I would highly recommend this company. There prices are alittle higher, but well worth it. The service and the work done went above and beyond our expectations.Our floors look amazing!!! A Big Thank You to Angie for all extra help! Also to Angel and Louis doing a great job!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. We purchased our kitchen tile from this company. They have a great selection. I was so happy to find the type of tile I was looking for, without having to visit a bunch of places. More importantly, they provided top notch customer service. Our project was going to be delayed after realizing we would be short some tiles. But we called Ronnie, explained our dilemma and he was quick to offer a solution. (Thank you for saving the day Ronnie!) I wholeheartedly recommend this company, and would absolutely use their services again!

I have done many renovations over my life and have dealt with many contractors. I must say Universal Tile Group is BY FAR the best contracting company I have ever worked with. As with most renovations projects, I had several unexpected hurdles. Everyone (Angelica, Ronnie, Lizbeth) and the entire team were very responsive in solving my unexpected problems. When you call someone is always there to pick up the phone and help you. I can’t thank them enough. My new bathroom’s look beautiful. I will be calling them for any future renovations or repairs. These guys are absolute pros. Their team having been working together for decades and it shows. I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors over the years but with Nino’s, I can rest easy knowing they’re paying attention to the details and getting everything right on the first go. They’re all on time, incredibly skilled, friendly, and knowledgeable people. And… also have a great selection of tiles and materials to choose from of course.

Angelica is a very knowledgeable contractor who followed our bathroom remodel with us from planning to completion. Angel is a master tile setter who did a superb job for us.Miguel discovered a much needed plumbing repair before tiling the shower could begin. We are very pleased with the excellent work and attention to detail and we highly recommend Universal Tile Group for those who want and appreciate fine workmanship.

Universal Tile Group and Home Decor is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish they were honest, helpful, and responsive. Angie is a great designer and really lives up to her commitment to make sure the customer is happy. The tile crew of Danny and Victor were a pleasure to have in my home.
