Absolutely the best people to work with. From picking out our slab to measuring and installing, everyone was friendly and professional. They even made two additional house calls to correct a minor issue and ensure everything was exactly like we wanted. They also had the best pricing we could find. We had a one minor issue a year after they did the install and they were at our house to fix the problem in under 24 hours. Incredible service, from start to finish. Lorna was extremely helpful when I requested a quote late during the day, she was kind and efficient in providing me with all the info that I needed. One thing I appreciate is the transparency with prices, while browsing online it is a nightmare not being able to get a pricing idea, I do not like wasting my time going back forth trying to find a price. Lorna called and followed up with me regarding the quote and we set up a date for measuring, and after that installation was less than a week after. Installation service exceeded my expectations, they were very professional and kindly answer all of my questions. I ended up choosing ECHO quartz, it is beautiful and completed my kitchen just like I envisioned. Thank you Tri State Countertops for an outstanding service.
