We built our house and USA Stone did all the countertops in our house. From the minute we stepped into the showroom, they were professional and knowledgeable. They helped us make the perfect selections (and even helped us save money by showing us remnants that were available for bathroom counter tops). The entire process was smooth-install was perfect and we are enjoying our beautiful countertops. We’ve received many compliments on our large island. Easy to recommend this great company to family and friends.

We’ve used USA Stone for several projects, most of which were self install. The latest (not caulked in yet in the photos. Taken before that was done) required a specific placement of the sink, & the second needed a notch out of the end both due to old house issues. I was able to get exactly what I needed for both challenging projects!! The people are great to work with across the board, & the counters look great! Will definitely use them on my next project!

Definitely the Best Stone and Marble Fabricator in Nashville! Impeccable customer service before, during and after. Prices are very comparable to others and they have a great selection of Marble. USA Stone and Marble company were wonderful to work with. They have exceptional customer service and they did a beautiful installation for our marble backsplash in our kitchen. USA Stone was a pleasure to work with and did a beautiful job of cutting, polishing and installing our island and countertop quartzite. They were patient in helping us understand the different types of stone and the customer service and communications were always very prompt and thorough. The measuring and template work used state of the art tools and the final product and installation were professional, accurate and beautifully done. We could not have been happier the entire staff at USA Stone and the quality of work.

We've used this company several times already, but every time they've come back after the first deposit with change orders (increases) because they didn't do take-offs appropriately the first time. It's a bit of a gimmick that they do this and the margins are 2x the cost of material; so make sure your quotes have all quantities in there, how many slabs they're using, etc... so you can ensure that they aren't coming back to change order you. They do good work, but this is their gimmick to maximize profit in my opinion. We've never had any other stone companies do this before.

We had a fantastic experience at US Stone and Tile in Nashville. Beautiful selection, friendly sales people and the install was perfection! My parents moved up here from Texas and bought a house to remodel. Of course the kitchen had to be redone, and it turned out amazing. The stone they chose makes the whole room brighter. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience with USA Stone and Marble. I worked with McKenzie for my kitchen remodel. Her customer service was top notch. She was so knowledgable, helpful, and really served as an advocate for everything I wanted. The measuring and installation went great as well. I want to do another project just so I can work with McKenzie and USA Stone and Marble again!

I had a great experience working with the folks at USA Stone. I really didn't know anything about stone or marble or what I wanted, and the help I received in the showroom was great. I selected marble for my master bath and a remnant piece for my half bath. Both look great, and best of all the process was easy and straightforward, and the prices were fair. We'll be remodeling our kitchen soon, and I plan to use them again. Would highly recommend!

5 star service. I have been in remodeling since 1987. I had gone to 4 differerent countertop shops in Nashville. USA Stone had the best customer service and best prices BY FAR! They went far beyond my expectations, and accomodated during the Corona Virus scare as well. The install was seamless! I will use them from now on......

Been here twice. First time, they didn't even acknowledge me while I waited for service so I left. Second time, a lady just sat at her desk and pointed at the samples near the wall. She barely answered any of my questions and told me to take a look without really explaining the types or their installation process. I happen to walk by her desk and notice she was too busy online shopping for clothes to help us. They clearly didn't want the business. That's fine, there are other places. I would not recommend.

This company does the worst work and even when huge spots appear on the marble surface they refuse to be accountable We bought beautiful marble and some of it will have to be replaced because when it the workers took the backsplash out to try to remove the stains they damaged the wall and cracked the marble. The owner refused to come and see what they had done This company will gladly take your money and lots of it but they do not stand by their work I would NEVER use them again Mary Jane smith
