Trademark provided the countertops for our new custom build! Our experience was wonderful. They were helpful in my picky endeavor of finding the counter tops to fit my vision and very patient with me. The turn around time for installation was extremely quick and they look perfect.

We had an excellent experience with Trademark Universal Stone. From the moment we walked in to the show room, the moment the guy came out to take measurements of our counters and once the three guys came out to install our kitchen countertops. Our point of contact was India, she was very professional, pleasant and patient with us as we tried to decide when our start date would be as well as how to financial process. We chose the “Celestia” Quartz stone as our kitchen countertop I would like to think everyone involved it was a pleasure. We love our kitchen countertops

I was hired for a receptionist position, I went in my first day 30 minutes early. everything was great, training went fine. I come in my second day 15 minutes early and get set up for the day. then the person who hired me 2 days prior fired me their reasoning "it's not a good fit and there is no reason" is what I was told. I didn't even get the chance to doo the actual job. I didn't even get a chance to prove I am very capable of doing this job. (which I am). I'm not dissing the company for it's product, I'm dissing them, because I was treated completely unfair.

Let me begin by saying, seldom do I write a review and make a recommendation, but in the case of Trademark Universal Stone I take exception. After working with Jeff, one of the owners, I might add, here are my opinions. The stone selection inventory for my kitchen remodel project was large, ensuring I could see the product and not a mere sample. The quick turn around due to other contractors waiting was swift. The employees from the digital measurements to the completed install was stellar. I take pride in recommending this company for any services that they may be able to provide.

Tracy was wonderful to work with. She showed me several options in all aspects for my kitchen and bathrooms. She was patient with me answering all of my questions prior to and after my installation. The installers were polite and professional. Good experience for me and the products are beautiful.
