Tri State Marble & Tile Contractors did an absolutely fantastic job with the installation of my quartzite kitchen countertops/backsplash and several window sills. Joe’s knowledge and assistance were invaluable with regards to the design of the countertops and backsplash, as well as on the best stone warehouses to visit. The entire process was explained in detail and all my concerns and questions were immediately addressed. On installation day, Raul and his team arrived on time and in addition to being very professional, skilled and courteous, took great care to ensure that the kitchen and other work areas were thoroughly cleaned before leaving. In light of the professionalism and skill of the staff and the high quality of materials they carry, Tri State Marble & Tile was my first choice when it came to a number of subsequent projects involving the selection/fabrication and installation of quartzite for the remaining window sills and sliding door thresholds, the master bathroom vanity countertop/sink and the bedside table tops. Based on my experience with the company and the quality of their work, I would not hesitate to recommend Tri State Marble & Tile and fully intend to use them again for my next stone related project.

We had a great experience working with Louis and Joe. They were very knowledgeable, great customer service and very responsive. I highly recommend!

Unprofessionally at its finest. Had this company come to my home to give me an estimate. Raul came twice did a detailed review of work needed and informed me the office would contact me for pricing. Then I spoke with manager Joe who emailed and texted me the cost of the complete project at $2500 (pic attached to review). I then went to home depot and purchased all the items I was told was needed by Raul and was told to call the office to schedule the day they are free to start. I spoke w Luis the owner 3 days later who told me Raul is free and can come today he will call me back with a time. Ten minutes go by and Luis calls back to say the work is now $800 additional. Making it $3300 Wth????? He said I was only quoted that price because they had no work last week so they needed a quick sale. WOW! He then proceeded to say they now have a big contract so they have work to keep them busy. Absolutely disgusting. To make matters worse he suggested if I wanted him to keep the price it would take several month to start although he said earlier in convo the guy was free today. Also the previous reviews are not accurate as you can read them and see they are the owners and/or employees relatives. Truly disappointing and despicable workmanship. Fyi their prices are higher than all the other tile companies in a 3 block radius. Stay away!!!

They did amazing, high quality work on our cabinets and countertops. The finished product exceeded all our expectations and was basically perfect. Easy to work with and really care about delivering the best results.

Wonderful marble and tile place. I went in to look for tiles for a hallway and ended also having them redo my fireplace also. Joe was very helpful with selecting tiles and marble for the fireplace as well as the entire scheduling and planning process. I’m very happy with the work they did and will be using them in the near future for my kitchen renovation!

I would definitely recommend doing your home renovation with this company. They were there guiding us every step of the process. The workers were Very courteous and took All the necessary Covid precautions. They always cleaned up after their workday and never left a mess. The work was very well done and we were pleased with our new bathroom and the new look in our kitchen. Thank you Luis job well done 👍.
