It was a pleasure working with Frank and the USA Marble team. I purchased a gorgeous Luce di Luna quartzite countertop from them for an outdoor kitchen. Pricing was better than what my contractor quoted. Frank accompanied me to the slab yard, which is walking distance from USA Marble to pick out the slabs. He was very patient and allowed me time to make my decision. Communication was clear and the work was completed in the timeframe promised. I had some issues on my end with my contractor to get the base properly leveled for the countertop, but Frank and his team were understanding and worked with me through the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Love our quartz counter. We are first time customers but the staff treated us like VIPs. We had already visited an MSI showroom so had an idea what we liked. Frank was very helpful with suggestions and helped us choose a slightly different quartz that we liked better. He also helped with the custom design and fabrication of the countertops. We scheduled measurement very quickly which was expertly done with laser tools, and installation was scheduled the following week. The installers were professional and expert and made the counters look great. They cleaned everything and even did demolition. I highly recommend USA Marble.

My son had a quick trip home from college this past weekend and stayed Saturday night at a friends house in a South Riding. We lived there for 11 years before we moved to Ashburn. Well, the genius lost his wallet. 🤦🏻♀️ He tore the house and his car apart for hours on Sunday but couldn’t find it anywhere. He had cash, gift cards from Xmas, a debit card, credit card, along with his drivers license and college ID. It was a very frustrating way to spend his Sunday and he was super upset about it of course but had to go back to school empty handed. He just assumed it was gone and he lost everything! Well guess what?! My doorbell rang this afternoon and this amazing gentleman was at my door (In Ashburn) delivering the wallet. He found it on the sidewalk in South Riding this morning when he was headed out to go to work. He left work this afternoon in Fairfax and came straight to Ashburn to drop it off on his way home. It had EVERYTHING in it! 🙌🥰🎉 I just had to share bc this absolutely made our family’s day. There ARE so many good people out there and we should know who they are! Haluk was awesome in helping us decide which countertops to use for our kitchen, bathrooms and basement bar. The choices were endless but with his design sense and background he made the process easy. We we're so pleased with the outcome that we came back to replace a wood tabletop with quartz. It totally changed the look of this table and now looks like a very expensive modern Italian piece! I also appreciate the skill and professionalism of installers Jarbin and Wiston. They were respectful of my home and went way beyond our expectations! I highly recommend this team!

We selected USA Marble based on online reviews and were not disappointed. We sent Haluk a blueprint of our kitchen, which was still under construction, and he ordered and held out slabs for over 4 months before we could install. When we were finally ready, Haluk had us scheduled within days and, on install day, the guys even came in the evening after several delayed jobs to make sure we had our counters on the day we planned. Unfortunately, our quartz slab cracked during installation (and apparently this was the second slab ordered that did this) and Haluk worked very hard with the manufacturer to figure out why (sink cut was too sharp an angle) and to find a solution. The second replacement slab had an imperfection in the design and he sent it back, making sure that our final installed slab was indeed perfect. Haluk was great at communicating with me about what was going on (and how much of a pain Cambria was being) and made sure we were completely satisfied. Highly recommend.

We needed a top for our master bath vanity, and found a perfect remnant here, beautiful Italian granite, at a competitive price. Plus they worked with us for a couple of other pieces for a top on an antique accent table, and the top of a new knee wall we put in our master bath. We had made a goof with the original selection -- bad color choice -- and they worked with us to sub in a different piece -- same price, and no question or pushback on it. We took a bucket of time to make our choice, and the team there was patient. Installation was perfect, and we are super pleased. they came right on time, and were extremely professional in the installation. Highly recommend these guys, and we've been through 4 remodels in our lives.

Haluk at U.S. Marble and Granite in Fairfax, VA did a fabulous job of assisting in putting together countertops for a new construction kitchen in Hume, VA. The selection, price, advice, production and installation all exceeded our high expectations. Although Hume is quite a distance from Fairfax, every aspect of service from measurement to installation was done quickly, efficiently, on schedule and at budget. I highly and strongly recommend U.S. Marble and Granite to the most discriminating buyer - for projects large and modest. We intend to return as soon as additional countertop requirements are evident, e.g., laundry room, guest baths, etc.

Everyone we worked with at USA Marble and Granite was professional, kind, and patient. Our home renovation hit a lot of snags and the entire team here, most notable Haluk, was patient and flexible. He helped us pick out a great slab of Virginia Mist for our kitchen and held it for us while our project was very delayed. There was no pressure sale, but just knowledgeable information about the different choices. When the time came, the crew came with very little notice and installed the counter tops without any flaw or problems. We looked at many counter top places and USA was by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

USA Marble/Granite was a pleasure to work with from the initial showroom visit to the final installation of a vanity quartz countertop. I worked with Haluk and he was very patient as I changed my mind on the marble type, style, dimensions, etc...!! The price was the best out of the five or six stone places that I visited. The installation was almost flawless....and they quickly corrected a problem with the backsplash. I look forward to working with Haluk and company on my kitchen countertops.

I'm not the review or commenting type, but I had to do it for these guys.... and gals :) We shopped around DMV area and chose USA Marble for many reasons. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with, has quality selection at decent prices, and has "CAN DO" attitude. Deciding on cabinets, marble, sinks and etc. was the most difficult part, once that was settled, it was smooth sailing from there. Their guys showed up on time for our appointment, which is rare with most businesses we've dealt with, and everything was completed within estimated period. We had a few last minute adjustments, changed our mind and added some things, and USA Marble was understanding and quick to accommodate. After everything was completed, the first morning I walked into our kitchen, I felt the same joy as I did in my childhood during Christmas with presents under the tree. I was visiting the tile place a few doors down when they recommended I checked out bathroom cabinets at USA Marble Granite. I found the perfect vanity with a marble top at a really great price! Not wild about the hardware on the vanity, but they had replacement hardware there and they helped me match the finishes for the bathroom. Very satisfied customer.

They were professional and really knowledgable about their product. They even looked at a piece of granite in my bathroom that I didn't buy from them and fixed a problem I was having with it. Just had my bathroom countertops replaced by USA MG. Overall, I'm satisfied. I picked out a Level 2 granite that I love and the pricing here was better than 2 other places I'd checked out on the same street. They came over to measure on a Monday, and the countertops were installed the following Saturday. I purchased the sinks through them, but purchased faucets on my own. Neutral: - they made a mistake in the measurements of one of my countertops resulting in off-center sink and faucet holes. The original proposals they came up with were: 1. cut some length off one side which would still leave the sink & faucet off-center but less so (doesn't completely fix the problem), or 2. do nothing. They reluctantly agreed to replace it after I requested those 2 options be sent to me in writing. Pro's: - good price (they say you can negotiate discounts on bigger jobs, but my job of 2 bathroom countertops at a total of 17 sq ft was not considered a big enough job for them to negotiate) - they don't make you buy the entire slab of granite (that was a requirement at 1 of the other 2 places I compared) - good selection. Level 1 is the lowest priced, but I think they only had 2-3 to choose from. Level 2 and up had several selections per level. They have free samples of some of the more popular styles that you can take home - you can walk around their warehouse and look around at said selection - existing countertop removal & installation of new countertop included in the price of the stone you choose - the 2 men they sent to do the installation were very nice and tried as hard as they could to salvage the existing countertops (was planning to re-use them in another project). They were able to get 1 of the 2 countertops off without it breaking. (In their defense, the original builder of my home definitely did not skimp on the glue used to hold the countertops in place.) - I got to keep sink cut-outs to use as cutting boards. (I think you have to specifically request this, not sure. They didn't bring it with them when they came to install and had to make another trip back to their store.) - their office manager or secretary (not sure of her exact title, she seemed to be the one in charge of taking care of payments), Tiffany, is SO nice! She was so easy to work with and was the most re-assuring part of every step in this transaction. She was so professional and believed in things being right. I felt like she was on my side. Con's: - they don't do a very good or consistent job of measurements. One countertop runs off the non-wall side of the cabinet more than the other. - at $75/sink, I would've done better by going to Home Depot a few blocks away and picking out a sink there. I could've easily saved 10-20% on the sink purchase, and in hindsight, I wish I'd done this. I got a very basic sink, and $75 can buy you a Kohler sink at Home Depot. - I was quoted $150 per sink to do the plumbing, for a total of $300 for both sinks. While we didn't need it, it seemed really pricey to me. - while I was browsing the sales floor, I felt like the sales guy was trying to convince me to purchase this one piece of granite that was smaller than all the rest, but not small enough to be considered a remnant (remnants have discounted prices) - they had to do some small adjustments to the countertops during the installation, which meant taking somekind of saw and trimming the countertops. That left stone dust everywhere in my bathroom and it was a nightmare to clean

I was happy with the selection and price. Installation was fine. However, ever since it was installed there has been a haze all over the Black Galaxy. I have tried polishing/washing with no success. Only after doing research on my own did I find out the problem: the guys at USA Granite applied a sealant to the granite, and BLACK GRANITE SHOULD ALMOST NEVER BE SEALED. Black granite is usually non-porous, meaning the sealant just sat on top of the granite. That's what caused the haze. The solution was using a powerful methylene chloride-based paint remover. Now the granite looks much better! People who sell and install granite for a living should know better!

When I entered the showroom, the senior staff member barked at me that they do not cut any brick (I was holding an old paver brick that I am using to build an outdoor grill place.) and was unwilling to listen to my project needs--two pieces of 24" by 30" granite. He was also participating on a conference call during our conversation and chose not to allow his colleague to help me. He claimed that he "walk and chew gum." He was quite surly. My advice is take your business to somewhere where they do not take customers for granted.

I would give these jerks 0 stars if the app would let me. They aren't the best priced they don't speak well enough English to fully comprehend what you need and want and they don't work with you. Customer service isn't in these guys vocabulary. Take your business to real professionals.
