about 10 min my husband and i felt confidant he could get the job done and within our price range. We picked out the material and placed a down payment that day to have someone come out and measure. We ended spending less on the countertops than we planned, ended up getting a new sink, faucet and will be able to do the backsplash sooner rather than later now(forgive the photos of the walls we will fix that soon with a backsplash). We loved the guys that came to install. I will say that they spoke Spanish primarily but my husband is fluent so it wasn't a issue and there was zero communication barriers due to this! they were very nice and asked us if everything was looking okay throughout the installation and made minor changes for us as needed. One side was a little long and we needed a hole for our new faucet all was done at the house. This project was started on feb 2, and finished/installed within 2 weeks! Amazing turn around! We are so happy with our countertops! Thank you victory countertop team!

Victory Countertops came to the rescue! After our countertops from Home Depot were delayed, and our contractor prematurely demoing our kitchen, we were concerned we would be without countertops for three - four weeks! Thankfully, we found Victory Countertops who had our exact quartz in stock and they went the extra mile to squeeze us in that following week to install. Their prices were fair, and the quality of the work was great! I'd highly recommend them for any countertop needs.

The prices were much lower than other quotes and the turn around time was much faster than the big box stores. I received six bids and Levi came in lower than any of the other bids. Levi was easy to work with and the turn around time was so quick. We met the owner Levi at his shop and looked at slabs. We brought samples of our custom cabinet colors and he did a great job of helping us select granite that went well. Levi has an eye for design! We also selected a granite composite sink from them and liked it better than the Blanco sink we were planning to buy. Compared to other pricing we had received, their countertop and sink were reasonably priced. A couple of days later his crew came out and did the install. They were meticulous craftsmen! The single seam is so tiny its barely visible. They took the time to ensure that everything fit perfectly. When they ran late, Levi came out himself to make sure the could get the job finished. We get so many compliments on our new kitchen and everyone admires the amazing movement in the granite countertops. In this day when even paying a premium price does not guarantee a quality job, its nice to know that Levi and his crew delivers outstanding work and outstanding service for a great price. Let me start with the good: my quartz countertops look fantastic, i'm happy with the price, and overall service. Working with Victory was easy and they were timely in responding and installing. Luis, the sales manager was great, and I would use Victory Countertops again in the future. Now here's my two quibbles: 1) They're taking very few covid pre-cautions (i.e. masks), which is a problem given their small office. 2) I was using IKEA cabinets, because they are great value. They are not wood, but MDF. However, if installed correctly, IKEA cabinets are plenty strong to withstand quartz countertops. However, the owner refused to guarantee his work using IKEA cabinets, and wrote this into the contract. I understand that in the past they had a negative experience with IKEA cabinets, but the further I dug into this, it seems obvious to me the fault here was that they were not properly installed, not the material itself. All the installers and measuring guys confirmed my cabinets were installed correctly and there would not be a problem. Luckily, all went well, so it's all good, but I almost didn't go with them due to this policy.

We ordered very expensive countertops with matte finish and decided to use Victory Countertop since they have state of art CNC and edging machines (Park Industries). Template: During laser templating the correct of location of the under-rmount sink within the kitchen cabinet was not determined, as requested twice. The assumption was, that accurate measurements of the kitchen sink cabinet are sufficient, which turned out to be a mistake. During installation it was noticed that the sink cutout was shifted compared to the required location of sink when installed in the cabinet. We had to choose between rendering two drawers in front of the sink useless or to cut open the sheet rock, slide the countertop into the sheet rock and accept other inaccuracies as a consequence. We decided to cut into sheet rock. Installation: The installers disconnected all existing pipes and faucets but forgot to drain the water from the the dishwasher hose. Since the plumbers arrived 2 days after the countertop installation, water leaked into the brand new cabinets and caused sections of the bottom cabinet wood to swell. Polishing/finish: We ordered expensive matte (natural quartz) countertops. All side edges were polished to a glossy finish. We now have matte finish on all top surfaces and glossy finish on all side surfaces. After the installation we were told that it is "technically impossible" to get a matte or honed finish. We disagree but apparently we have to accept that state of the edge machines can't use pads that generate a matte surface. (The machine manufacturer confirmed that matte finish is possible.) Countertop edges: We requested 1/8" edges on ALL edges of four countertops. 1/8" would have been nice, but we expected at least consistent edges everywhere (be it 1/8" or 1/6" etc..). The countertops have multiple edges in different locations (ease, double ease, 1/8" and 1/4"). Backsplash has no edge so the back splash edges don't match the countertop edges. We were told it is "company policy" to not apply any edges to back splash even though the drawings stated 1/8" round edges everywhere. Regarding the different edge types: we were told that the state of the art Park Industries edging machine is very inaccurate. If one programs the machine for 1/8", one will get anything between "no edge" to "1/4" edges. This does not make any sense to us at all, and Park Industries (upon inquiry) confirmed that the accuracy of their machines. The representative mentioned Park Industries would not have a product if their machines would be that inaccurate. I have discussed this topic several times with representatives of Victory Countertops and they insist that they did every correctly and the problem is caused by the inaccuracy of the machine. Drilling holes into countertops for faucets/appliances: I asked for holes to be drilled into the manufacturer recommended sink locations (distance from sink walls and edges etc.). I was told again that this would be "impossible". The end result was, that one hole was drilled into! the vertical wall of the sink itself and a second hole was almost drilled in the sink wall, with the consequence that faucets could not be mounted because faucet nuts could no longer be screwed onto the thread of the faucet. As a fix the installers returned and widened the holes so that at least faucet nuts cut be mounted while the extended hole remained invisible after installation of the faucet. This fix worked for one faucet but not for the soap dispenser. The plumber left and said, the soap dispenser can't be installed and it is our problem on how to fix that since drilling a second hole is -obviously- not an option. I purchased various extension kits online as the manufacturer (Kohler) doesn't offer any extension kits. I fixed the problem myself. After all these issues I went to the office for final payment and politely! asked if we really owe the full amount for this job (again we paid the 70% down payment upfront as requested). At this point I had to listen to an emotional outburst of threats that I will be dragged to court if we don't pay the full amount according to Texas law. At this point I realized that any attempts to discuss the status of this project in a professional manner wouldn't be possible. I asked for the amount that we owe, paid on the spot and left the office. After I confirmed that I will pay the remaining balance in full immediately, the owner reduced the final amount by a few hundred dollars. To finish this review on a positive note. We went out and selected a quartz slab at Victory. Said they would send the quote in 3 days. We called three times to find out what the concern was. Too busy to even give us a quote or a call back. We found Precision Granite and are delighted with their customer service and install.

Levi Walker came recommended to me by a good friend and my normal installer was not available. I met with him at his business location and seemed ok after the initial meeting and i left him drawing that were provided by the cabinet people and my architect. Plenty to get a price and a time frame. A few days later he sent me a sloppy hand drawing with a price he needed to secure the stone from two vendors in tow said he worked with both. I came back about three days later to get a final price needed to secure stone and he quoted 26 910.00 for the stones and 3000.00 for labor to start we need for the job which was 5 complete total stones. To make this short i asked him for the next 3 weeks before cabinets were comeing and he never said to me he hadnt secured a stone yet. A week before cabinets would be ready i asked him again andbhe of course lied and said he had the secure and in his name. I didnt trust him by then and found out good thing i did he had not secured any stone or paid for any stone. He said he want to come to the house and do templates so i said ok bases are all done and ready for the top. He shows up with this crazy computer drawing and now wants to chargebus for two more slabs and i had a guy that i was now thinking about going to tobgrt away from this liar. I said no way man thats bogus and you lying about securing slabs. Not one slab wwas ever secured or delivered. I asked for my money back and he claimed he was taking out 6k for his time and effort and i said you want to take 1000 ok thats fine but give back all the other moneys. To this day 4 or 5 weeks have gone by and he claims is at corporate office in dallas and this bogus phone number. The person he said to call not available in 5 weeks . Its now week 7 im asking for my money back and not a word other than thats all i have corporate does it. I guess next litigation and police for theft of services.
