I had a quartz waterfall island, countertops, and backsplash installed in my townhouse. Uno and his team were professional, prompt, and communication was excellent. The price was very reasonable. Installation was much faster than expected and I am extremely pleased and impressed with the results. So much so that I used UB granite again for my master bathroom vanity countertops and shower shelf in my new home. I also wanted additional cabinetry installed under the island and Uno coordinated everything for me. I recommend UB granite without reservation.

They were very accommodating to our schedule and showed up on time, the work was second to none, they were efficient and clean in their work, and their communication throughout the process was spot on. Uno and Minjin were a blessing to work with. They were friendly and patient as I took a while to make up my mind. Uno was quick to send photos and examples of styles that I was interested in. They have a large in-store selection for quick installation. They also accommodated my change in schedule with no problem. My kitchen now looks bright and fully renovated with just the new quartz countertops and backsplash. I’m extremely happy with the results! I highly recommend them!

UB Granite responded almost immediately when other companies were taking days to respond. Their prices were quite reasonable compared to others and Uno, the owner, came out himself to promptly take measurements and schedule installation. We get so many compliments on the Sparkling White Quartzite and it's really beautiful. We've used them for two projects and are coming back for a third. We were impressed with the care Uno and his team take to be prompt, have great communication and to leave no dirt or mess behind! We highly recommend them!

UB Granite did a great job for our outdoor kitchen. Everything was done professionally and quickly and, most importantly, the people are so pleasant. We picked out a slab still on the truck, the guys did the measurements, and two weeks later did the install. Special shout out to Huslan in the office who managed everything.

UB Granite Countertop is truly the best in stone masonry that you can find in the Hampton Roads area. They are respectful of your home, fair in pricing, expedient with delivery and installation and in the end we have a beautiful dream kitchen. Don't be fooled by their name. They also are craftsmen at marble, quartz, etc. I am a customer who has worked directly with Uno and his team and I could not be happier with my results.

Overall, we had a great experience with UB Granite. Most of my dealings were with Huselyn. He always responded quickly and professionally through texts when I had questions. Their pricing was reasonable compared to some others in our area. We picked our quartzite stone out from one of their distributors, CRS, and we're happy with our experience with them as well. Installation crew were on time, polite and respectful, they cut down the already fabricated pieces slightly on site. However, I feel the gaps between our backsplash and top cabinets could have been a little smaller and less significant. Although, I do understand the magnitude of the task and I appreciate their hard work. (See pics) I would definitely use UB Granite again
