Our builder used CCKB to install some countertops in our home. They were wonderful to work with, but I didn't find a remnant I loved for my powder room. I called United Granite and spoke to a nice person on the phone, so drove over to look at their selection expecting the same level of service. When I entered the building, the woman stared at me with no greeting. I asked if someone could show me the remnants and she pointed outside saying they are all outside. I went outside and was confused as to what was available and when I went back in to ask Hanna, she looked so bothered to even help. I asked several questions to which I received short, curt answers, and she made it clear she did not want to be helpful at all. I received a quote, but will not be using them. I have worked with several vendors/people during this home build and Hanna had to be the rudest, most unhelpful I have come across.

The United Granite team did a good job with a quartzite countertop with full height marble backsplash project. The owner and sales team Hannah and Alexa addressed my concerns with patience and empathy. The measuring and installation teams strived to do the very best work they could, including the plumbing technician who did a wonderful job setting up the new faucet and dishwasher. I had a very good experience with the UG family of professionals. Would recommend UG to my friends for sure!

The countertop itself is pretty but installation and drywall repair has been frustrating. Very little communication from United Granite about installation dates and times unless you repeatedly call them. The crew was pleasant but damaged one of our newly refinished cabinets. Our old tile was demolished prior to installation but almost a week later we’re still trying to get them to schedule and actually show up for drywall repair. There was a language barrier between us and the person who came to measure prior to installation so we weren’t measured for backsplash behind the sink. Yet another thing that will have to be scheduled and installed another day. United Granite gets a lot of 5 star reviews so others have had positive experiences, but please take this honest review into account when considering this company * updated to report that someone did come to replace the dry wall but is is sloppy and uneven. Will likely have to be replaced by the person that installs the new backsplash. Horrible experience all around

Let me start by appointment. I was given 7 to 10 business days after signing the contract and they did the job on the 7th day. That means they did the work on the date it was agreed upon. I got an appointment invite by email to confirm the install date and I was given 3 hrs. range for the people to show up in my house. I didn’t wait long they came the first 5 minutes of the time range. I’m very happy on timing. Workmanship: The work includes demolishing of the old countertop and replacement by a granite countertop. They did superb job on removal, and are very fast and work as a team. One of the back splashes was a little shorter but they send some one with correct size and installed it with one hour after the first team completed the job. The last person to complete the job was the plumber. He did very good job and asked me to try and check for any leakage. At the time I didn’t see was the only thing they might have forgotten to screw my dish washer to the granite countertop which I’ll call them and I will update this review after they complete the work

Their selection of stone is the best I’ve seen anywhere. They are very fast and their installers did a fantastic job. Very happy with our experience with United Granite.

They are really a professional company. Made sure I got exactly what I wanted. was hospitalized but waited until I was able to come in. I really appreciate them.
