We received several quotes on 99 sq ft of quartz countertops, and TR was one of the best prices we found in NoVA. The salesman Faruk and all of the installers were very pleasant and professional. The turn around was days after we agreed upon a design. Their warehouse was in Chantilly and we went to confirm the quartz slab that we liked. I would highly recommend this company for any countertop installation.

As a real estate professional I have used TR granite for several of my projects as well as in my residence. Their product is exceptional and their customer service great. The installers were courteous, neat and efficient. A bonus is the turn around time. Measuring done on Monday - installation the next day! Prices are more than competitive. I cannot recommend this company enough. From the initial contact, quote, to installation, the process was so flawless and happened so fast. The quality of the product and work was incredible. The installers even addressed a problem with some previous work (not done by this company) and resolved it for no extra charge. The counter tops are gorgeous, and they were able to perfectly match existing countertops. I wish I could hire them for every home renovation project.

We are in the process of renovating our kitchen. The TR Granite & Stone team were very professional - from the time in their warehouse selecting the quartz, to the estimator, and the installers. Installers did a great job! These are huge slabs and I have no idea how they carefully move them. This is our second countertop with them. We also renovated an apartment kitchen which required taking the slab up a huge flight of stairs! And we love our countertops! Still finishing up renovation but I included some pictures. Highly recommend this company! They do excellent work.

Great experience working with TR Granite and Stone. I was impressed with how quickly they scheduled a site visit, produced an estimate, fabricated the countertop, and performed the install. From my first call to the installation complete with plumbing - 7 days. It would have been even faster, but I had to push them a day because of my own schedule. Very reasonable pricing. Excellent communication during the project. Would highly recommend.

I contracted TR Granite to repair and level my kitchen counter that was previously installed unevenly by the builder and shifted further over time. TR granite did a phenomenal job and left the worksite spotless. Their pricing was also reasonable for the work done and the company was easy to schedule and communicate with (willing to look at photos via text). I love the results and am so happy to no longer have to hide the uneven counter surface.

We called TR Granite to replace the granite in our kitchen. My wife went online and looked at the variety of options. We had many options from quartz, quartzite and granite. There were a wide variety of options to choose from as far as what color/pattern of granite we could have installed. We spoke with Atila who came to our home to measure. The installation team came several days later. They did an absolutely fantastic job. It was done in a clean way, they are a pleasure to work with and they asked all of the important questions to make sure that they installed it just as we would want. The price quoted was extremely reasonable. We paid 1/2 up front and the balance after installation. I am completely satisfied. We now may change the backsplash. They don't supply the tile which we will have to purchase after living with the new granite. If we decide to change the backsplash also, they will certainly be the ones to remove what we have and install the new. I have no reservations working with them and found the communication to be excellent.

Atila is one of those rare people who truly believes customer service is important. TR Granite installed quartz for me and the final product is very attractive--I love it. The journey, however, had snags. There were some issues, but the way TR Granite handled them serves only to impress me. I'll stand with any company that cares enough about their name and product to make sure everything is right and the customer is satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend TR Granite. Pro: -Faruk was very responsive throughout our renovation process. He really is an expert when it comes to countertops. Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. -TR granite was reasonable in price. Kitchen renovation is very expensive but they accommodate us very well. -TR granite has great slab selections. We fell in love with the first slab we saw at their warehouse. -They also did a great job with installing our countertop. Our island is massive but the installers were able to bring it to the second floor without any issue.

I needed a quick repair to move a broken appliance that was impossible to move from the last owners of my home. I worked with an Atila to confirm availablility and pricing within a day AND over the holiday. Was not expecting a quick response and they got back to me immediately. I needed a new countertop, contacted a few providers. All were fine, but TR Granite (and personally Faruk) were superior in all aspects: responsiveness, number of options I was given, speed of measurements appointment schedule, providing an initial ballpark estimate - which was the best price, incidentally. The fine-tuned estimate after the measurements were done did not deviate much from the original - which is obviously very positive. Faruk also suggested a couple of excellent tweaks and value additions to my original plan; and explained all steps of the process very well. The installation was done in a very efficient manner. Honest, excellent value for money, work with your convenience in mind, highly recommended.

TR Granite provided a wide variety of options for the quartz countertop installation. One week after measurements, the installation was complete, including demolition, removal of old countertop, choice of sink, sink cut out and faucet hole. If I had wanted to, they would have also provided a plumber to hook up the dishwasher, etc. I found them to be professional and communicative, easy to work with. Highly recommended.

They did it all! Also removed all debris and old sink! The best part is they have the best prices I could find, and that saved me thousands of dollars! Fast contact and convenient scheduling with excellent technicians. The office reviewed my photos and sent invoice for a "flat rate repair" -- the actual cost/price was the same as the quoted price. All communications were timely, including contact the day prior to the scheduled repair by the actual technician scheduled confirming the appointment. The technicians who arrived were delayed by traffic (the non-driving person sent me a text advising me of their estimated arrival (timely message, the the delay was only a few minutes and in no way inconvenienced me. The two (young to me, but I am well-over 60) were fantastic. Polite/respectful, knowledgeable about their craft and completed the repair. They did not rush their work - making certain the epoxies used penetrated the crack, and dried completely. Then they used various abrasives to smooth the edges/top of the counter, completing the repair. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. This is a company that has earned my "repeat business" if I ever need another repair or I choose to replace my 20-years-installed granite countertops.

In both installations, I put down a deposit, and the countertop was installed promptly within a week! After doing some research we realized that we would be biting off more than we could chew. I reached out to TR Granite to get a quote and Atila (the owner) wrote back to me within 20 minutes. We also added a bar countertop and needed to put holes in the dry wall to do so. The next day they were able to help out and send someone over to fix the dry wall and help with sink installation. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! I selected TR Granite, based on their Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. I called Faruk to schedule an appointment and he met with me the next day. He completed measurements while I reviewed material samples. Step one was easy and efficient. Faruk helped me make decisions but he did not pressure me at all! I paid the 50% deposit and the install team completed the project four business days later! Amazing efficiency. My install was rather basic and I chose a standard granite, so the lightning fast time frame might not be the norm for larger, more complex projects. The install team did a great job and did it quickly. No mess, no clean up required on my part. They left my kitchen in better shape than they found it. All I had to do was reconnect the garbage disposal and the new faucet. I recommend TR Granite without reservation.

After getting several estimates for quartz kitchen countertops, I found that TR Granite offered the best price for the product and installation. Another company told me that one of the countertops would require two separate pieces due to its shape, but TR Granite was able to install the countertop as one single piece without any seams. I also found TR Granite to have very good customer service. Their store is open 7 days a week, so there was always someone available to answer my questions. Once I chose the countertop, they installed it within days. I would highly recommend TR Granite for countertop installation. I don't think I could have found a better company to do the job!

Love our new granite and at a reasonable price but the crew doesn't replace the plumbing and failed to turn the water off completely which caused some minor water damage. First, I loved their no-BS process. I had posted a service request on yelp, stating how many sq ft for the counter and asking for a price. TR was the only responder to just give me a quote, instead of asking to set up a call (why would a call be needed, except to waste time?). Yusuf, their service guy, was courteous and efficient, and the installers were also efficient and quick and polite. All in all, I can strongly recommend these guys. Zero problems.

We needed to replace our undermount sink and our plumber wouldn't mess with anything Granite. We reached out to tons of granite people and were quite defeated until we found these folks. They excelled at prompt communication, availability, and pricing. They managed to find a sink we liked that perfectly matched our existing cutout and even bailed us out of an unforeseen issue the following day when our faucet hole needed to be drilled wider. These folks were beyond our best expectations and were in a different league of professionalism compared to their peers who had almost made us abandon our project altogether. The dishwasher issues was not related to the countertop but the cabinets that were installed were too big and I'm in the process of fixing. I replaced my countertop three months ago and the granite is so pretty. I ended up ordering some appliances that did not fit with the granite. The owner called his team to adjust the stones and use a little more granite at no cost. I know it may not be the same for all installations, but still, what a great service. Plus, the price is really reasonable. I bet this is one of the most reasonably priced kitchen remodeler with great quality stones in the area. Take care TR, will call you again when I move!
