The process of having Trindco install a small countertop on my custom made bathroom cabinet was flawless. Since Trindco did our double sink countertop a few years ago, we wanted the same quality material and workmanship as before. From the point of placing our order to the scheduling and completion of the template to the installation was perfect. The technician and his helper were able to set in place the countertop without a scratch to my walls. Caulking and clean up afterwards was excellent.

I had my counter top and sink installed by Trindco. 16 months later my sink is separating from my counter top. The manager at the store told me it was not their problem. I could have stood in my sink. When I looked at the sink bracket they never screwed it in. They absolutely refuse to fix it or admit they did it incomplete. Instead gave me a $266 quote to fix it. It the pictures you will see the bracket where the screwed never even went through the wood and how it is making my sink drop.

Trindco was one of the least helpful companies I’ve ever been associated with for a home project. The lack of communication was comical. We waited 2 weeks for a template, when the worker finally showed up he said within 30 minutes that he wouldn’t be able to do the templates because the cabinets were uneven but failed to leave a mark as to where he wanted them with his laser level. After that they made us wait another three weeks for him to come back to our house. He said that he didn’t remember being there and he kept changing the project details which would have greatly changed the cost. We kept stressing that we did not want to change any details and wanted to stay with the design that we chose at Lowe’s. Once we received the template we noticed that project details were still different and we then had to call to speak to someone to get it changed back. Reaching out to anyone at that office is impossible. It’s laughable. No one answers the phone ever and they took days to call us back. I hope to never deal with this company again and will tell people to RUN AWAY from Trindco as well. 0 stars if possible. 🙃

We purchased our Corian countertops through Home Depot. We were told ahead of time that it would take about a month or so to get to our place in line. Right away Trendco called to confirm our order and set up a measure. Luckily they caught an error in the color that Home Depot ordered and were able to correct it before they cut the wrong color. The guy that came for the measure was great and even suggested a few things like adding an inch to the back splash so that it would meet up with the bar height and also cover the damage that was on the walls from removing the old countertops. For the install, they managed to hike the countertops up 4 flights without making a scratch and when they installed it, everything fit together perfectly. I would definitely recommend them.

Had new countertops installed and overall, I’m more disappointed than satisfied. My only satisfaction is with the communication leading up to the install but plan about a 2 month turnaround time from when you pay. Sure the new countertops look great, but the install could have been much cleaner and certainly more level. I have already shifted my friends away and would not recommended Trindco for the actual install, instead I would recommend another company who would work with client and not make decisions on the clients’ behalf. It’s a shame that when the immediate job is complete they then proceed to immediately push all liability away from them with no repercussions for countertops that aren’t level or an install that isn’t entirely correct.
