Their pricing was competitive, and the experience was stress-free and comfortable. A huge thank you to Ella, Venezia’s sale representative, who made the entire process easy and stress free. Ella was knowledgeable, patient, flexible, and she took the time to explain each step of the countertop replacement process, making sure we felt confident throughout. Her warmth and attention to detail were truly appreciated, and we felt well taken care of. ============ Additional comments after the Kitchen countertop is installed: We now understand why Venezia Marble & Granite is the best stone fabricator in Fairfield County, CT. From the very first contact with Ella, the ambassador of Venezia, to the installation crew, the experience has been outstanding. Ella, Eduardo (the stone template person), and the entire team were incredible. Eduardo, with his deep experience in stone fabrication and installation, did an excellent job measuring our kitchen for the new quartzite countertop. On the installation day, the crew arrived with five skilled installers, each with 4-7 years of experience. They told me they love their work, and it showed in the quality of their craftsmanship. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. The team carefully removed our old granite countertop without causing any damages (so we could repurpose the stone for patio tables). When installing the new quartzite, their precision and quality were flawless—there were no seams to be found - even though we knew where they were but they are invisible - and everything fit perfectly. My husband and I are truly speechless by how excellent the job turned out. We highly recommend Venezia Marble & Granite for their exceptional service, from start to finish. Venezia was our first stop when we began looking for kitchen countertops. We did due diligence and tried three other fabricators in the surrounding area. Hands down Venezia offered the best service and price point. Boy they did not disappoint! Everyone from Mari the sales rep, to Eduardo who came to measure, to the installers.. first rate service and knowledge of the product. Venezia kept their word throughout the process, arriving on time, keeping the environment clean, and executing the installation flawlessly. I don't often write public reviews, but I felt that I had to share my appreciation for Venezia Marble. We did a gut reno of our entire kitchen and, in the process, dealt with numerous vendors, suppliers, installers, etc. Venezia topped our list in every category. They were professional; they did beautiful work; they were fast in their turnaround; they accommodated our crazy, fluctuating schedule; and they were a pleasure to deal with at every step of the process.They also found the right jumbo stone for our space when several other local places had told me that stones like that didn't exist. They went above and beyond in several other ways as well. Highly, highly recommended!

After reading all the wonderful reviews about Venezia Marble, I was very excited to take a visit to their showroom and discuss my plans for a new bathroom vanity. I walked in with very high hopes and Venezia FAR EXCEEDED all of my expectations!!! They are so knowledgeable, kind, professional and willing to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I am beyond happy and so grateful to find Venezia - Manu was incredible during the whole process from concept to installation and everyone at Venezia was such a pleasure to work with. Venezia has an amazing selection of granite and they also have offsite suppliers as more resources for your needs in case you’re trying to find a match. Venezia has excellent customer service. The entire team is very friendly and knowledgeable. They can provide new granite and marble but also have services to refurbish your current counters. Their installers are prompt, courteous and neat. They did a masterful job on my kitchen counters. They blended the stone to maintain the grain from the wall to the countertop through the back splash and a waterfall effect on the end of the cabinet. They installed stone slabs on our powder room walls and custom made sinks for three bathrooms. In addition they customized the trim to our fireplace. They were very reliable. They worked with The Franca Group being flexible working on our schedule remodeling a kitchen and three bathrooms. They were very accommodating and professional and provided excellent service. They made this major remodeling a pleasure and we would definitely recommend them.

What a wonderful gem that I found!! Staff was patient and knowledgable as I went from a light countertop to black. The black just shimmers with beautiful reflection and not a blemish to be found!! I absolutely love this company, their products and their service! From the first time I met Fabiano, Marta and Camilla a couple years ago, their warmth and knowledge was genuine and exceptional! Their service was also phenomenal compared to others in Fairfield County. I'm a realtor in Greenwich and Westport area and have dealt with many vendors. They are in their own league. Don't be fooled by the tiny storefront on Rt. 7, they have a huge warehouse on the other side of the RR tracks. Plus if they don't have what you need, they'll find it. We had our kitchen done and they were amazing! On all levels! From their quality service in the store, then measuring in our home, delivery and installation by a phenomenal team and then following up afterwards to make sure we were happy. I can't begin to express how pleased we are and how happy you will be! They are the best!

We heard about Venezia Marble from the Ridgefield, CT Facebook page. They came highly recommended for quality of work and we're so glad we worked with them for our new kitchen countertops! I worked with Manu to choose a white quartz for our kitchen.. She was so patient and had vast knowledge of the different brands, pricing and quality of stones. We went with Blanco Pure from Emerstone which was delivered in two weeks and installed the next. The gentleman who came to our house to measure (in the terrible heat and mess of a construction zone) was incredibly professional, polite and precise in his measurements. We discussed how we wanted the 4" backsplash to be thin and how we wanted it to travel across the back of our slide in range. We were unable to be home for our installation but the work is BEAUTIFUL! We are in love with our sparkling new counters. More than that, everyone working at Venezia Marble, from the sales staff to the measuring crew to the guys working in the shop cutting and polishing the stones, everyone was friendly and professional. We hope to get to work with them again and would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I chose Venezia marble for our bathroom remodeling project. We were looking for a slab of marble to install on a homemade vanity. From the moment that we met the owner Fabiano and family members Marta and Camilla we were overcome with their friendliness and willingness to help. Each visit we were more more impressed with how they graciously greeted us and welcomed us into their shop. They were quick to help and provided us samples and answer any and all questions that we had about our first time picking marble. Their work is absolutely top notch and we could not be happier with our experience there. After a disappointing experience with another granite installer we decided to give them a try. From the moment we entered the business through the truck leaving our home an outstanding experience. We found a great selection of granite to choose from and were able to buy what was considered "high end" at the other granite installer for half the price. The countertops and backsplashes were installed quickly and look great. Professional, courteous and really cared about providing an excellent customer experience. I will definitely use them again.

The young lady, Mary, didn't get back to us with the estimate until que contacted her a week or more later. After that we sent her an email asking her for more information and estimates...2 weeks or more later I'm still waiting! Not to mention ...she can't stop speaking!!! Less talking and more listening!!!! Not doing business with them.
