Tile selection can be stressful because it is so important to the outcome of your final project. Michelle was an excellent partner in selecting the tile for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. I know what I like, but I'm not a design expert and it can be hard to select tiles from samples to finish out an important space in your home. Michelle was exceptionally patient with me and offered great selections until we landed on something that I ended up being thrilled with. You won't go wrong working with her. We get so many compliments on the kitchen floor - which is tile too! Thank you, Michelle!

We had to do a major master bathroom remodel in a hurry. Fay at Twenty Five Company helped redesign the space to make it feel more open. She was instrumental in selecting the perfect tile combinations as well as hardware and soaker tub. Their showroom is large and gorgeous! It really helped me to decide on the look I wanted to achieve. The whole team at Twenty Five Company was so helpful and accommodating. They were able to expedite delivery of key items to make sure we had everything we needed on time. I would highly recommend the team at Twenty Five Company and will definitely be back for future projects.

A long overdue 5 star review! Twenty Five Company has a great selection but I will be a returning customer because of their knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had a bad experience at another store where they never informed me that my order had been backordered so on delivery day I only received half my shipment. I went to Twenty Five Company on 2 recommendations and am so glad I did. They helped me find alternatives and were actually able to source the exact tile that was backordered but in a different size and offered to have their staff cut it to size for a small fee. They didn't let me leave the store until they had confirmation on stock quantity and delivery date which saved me from having to push my renovation back 3 months!! I greatly appreciate how they operate with empathy and helped me problem solve the situation. Special thanks to Fay!

I love this tile shop!!! I have shopped here many times some years past and it has always been my favorite of the tile stores in Marin. I was recently here helping a friend with her kitchen and bathroom projects. Just as in the past, the selection is current, keeping up with what is new and fresh and the customer service was fantastic! They also have kitchen cabinetry, hardware, design help and more. This store is a must visit for your remodeling project!

Michelle and Linda were fantastic to work with. The tile selection was beyond my expectations. I just described what I thought I wanted and Michelle pulled out the best tiles to match what I had in my head. It is a one stop shop for all your tile and bathroom or kitchen remodel needs. I have remodeled a kitchen and two bathrooms. Each time I used Twenty Five Co for my tile. They are such a pleasure to work with. Maureen helped me with design ideas and with her help I picked tile that I love. Michele was also involved with helping me pick out tile and helped me with the ordering process. Carlos and Anthony , from the warehouse , contributed to my positive experience. Finally , I need to mention Linda. She is amazing and knows everything about tile. Up until this year I was a design novice with zero experience in design and remodeling minus an ill fated attempt at tiling my fire place several years ago. Since then I have remodeled three bathrooms and am beginning on my kitchen, so I have come a long way in a short period of time! I have visited Twenty Five Company at least a dozen times over the past several months looking primarily at tile, but also flooring and kitchen countertops. The staff here is beyond knowledgable and self proclaimed "tile geeks" as they told me. They have a way with color and texture, and are more than happy to steer you in the right direction whether you are just getting started or trying to find the finishing touches for your project. Seriously, what a nice group of people here. Their selection is really quite tremendous but well displayed so you never feel like you are staring into an endless abyss of options. This shop is well worth a visit if you live in Marin or Sonoma County.

Had a great experience ordering tile for my kitchen and laundry room floor here. Stacey was helping us and another employee chimed in to share a sample that was both in stock and significantly less expensive than the tiles we'd been considering. We took home the samples, made a decision, and returned a few days later to place our order. Everything went smoothly and we're convinced that we're getting an exceptional deal.

Before visiting Twenty Five Company, I visited two other tile showrooms. Twenty Five was the best match for me and provided me with all the tiles for my bathroom remodel. We hit a couple of snafus with the materials that we ordered, but Twenty Five stood behind me and resolved the issues as quickly as was humanly possible. They did this with grace and without having to be asked. I was very impressed with everyone who assisted me on my project. Linda, Caroline and Fay were all super helpful and knowledgeable. Mistakes can happen anywhere in the chain of human hands, but how a company deals with them is ultimately what sets them apart from their competition. I can't speak highly enough of everyone at Twenty Five and will always head to them first for my remodeling needs. They have a great selection and their people are the absolute best. If you are looking for excellent tile work, honest and trustworthy employees and an owner that is involved in the process then this is the company you need to call. From the moment my wife and I walked into their showroom we received excellent customer service. Tony the owner was directly involved in our project, the the two employees he assigned to the job were excellent. Both Oracio and Victor were extremely professional, they protected the job site, their work was excellent and we had no problem leaving home to run errands while they worked. They also showed up exactly when they said, 7:30am on the mark. They even made sure my dog didn't get out when they walked outside to cut tile. It was a pleasure having the work done. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for my next project. Lastly the project came out May 20,2019 Update Consistency consistency consistency is what best describes Century Tile/Twenty Five Company. This update refers to my second project with this business in the last couple of months. One again, Tony was personally involved in the planning of the project. The work was amazing and was finished today. The installation of the tile surround on our new gas fireplace is flawless, perfect layout, perfect cuts. It has been a pleasure working with this business, it is rare to have this type of attention from the owner. The sales personnel are patient and knowledgeable and so willing to help you find the right tile. We took probably 10-12 different samples home before making our selection. The employees at the store were very very helpful. Jose's install and grout today and it is perfect. I am extremely pleased with the customer service and expertise of Jose. If you're looking for honest, trustworthy and expert tile installers don't look any farther than Century Tile/Twenty Five Company. you will not be disappointed.

This is the most amazing tile store you will every walk into! They have everything you could ever dream of, and their staff is wonderful. They completely walked us through the entire tile section process, and spent a lot of time with us to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. I was able to send them photos of my fireplace, backsplash, and floor, and they worked with me to complete my vision. The tile that they recommended based on my photos is what we used, and I love it! We refreshed our kitchen and family room with tile, and I could not be happier. Everyone that comes over now wants our wood tile floors!

This is the best place to go for first class customer service. I probably came in here at least a dozen times before I could finalize my tile, trim, or shower door decision. Linda and everyone else in the store were very patient with me and my inability to make quick decisions. Everything I ordered from here arrived when promised and the shower door guys also did a great job. If you want customer service that is the best anywhere and no flaws in delivering the promised product, look no further and go to Twenty Five Company. You will not be disappointed !!!!

I'm a General Contractor and I send a lot of my clients to see the owner Tony to pick finishes and cabinetry when they do not already have a place they like to go. Almost every kitchen my company remodels we use Twenty Five & Company because Tony will come out to the site meet with the client and I and walk them thru the kitchen design and help them choose where they would like pull outs and helps them design a kitchen that functions they way they would like and work well for their family. He even comes to the site to measure and double check everything before the order is put thru. I highly recommend Twenty Five & Company for all your kitchen and bathroom needs. This review is on Tony Robles who has been with the company for 7+ years. Although I did not wind up purchasing from "25" of all the sales people I have met in this field Tony R. was by far the most intelligent, knowledgeable & easy to speak with. I can't help but think that perhaps the owner is grooming him to one day take over the business. I 've worked in sales my entire career & this young person has what it takes to be at the top of his field. If he's not getting a raise & benefits soon I recommended that he look at other companies to work for. As for "25 Co." they have beautiful selections in all of the neutral shades. They are worth a look.

We had a great experience with Twenty-Five Co. in our recent bathroom remodel. For our floor, they had far and away the best selection of faux-wood porcelain tile anywhere in Marin. And, though we had discovered our shower wall tile elsewhere, they got us the best price we could find anywhere - and even stored it for us for many weeks until we needed it. Also, David was the absolute best. Ask for him. He made the shopping experience there exceptional. Always patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Really, we were total nut-cases with all our questions and indecisiveness, and he was great. I would go here again just for his help.

I had a flooring project that had to be done ASAP! The folks at 25 Co. We're friendly and eager to help without being pushy. I was able to find the perfect product that fit both my budget and looked great. Tony is very knowledgeable and put me on the path to flooring success. Butch came out to install the floors and was efficient and neat. He is a true professional that genuinely cares if the job is done correctly. They showed up everyday when they said they would be there and made sure the job site was clean on their departure. The best tile store in Marin! In the process of remodeling kitchens, bathrooms and fireplace hearths in two homes I have shopped around the several tile shops in the county and this place is by far the best. They have a great product selection and the most helpful, patient, professional, friendly and knowledgeful staff. I started out at a froo-froo tile place in marin for the fixtures for my whole house re-do, and was referred here for tiles after wanting to choke myself/someone else for the lousy experience. when dealing with a remodel, the last thing I want to do is worry about whether the salesperson is doing his job. at marin tile, I knew that no detail would be cast aside. I was able to pick out tile, order, change my order, go in and personally pick out tile, change my order again, add to my order... all with a smile from evan and spencer. awesome customer service. THEY CALL BACK WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. good selection, a little sparse on the high end side, but if you know what you want, they'll get it for you. excellent prices and follow up, too.

This is a pretty nice showroom for floors, tile, counters, fixtures and to a lesser extent, cabinets. There are showrooms with way more to choose from. And that is Twenty Five's strength: instead of showing every possibility under the sun to you, they curate the selection down to the 50 or so most popular styles. So if you're the kind of person that's overwhelmed by a million choices, this may restore your sanity to picking materials for your kitchen. I haven't made a purchase there yet so I can't speak much to pricing, delivery or customer service. But this place seems pretty legit.

First, I would warn you that you have to wait 3 weeks for your tile. They don't have things in stock. The tile I bought was triple the price of the tile I got at another place and I spent way more than I should've. When I had problems, they weren't helpful. They just told me I should get somebody else to install it The support after the sale was not good. I spent $2000 and it wasn't that important to them. They would not show me bullnose because they were too many different choices and they weren't knowledgeable about that and were reluctant to ever mention it and when I mentioned it, they steered me away from it and later when I wanted it, they said it took a long time to get It .It's too bad because I did another bathroom right after that I spent only $800 and it looks nicer. I would say the service is good as far as helping you pick colors .If you don't care about paying a lot more then this might be a place for you, but I suggest you do your homework first. I also want to add the other place that I went. Had tile and bullnose I could get the same day..

Went in to look at tile for our kitchen remodel. Spent 15 minutes browsing and then tried to catch the eye of a sales person. They were both busy and we waited, and waited and waited. After 25 minutes of waiting one of the two sales people finally said they would be with us shortly and then five minutes later the other sales person walked over and started to help a person who had just walked in the door. We walked out. I've no idea why we were ignored.
