Excellent experience with these countertop professionals. Communication and follow through were excellent. We had TOPS install a small coffee shop worth of quartz and we couldn’t be more pleased.

They never pick up the phone. I would be ok with that from a customer service point of view IF they indicate in their phone prompt that they only accept voicemails, that way we don't waste time calling thinking we can get through to a person. It is all about setting expectations. I am however excited to find out if I can find a countertop that suits my needs. they carry good brands.

We have been wanting to redo our kitchen countertops for years. We went with Tops Unlimited after our son got a piece of quartz for his mud room. We could not be more pleased with the result. It changed the whole look of our kitchen. They came out and laser measured our counters, asked about what we wanted and ordered and created the counter of our vision. When they came out to install our counters, they were quick, efficient and respectful of our house. They asked about what we wanted and totally met our expectations. We love the look of our kitchen and highly recommend Tops Unlimited.

They were absolutely great to work with. Rick came out and measured and was very pleasant and answered all my questions. He continued to communicate with me through the install period. I was most pleasantly surprised at how quickly my quartz countertops were ready to be installed. They look exactly as I had pictured in my mind and matched the sample perfectly. I purchased through Lowe’s and the entire experience was flawless. Highly recommend.
