Quartz top prices are is good and in stock. The lady’s in the office help me pick out the counter for my kitchen and bathroom too. Very friendly people! I also did not know they sell cabinets here, will try for my next house

Only place we’ll go for countertops! They always have what we need, will guide us in the right direction if we have any questions. The quality on the quartz we get is always great. They have a good selection to choose from from quartz, granite, etc., with a good selection of colors/veining. Staff is nice and helpful. Would highly recommend them and I always recommend them to anyone who’s looking into counters.

I went a 1wk agonwas very disappointed the owner is out of town I guess but the guy that was there didn't even get out his chair to help and was very rude. I seem like I was bothering him on his time. Thanks god for home decor

As a business owner in a construction field, I am liable to fix mistakes if my crew have done them. After installation of countertops on my 4 kitchens, they were "unable to come back to fix this issue" due to the project being "that far back" (a month ago). Just a reminder for anyone doing business with them: examine everything throughly before handing out your money. There is NO LABOR WARRANTY of any sort.

The customer service at US Store is exceptional. The staff members were knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond to assist me throughout the entire process. They patiently answered all of my questions, provided valuable advice, and helped me make informed decisions.

I ordered stone for the trim around a glass shower door. The salesman was nice and helpful. When the company sent men for the installation, none of them spoke English so i could not communicate with them. They installed it badly so that the door could not be hung. I had to hire someone to remove it and redo it. I made multiple attempts to work this out. After numerous calls they sent someone out who didn’t explain anything at all. He said someone would follow up. Nobody did. When i called again, they just said it was not their fault. Terrible workmanship and customer service. Terrible communication. I would never trust them with an installation.

Had a small hiccup with the communication regarding the install but Ken resolved it quickly. The cabinets and countertops are beautiful and they took their time to ensure it was done perfectly. They are also much more affordable than I would have expected. Highly recommend!
