We worked with Tribeca for our recent kitchen renovation and had an amazing experience! We had a very specific vision for how we wanted to rehab our builder-grade kitchen. Stacy made fantastic design and layout recommendations. She really understood the look that we were going for, and her expertise brought a lot of thoughtful elements to our renovation. The showroom had great samples and options for us to consider.
Everything from the design process, to measure, to purchasing our new cabinets and countertops, to the install- the communication and guidance from Tribeca was flawless. We could not be happier with the final product. The cabinets are beautiful and well constructed, and the quartz countertops are gorgeous. Everything came out exactly as I imagined!

I have nothing but the highest praise for Stacy and her team at Tribeca Marble and Granite. I was referred to Tibeca from National Kitchen and Bath Cabinets in Romeoville. From design to installation there was not a glitch. The installers were friendly efficient and professional. An A+++ experience, I highly recommend Stacy and her team at Tribeca. My kitchen went from circa 1975 to 2024 in style. Thank you Stacy and the Tribeca Team.

Beautiful job… Tribeca recently completed all the countertops in our new home. Stacey was excellent to work with, very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We moved from Georgia and left final selections on the granite and quartz to Stacey and she did a first class job. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience working with Aneta and team. The staff was patient with my questions and concerns. I had a sink that I wanted to use and they had no problem templating, which I found other places didn't want to do. The gentleman that came to measure was very thorough and precise. The installers were very professional and took their time, did a fantastic job hiding a seam and cleaned up nicely. I had quartz counters installed and I decided to add quartz to the upper ledge area to have a more finished look. Everything came out great. LOVE my kitchen!

We are very pleased with our sink and countertops that we got from Tribeca. Aneta helped us select a beautiful granite countertop and sink that coordinate well with our kitchen cabinets. They also did the countertop for our small portable kitchen island and dining room hutch. Jim is a master at making everything fit beautifully!

Worked with both Aneta & Stacy in the office. Both were extremely helpful and knowledgable. We looked at 5 different companies for quartz countertops for our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Tribeca had a large selection and a good thing they are able to keep a stock of several slabs of both quartz & granite on site so our material was readily available. Tribeca's proposal was extremely fair compared to the other places we looked. The installers were in and out within 3 hours did a great job and were very neat no mess. We highly recommend using Tribeca should you be in need of countertops..

All personnel involved - Stacey and Anita from the start , and the installers at the finish, were excellent.
This was our second project through Tribeca (a bathroom vanity and this kitchen countertop). We highly recommend.

Aneta was great to work with and very patient considering I was a customer who took time to make my decision. I visited the shop a couple of times both during business hours and off hours looking outside at slabs of granite. With Aneta's assistance I finally made a decision on a slab of granite. I was very specific on what part of the slab I wanted and Aneta made sure that my request was noted. Jim was also great and came to measure not once, but twice at my contractors request. During this process I also found a remnant and decided to update the vanity top of the second bath as well. And once again I wanted a specific part of the slab used. No problem, my request was met without hesitation. All in all, everyone I dealt with, Aneta, Jim, Stacy, Billy and the installers were very accomodating. I am very pleased with the new updated look of my bathrooms.

Our experience with Tribeca was terrific. The salesperson explained everything clearly, it was easy to pick the granite and the installation was quick, efficient and done very well. What was very impressive was while we were trying to decide what part of the granite to put on which counter, the technician pointed out patterns and made suggestions that were very appreciated. Definitely shows what experience can bring. Highly recommend Tribeca

Got a recommendation from a few people in the area and decided to get a quote for my kitchen countertops. I walked into the showroom and was given quote quickly with a few choices. I was able to go see the slab of granite beforehand and they were willing to work with my schedule for the install. Installation took less than an hour and turned out beautiful. Everything went so smoothly, I would highly recommend these guys.

Our builder (CORE/Phoenix) works with Tribeca. We upgraded to granite through our builder and they referred us to go to their store to search for a sample we like. The salesman was extremely helpful, friendly, and approachable and had a lot of knowledge and expertise. We closed on our home last month and absolutely love our counters. One of the smaller slabs came loose somehow and they immediately called us to come and fix the issue. Before closing on our home I had questions of proper care and cleaning of granite, and he was more than willing to help me with my questions. Highly recommend! Very friendly!

My wife and I have contracted Tribeca out for two of our homes and my daughter as well for the kitchen in her home. Anton and Jim the proprietors take a high interest in customer satisfaction . They take rough measurements in order to place a quote then return prior to purchase for the exact measurements with a net result in a perfect fit on jobsite . Uniquely they will not take on a job that they feel they cannot perform up to their high standards. I experienced this first hand in a unique custom cabinetry situation.. IN stead of them attempting to work around my cabinetry they insisted that I get a cabinetmaker to remove it prior to their granite installation. They did not want to risk the chanced of doing harm to other portions of the kitchen with their granite installation. As Anton said "we are granite-marble fabricators and installation experts-we are not cabinetmakers. That was very good advice and we are glad we followed it. The end result is that the kitchen looks fabulous. SO for my family three kitchens speak for themselves. Another hallmark of Tribeca is their ability and willingness to provide customer service after the installation plus the actual mechanics-technicians that are on site doing the installation FIdel/Augustine/Roman were the installers for my needs and very professional Once they left you never knew that contractors were on site. Cannot be more pleased with the final results. All around great experienced.

This was my first experience with Tribeca and what an awesome contractor Jim and his team were! They went above and beyond my expectations as I had some issues with the quartzite I chose. Jim was in constant contact with us during the entire process so we knew what was going on. I now have beautiful counters in my kitchen and laundry area. I would highly recommend them as they are the most conscious contractor I've ever used.

Anton and his crews are five star all around. We purchased our basement bar from Anton and it was an all around fabulous experience. The bar looks great,
We had a huuuuuuuuuge selection to choose from, and he and his installers were 100% professional. We also bought our basement bathroom vanity sink from TriBeCa and they had a great selection. We found what we wanted right away. Start to finish it was a flawless experience. Can't say enough good things about this company.

Don't expect good service once the job is complete. We had Tribeca marble installed for a full rehab of kitchen, fireplace, and two bathrooms. Still when we called about this issue they came out after several calls and blaimed it on an uneven floor. It wasn't fixed and they won't come back to fix it now after multiple attempts. I was told they'd let me know when someone is in our area.... never heard back.

Just like Jack one of the reviewers states dont expect good service from this business is correct. I wanted to purchase a piece of granite to put on a kitchen cart. I took a picture of my kitchen counter. Emailed it to Tribeca. I was shown 3 samples of granite none of which matched especially the one with a lot of white. I commented to the man there is no white in my counter top. That is a reflection in the picture. I pointed to another piece of granite on display in the store and told him it was a dark brown with black and tan like the one I found. He shrugged his shoulders and said I should have contrast or you can go to the workshop and look . I said no I didnt want to drive that distance. One would think he would have called the shop & given the name of the granite. NO. He just stood silent. I should have left. So I looked at the 3 pieces of granite and selected the one that had a lot of brown. When I picked up the granite it was the one that he selected that had a lot of white. I paid for it. I had to take it. It has ruined my kitchen &I have to try & sell it..I clashes badly. Now here is where one becomes aware that this man/owner? has real issues & seems dangerous. When I called he never gave me a chance to explain which is the reason I am writing this review, he began shouting like a maniac. I had to hang up when he uttered F..... Y...... I would be frightened to death to ever deal with this person. This is a sign of a dishonerable business. Wish if you do business you never have an issue bec. it will not get solved.

A company representative stated that the project could be fully completed in 28 business days, which allowed us to classify the company as one with a long turnaround time.
It’s important to note that the timeframe provided to our mystery shopper may differ from what you’ll be quoted, as turnaround time depends on many factors — including the complexity of the project, the material selected, and the company’s current workload. We recommend confirming the actual timeframe directly by submitting a request, calling, or messaging the contractor through our website.
How long does it take Tribeca Marble & Granite to prepare a quote for countertop fabrication and installation?
According to our research, Tribeca Marble & Granite in Aurora, IL prepared the project estimate within 28 days. Please note that estimate preparation times may vary depending on the company’s current workload, the complexity of your project, and the selected material. Does Tribeca Marble & Granite offer cutouts for sinks, cooktops, or other elements?
Yes, like most professional contractors in the market, Tribeca Marble & Granite performs cutouts and countertop preparation for various components — both standard and modern. According to our findings, these services are typically included in the overall project estimate. The standard scope usually covers cutouts for sinks (undermount, drop-in, or farmhouse) and holes for faucets or other plumbing fixtures. Additional cutouts — such as for cooktops, hidden or pop-up outlets, built-in wireless chargers, or other accessories — are discussed individually at the project planning and estimating stage.
It’s important to note that while the cutouts and countertop preparation are usually performed by the company, the installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures (such as faucets, outlets, or appliances) may not be included in their scope of work and could require licensed professionals. We recommend clarifying this point when placing your order.
To avoid misunderstandings, ask for a detailed estimate with a breakdown of all services: cutout pricing, installation, and any add-on options. This will ensure project transparency and help you clearly understand what you're paying for.
What guarantees does Tribeca Marble & Granite provide for its work?
According to our information and industry practice, Tribeca Marble & Granite, like most participants in the ranking, provides a workmanship warranty valid for 1 year from the date of countertop installation. This period is usually specified in the contract. We do not rule out that the company may have extended warranty terms (2 years or more), however, during our research, we did not receive confirmed data from the contractor regarding the duration and scope of its warranty.
The contractor’s warranty covers defects in fabrication and installation, such as uneven or separating seams, leveling and fastening issues, detachment or sagging of an undermount sink, flaws in edge finishing and cutouts, premature failure of seam materials, and cutouts that do not match the approved design. Warranty coverage does not include damage from use (thermal shock/burn marks from hot cookware, chips or cracks caused by impacts), stains and acid etching (for marble), wear due to insufficient maintenance or lack of sealing, natural characteristics of stone (veins, micro-pores, variations in shade/pattern within tolerances), shifts caused by base deformation, or any modifications performed by third parties.
The material warranty is provided by the manufacturer or the official stone supplier. Engineered quartz brands often offer a limited “lifetime” warranty for residential properties (subject to registration and compliance with care guidelines). For sintered surfaces, typical warranty periods range from 10 to 25 years. Natural stone usually does not come with a factory warranty — its quality of fabrication and installation is covered by the contractor’s warranty. The term and scope of the warranty depend on the project and materials — contact Tribeca Marble & Granite in any convenient way on this page to get the current terms.
