I love my granite! I have had it less than a week and already am getting compliments. The team at US Marble and Granite are top notch. Everyone is very professional. Kim and Cyd were so great to work with. I worked directly with Kim. She helped me narrow down choices and the granite I ended up choosing is perfect for my house. Anytime I called with questions, she had an answer for me in no time. Thanks Kim!! The rest of the crew were on time, efficient and very helpful. We hired US Marble & Granite to install granite tops on our outdoor bar and grill station. Quality of product and installation was great. Installers were courteous and professional. It was a pleasure to work with Matt and Jay who coordinated everything in a prompt manner. They also really stand behind their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have used US Marble and Granite for two projects - one a renovation 3 years ago in the house we sold and our current new build which we are just completing. They did all of our countertops for both projects. They are the best!! First, Lynn, our sales person, has been so helpful from the get go. She was so patient with us as we went through this whole process. When we were ready to have them come and measure Noah was so polite and professional. Two weeks later our quartz was ready to be installed. Once the day came for installation these guys worked like a well oiled machine. There were 6 of them and they hustled. Each had a job and they did it to perfection. Watching the guys put on a 10’ X 5’ piece of quartz on our island was unbelievable. The entire time they were polite, efficient, neat and the quality of their work rates a 10! Our quartz countertops look fabulous and we could not be happier. We never even considered using anyone else once US Marble and Granite said they would come to Worden (near Edwardsville) to do our whole house new build. My wife and I visited US Marble and Granite many times this past year looking for various tops for a house remodel. The entire staff at US Marble and Granite were excellent to work with and we ended up purchasing several different pieces for our home. The quality of the products were excellent and the persons installing them were pleasant to work with and very skilled at what they did for us. Would highly recommend.

Materials are beautiful and there are many choices. We bought a piece of granite for a fireplace hearth and slate stacked stone tiles for the wall. They were able to recommend an independent mason for the installation. The end result is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We especially enjoyed working with John, since he was very informative and encouraged us to look around and take our time in making a decision.

Let me tell you about my experience at USMG. I had them do a kitchen for me on a nice, higher end home. The product was great but what sets them apart from everyone else was the way I was treated when there was a disagreement on price. Somewhere along the line, the ball was dropped and the price ended up being higher than the estimate. I got to talk directly to the owner, who treated me more than fairly. We worked out a number that we were both happy with and needless to say I will use them on every project in the future! Most companies would not have sat down with the customer and worked things out and I won’t forget that! Thank you again, Jay!
