Over the past 20 plus years of being an Interior Designer, I have relied on Triple D for all of my stone and quartz fabrication. Their work has always exceeded my and my clients expectations. Their entire operation from the showroom staff, shop fabrication department, and installation crew is excellent. They are wonderful to work with, as they all take so much pride in the work they do. They just completed a custom marble desk top installation with a waterfall end, perfectly matching the marble veining. I highly recommend them if you are looking for top notch work and a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Soooo disappointed in customer service lately and unfortunately Triple D is now on my list. I called last week since this company was listed as a retailer for the kitchen cabinets I have in my home. When I called, I was immediately placed on hold for about 2 minutes...no problem. When I did speak with someone, they took my information and said a salesperson would call me back. Fast forward a week later, no call. I decided to call back. A gentlemen answered the phone, I told him what I wanted and he placed me on hold and said, "Don't hang up". I waited 23 MINUTES and was still on hold before I hung up. Was that a joke??!! Did he intend to keep me on hold that long or just forgot about me all together. It's sad that service is just getting worse and worse. It honestly baffles me how businesses stay open when they can't do simple things like answer the phone.

It was the best choice we did to go with this company. While doing research for the work and being almost decided who to go with, we walked to "checkout this company". Both my husband and I were impressed by their work, friendliness of the owner and of the staff, so much so that we left with the decision that this IS who we are going with. Joe, the owner went with us to choose the slabs of Quartzite and Onyx and then along with Joe, his fabricator and us we chose the best area to cut. We ended up with a countertop featuring 2 "Dolphins" facing each other, turntable and 3 waterfalls continuing with the pattern. They readily accommodated to all our wishes. Piece of ART. We now have our dining room table fabricated with 2 turntables. What can one say beyond looking at the photos!!!

I had a great experience with Triple D. They helped me bring to life my dream kitchen with a new granite countertop, under a limited budget. Ann helped find something that would work for me and was very communicative throughout the process. All of the other employees were also friendly, especially those that came to take the template and install my countertop. The install for the countertop, windowsill and the under-mounted sink was fairly quick and the job came out amazing, near perfect (and I'm pretty picky). All in all, your money will be well spent with Triple D Design Center and they will make sure to take care of you!

My experience with Triple D was nothing short of superior! I took the time (4 months) to shop around my renderings to many high end designers for my kitchen and family room project. However, my final decision was based on relationship. After meeting Ann Jerred, and having several conversations with her, I knew she would be just as meticulous to detail, if not more than myself! Ann delivered on every inch of her commitment! She considered personal and functional details beyond the plans provided. When investing in such an expensive and yet personal project, you want someone you can trust! Thank you Ann and Triple D for making my dream kitchen and family room reality!

Went to Triple D to handle my bathroom remodel. I was able to get the tile, cabinets and counter tops all though them, which was convenient. Wendell was very helpful through the whole process. I would definitely use them again on any future projects.

We came across Triple D because we needed a special size threshold for my two showers. So from the moment I called and spoke to both showroom designers Bill and Wendel, it was nothing but professionalism and fair pricing. In picking up my thresholds I was able to meet the whole family who stand behind this outstanding establishment , built with pride and love from Italy and passed through the generations. We felt very good about this establishment so we chose them for our quartz counter top , which came out perfect. They even gave me a cutting board from my slab of quartz ( no charge) without asking.They are on schedule , accommodating, and very professional.from sales to the installers. Definitely a great place to do business with and we say this with a knowledgeable back-round about granite marble stone because my father in law was in this line of work, In fact we were from Chicago and had to choose a Florida establishment and could not be happier. Great showroom , designing help and not pushy , which made for the ultimate experience.

It's difficult to find a company that provides excellent customer service, fair pricing and that delivers on what they promise. Wendell and his team did an outstanding job and exceeded our expectations. From the moment we stepped in to the showroom, he listened patiently and worked diligently to source a product that would meet our price point, quality expectations and schedule. The outstanding service continued with Phil, who drafted our template, and with the installation team (Brad/Rich), who were able to deliver ahead of schedule. Everyone's attention to detail and on point focus with our concerns made the whole process a worry free success. We love how the quartz looks and we are thankful we were able to partner with Triple D. I'd recommend them without hesitation for future stone and tile needs. We had a positive experience the entire course of the project.

Excellent help in the planning stage. Poor execution. Luckily I was home when the templating was done otherwise I would have had long joins between slabs which I was able to avoid. The installation went fairly well after a table top they made had been adjusted as it didn't fit over the preinstalled plywood. The "waterfalls" (mitered pieces that go over the entire sides of the cabinets) had over 1/4" gaps between the ends of cabinets and the countertop. It looked bad and as if it was mismeasured. I was told that is their standard to allow for expansion. (The specs on the cabinets asked for less than 1/16" for expansion. The owner was quite combative when questioned about this. The worst part is that I was not informed prior to the installation that this would happen as I would not have done it at quite a cost increase or would have shopped around. I have not seen this gap on other installations. The backsplash tile installer used on Triple D's recommendation was terrible and I'll have to redo half the job.

Worse experience ever. Fair service in the store but the template did not follow the architecture plans and the job was done wrong. Besides that they would not fix there mistakes.
