Had an amazing experience working with Angel and Blanca at Vegas Granite & Marble. The customer service was so friendly with constant communication about the process which I appreciated so much. The team was super reliable, the project manager Blanca always called before arriving and they always showed up on time. The fabrication and install work was outstanding. I was in Las Vegas recently helping my cousin with the renovation of his new home purchase. We contacted Vegas Granite and Marble to get an estimate for countertops. They were super helpful and were able to come out the next day to measure and got us an estimate a couple of days later. They had competitive pricing and a great selection of materials. I left before they installed but my cousin said they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them!

Angel was great to work with . They are a few Companys in LV that can work with Dexton and have a life time warranty on the product in Las Vegas . I highly recommend them. We solicited three bids from very reputable contractors. Vegas presented a highly competitive bid with very specific deliverables and after much consideration, including reading reviews and looking at Instagram pics of their work, we went with them. Truly a good decision as from start to finish Angel and his crew provided one of the most professional and thorough contractor experiences we've ever had. Their attention to detail and quality is unexcelled. The key for me is that Angel was meticulous at ongoing communication and directly involving us in the decision making process, including concerns about slab shading and selection, pattern layout, and surface preparation (I did all our own site prep). If I could award six stars I would unhesitatingly do so. These guys (and gals) are the real deal. Price, planning and execution. You will be glad you chose Vegas Granite and Marble. Angel and his crew did an AMAZING job on our outdoor kitchen project!! They were patient when the general contractor was behind schedule and stayed in contact with us until the time was right. Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I had a custom Island installed in my kitchen recently. I needed to find a place that could fabricate and install my countertop. I initially went to another Granite retailer and the experience was horrible. The people were rude they acted as if my money was not good enough for them. I came across Vegas granite and marble and I am thrilled that I did. From the minute I walked in the lady at the front desk, Karen, could not have been more helpful and more courteous. She did everything she could to find me a piece of granite that I was interested in and then when I showed her the sample that I had from the previous fabricator both Karen and another gentleman by the name of Francisco went so far above and beyond just to help me get exactly what I wanted. I ended up doing quartz countertops because the pattern was exactly what I had in mind. If I had more things in my home to do I would not hesitate for a minute to call Vegas Granite. They followed up every step of the way they did everything they could to get me exactly what I wanted. The service was on time. And the final result is absolutely beautiful. I highly, highly, highly recommend Vegas Granite for any of your countertop needs. I think the final shining star for this company is once the granite was installed in my kitchen was completed Karen took her time to call me afterwards to not only make sure that I was happy with my purchase but to say thank you for the business. I can't Rave enough about this company.

My experience with Jose and his crew at Vegas Granite and Marble could not have been better. We wanted to update our kitchen with new counter tops and backsplash and the scope of work on our project included knocking down and reconstructing a few walls. Everyone on the crew arrived on time and they all were very skilled at their respective trades. We live in a building with many rules, requirements and restrictions for subcontractors. Jose's Crew was Great!! We were doing the kitchen and 2 bathrooms with new sinks and new faucets, including a backsplash. Jose said they will be at my house between 8am and 9am. First guy showed up right at 8am. Next guy not too far behind him. They started the tear out of the old counters and sinks immediately.. They worked all day from 8am to 6pm non stop to get the Job done in 1 day. They knew we had family coming into town that weekend and worked hard to get it done before they came. Not only efficient.. It looks Great!! Would definitely recommend.

The communication is terrible. The seams on the mitered edge are about as bad as they could have been. Make sure the installers cut enough subtop out for faucet before they put the slabs down. Not a pleasant experience.

Recommended by someone and it started well as most business are. The employees were great but the owner Angel well not so much. Needed a new sink and the first person that came Rhiannon was great, gave us good suggestions for a custom made sink. Then came Angel I was told is the owner he did the measurements. He suggested we pick and buy the faucet and drain so they can custom fit it with the sink. We did and I called Angel informing him we have the faucet he told me he will pick it up the next day. We waited the whole day he never showed up we tried calling no answer. I asked Rhiannon and she said she had no idea he was supposed to pick it up. She immediately scheduled for her to pick it up on a Saturday which she did and promised she will personally take care of the project. By the time anything else was done she no longer worked for the company and someone else took over. Day of installation came no faucet or drain were to be found none of the holes were custom fit . Someone in that office had to search for our faucet and dropped it off and ran off. Installer left in such a hurry saying he is not a plumber and left us to install the faucet which none of it worked and we had to pay somebody else to fix the whole thing. It doesn't drain correctly and the measurements that was done by Angel was nowhere to be found so we don't know how it was even cut. While all of these was happening not a call text or email from this so called owner named Angel. He has no business skills let alone any customer service knowledge. It is a shame for the employees to have to answer for this useless irresponsible so called owner.

The selection was great. The office staff was helpful. That's where my compliments stop. I was updating my countertops in my bathrooms. I found a remnant that worked great for my needs. I was told that I had enough to do both bathrooms but one bathroom would have to have a seam. I said that's fine as long as it was my secondary bathroom. It was fabricated for my master bathroom...mistake 1. I originally had laminate countertops that bowed out. Angel came out and did the measurements. He did not take into account that the part that bowed out would be flush with my wall with the stone top. The stone countertops that arrived were fabricated about an inch short...mistake 2. Once the countertops were installed, there were gaps between the backsplash and the counter. The crew wanted to hide it with clear caulking, really? Mistake 3. I told them I wanted to have the same stuff they used for the seam and they made that happen. My bathrooms were left without any clean-up done. I had pieces of caulk stuck to my floor and small shaving pieces on the floor. The installers chipped paint off my vanities in both bathrooms that now have to be repainted. There were fingerprints of mortar left on my vanity that I have to paint over because it can't be cleaned once it dries...Mistake 4. I was told that the size difference on my wall was going to be mudded, sanded, textured, and painted so it would look like nothing was ever there. Great! The guy they sent out was supposedly their drywall guy. He just painted the spots and left. My husband left out the wrong paint (completely our fault). It is at least 2 shades darker than what was on the wall. You would expect that as the guy started painting that he would realize it's the wrong paint and say something, nope! He just kept painting and then left. No mud, sanding, texture, Not Great. I called and spoke with Blanca, told her what happened. I sent her pictures of the cleaning issues and the damage. I got an email from Angel asking when we could have people out to fix the issues. I gave him 4 dates and that was over a month ago and I'm still waiting for a response. Mistake, I lost count. I have purchased the supplies to make the repairs myself. I will not be using Vegas and Granite Marble ever again and will not give them any kind of recommendation to a family member or friend.

ZERO STARS! RUN! STAY AWAY! We had a terrible experience with them. There is no communication within the company at all. We had several issues/mistakes. First off they OVERSCHEDULE! Our install date was moved several times and we took no precedence over new customers they scheduled after us. They will send out "back up" installers to install your countertops, one of which has not done this before and it was clear as day he didn't know what he was doing. They were inconsiderate of our home causing several nicks and scratches on our wall. The promised scheduled time slot NEVER holds true. They will show up well after your time slot. The first time we were scheduled for install, they showed up at 4:15pm when our time slot was from 12pm-2pm. They brought the wrong countertop. So then we were rescheduled for the next day from 12pm-2pm and they don't show up until 4:15pm again. They arrive with the right countertops, but had cut the sink holes too small and in the wrong spots! They even took our sink initially with them to their shop to ensure the proper dimensions. Well that did no good! Then they said they could come the next day and just cut the sink hole bigger. Wrong. With our material they cannot modify the sink holes so they needed to order a whole new slab! They said they would rush it and get the slab and fabricate the material that day and promised to install the very next morning. I had lost my trust with them and went with a different company. After all the issues and mistakes we had previously, I didn't want them to rush a very important part of our remodel. They were unapologetic and could care less. They basically just said in response "well you know that's how remodels go." Nope that is not how remodels go. We had a great experience with a different company. Vegas Granite and Marble states on their website "At Vegas Granite & Marble, quality, customer service, and satisfaction is our #1 goal!" HA! What a joke that is. My advice is to save yourself the trouble and hassle and find yourself a different fabricator.

i redid my kitchen a few months back and all i can say is we bought a full slab, and based on them saying we can do it with one slab but there would be a seam down the middle of the one piece. I didnt care so much about the seam as I did about having extra to make a table to match, so i bought a half slab from them so wed have the extra we needed. i asked in advance to receive all the scrap pieces... when the job was done, they said there wasn't any... I'm no genius but based on how much counter space we needed to cover and the extra we bought there should have been plenty including the hole cut for the big sink... finally after week of back and forth they said they found the piece.... took my measurement for the table we wanted cut, called me when it was ready... i went to pick it up brought it home and it wasn't even close the piece we bought... so when i brought it back and explained the mix up.... they said it was our piece. when i was there i saw the area where i picked out my half slab .... and guess what was sitting there, the leftovers from my counters... they insisted they weren't mine but the markings matched up perfectly.... I'm not that stoopid either police said there was nothing we could do about them stealing our material.... so word to the wise... be there when they mark your slab to cut it and take your pieces right when they cut it with a witness go there and see they have a whole section of remnants... my guess is most are taken from others like me and they will sell it to you at a premium.

Family business = we were impressed when we first visited store and returned when we bought our new home ! Sales person came to house for measurements etc - up to this point a high rating - was supposed to meet us at tile store for back splash didn't show! Called office and sales person several times NEVER received a quote or returned calls! Would not recommend!
